Your business can benefit from Robotic Process Automation
Robotic Process Automation , or "RPA" for short, is the computer automation of manual activities with the goal of overall process improvement. The benefits of RPA include increased cycle time, error reduction and lower costs. From a customer perspective, RPA can deliver faster response times and eliminate the burden of rework associated with manual errors. From a company perspective, RPA delivers lower costs, increased customer satisfaction (improving acquisition and retention) and also improve the employee experience by freeing staff from mundane manual activities and allowing them to focus on higher value and more interesting activities.
RPA is essentially a type of computer software that can be programmed to replicate manual activities. Many companies utilize a variety of computer software platforms to deliver their product or service. For example, a bank may utilize email, desktop applications like Word and Excel, enterprise applications like SharePoint and Oracle and desktop user applications like macros. Many tasks require some or all of these applications to be used. RPA software can be programmed to replicate the activities of various team members. For example, RPA software can be programmed to log on to all required applications, review emails, select a process to follow based on the email and then carry out that process. RPA applications can "cut and paste" data from one application to another, create and store documents, share documents and respond to stakeholders via email, web or other means.
Some of the top RPA vendors include UiPath, Work Fusion, Blue Prism and Automate Anywhere. While the applications offered by each vendor are similar, each has unique strengths and weaknesses. For example, if your business uses documents that are highly variable (e.g. work order requests from clients in PDF format), then UiPath's powerful OCR capabilities would set it apart from the others. Blue Prism has easy to use configuration capabilities, making changes to the process easy for process managers; this capability lessens the reliance on third party vendors to make process changes, lowers costs and decreases the time required to make changes.
The first step in adopting RPA is to identify manual processes that occur in high volumes and are therefore costly for your business. Once these are identified, the next step is to assess each processes suitability for RPA; this step involves the assessment of RPA software applications with regard to the specific needs of your business processes. Once the right processes are mapped with the right software, RPA can quickly be deployed with the help of third party vendors. Over time, it is often a good idea to build in-house RPA development capabilities to reduce costs and improve responsiveness to automation needs.

Bound by hand with paper from the book “Oskar Kokoschka” by Bernhard Baltman. I found this book at a used book sale and have since been using the pages for sketchbooks. The book was originally published in 1961 in the UK, and at one point lived in the Baltimore Library.

I don't know, I got confused afrer reading this. I mean, is it? What if it's not the right time yet? And you'll failed because you're on rush to make things happen even though this is not the plans of God? I don't know :(( But yes, this is accurate. Maybe 'right time' is just a myth!
