You see, there's one teeny tiny issue

Sure the Miya twins are cute but honestly? Literally as dumb as volleyballs

Anyways, when the girls find out about you, they honestly don't think you will last

However when they see Atsumu kissing your cheek and holding your hand, they burn with jealousy

And you, my precious angel, aren't one to deal with unwanted attention well

I mean, you've always kind of thought you weren't good enough for Atsumu ��

It's the opposite YN but you'll find out 🙃

The bullying started out small, a couple of them leaving nasty notes in your locker

You never said anything to Atsumu, simply choosing to throw them away and try to ignore it

Then it began to escalate

These jerks would start purposely knocking your books from your hand, especially when Atsumu wasn't around

They would spill juice on your uniform and trip you, giggling as they walked away

"I wonder how Atsumu can date someone so clumsy"- they would say chuckling

You'd try to ignore them, walking away and not acknowledging them

However your bullying didn't go unnoticed because someone was always watching 👀

So one day when you were coming back from class and someone bumped into you, sending you flying and landing on your butt

A certain someone came to your rescue

"YN why do you let them do that to you? You need to tell Atsumu"- Suna said

"It-its ok Rin, they are just jealous that's all"- you say as he helps you up, grabbing your books and handing them back to you

Suna rn 👉🏻😑 YN...

"Please Rin don't tell Sumu, he doesn't need to worry about me! You guys have the spring tournament coming up and you don't need to worry about me"- you smiling

Suna just nods as you wave and walk away

Unfortunately, the fan girls only get more vicious

Not only do they ruin your uniform daily but they make your life miserable

Literally you are scared to even be alone 😔

You start to withdraw from Sumu, afraid to tell him what's wrong because you don't want to be a bother

Atsumu is so confused but you keep telling him you are busy

Suna hadn't said anything, even though he's wanted to

However one day, things finally take a horrible turn

You see, the guys are all practicing and you are headed to the gym

You've become sick of the bullying, the constant teasing, the constant crying every night

You decide it's finally time to tell Sumu

Unfortunately for you, you are stopped in your track by a gang of his fangirls

"Hey bitch- where do you think you're going?"- one of them asks

You try to dodge them but unfortunately they block you, caging you against the lockers

Lemme at em 👊🏻 two hits- I hit them, they hit the floor

*deep breath Tiffany* beating the crap out of bullies won't solve anything...

"Just leave me alone!"- You shout, tears filling your eyes

The girls laugh at you, continuing to get closer

"You really think Atsumu likes you? You're just a pity project for him!"- the leader says

You try not to listen but it's impossible

Luckily for you, a certain someone has super sonic hearing and peeks his head out see what's going on 👀👂🏻

"Just break up with him YN, that will save you the embarrassment of when he dumps you!"- the girls say, all laughing as they shove you against the lockers

Meanwhile 👀

Suna 🏃‍♂️ runs to tell Atsumu and the team

"SUMU!"- Suna

"What?"-Atsumu

"Listen I'm not one to get involved in drama-"

Please the entire team laughs 🤣

Suna rn 👉🏻😐😑

"Ok and.."- Atsumu

"YN has been getting bullied by your stupid fangirls for the last few weeks and they currently have her caged against the lockers!"- Suna

Atsumu 👉🏻😐😳😡 WHAT?!?!

He takes off, followed by Osamu, Ginjima and the rest of the team

Atsumu stops outside the gym, seeing you cowered against the lockers and crying

Ohh this man is PISSED

Like BEYOND PISSED 😤

"HEY YA PIGS!"- He screams as the girls all jump back, eyes wide

Atsumu storms up to you, grabbing you in closer as you cry in his embrace

"Sweetheart are you ok? Did they hurt ya?"- Atsumu

You can't respond, you just cry, burying your head into his chest

Atsumu holds you close, eyes blazing as he glares at the girls

Osamu, Suna, Ginjima and the team are all surrounding you

"Samu, take YN back to the gym"- Atsumu growls as Osamu wordlessly grabs you hand, dragging you towards the gym with him and Ginjima

"Sumu we weren't trying to hurt her-" the girls try and say but oof- Atsumu is like " NOT 👏🏻 TODAY 👏🏻"

None of the girls answer

"How long have you been hurting her?!" - Atsumu growls

Ugh protective, possessive men 😫

That's OK, Suna is there to fill in the gaps 💅🏼

"A few weeks now, they trip her, spill juice on her and leave her nasty notes!"- Suna, probably pulling up receipts 📱

"Sumu... she's not good for you"- one of the girls says a Atsumu completely snaps

"LEAVE YN THE HELL ALONE AND DONT YOU EVER SHOW YOUR FACES AROUND ME, YN OR THE ENTIRE VOLLEYBALL TEAM EVER AGAIN YOU STUPID COWS!" -Atsumu fuming

"Let's go, we are going to talk to the principal about your behavior"- they say as the girls eyes fill with tears and they start to cry

Atsumu could care less, he turns around and heads straight for the gym

When he enters, he heads straight for you

Osamu and Ginjima are sitting with you

You see Samu, standing and going to meet him half way

"Sumu I'm-"

Too bad you don't get the words out because Sumu plants a big ole kiss on your lips 🥰

He pulls away, putting his forehead against yours

"YN why didn't you tell me?"- Atsumu

"I-I didn't want to bother you"- you 😔

"YN you never bother me! I love you!"- Atsumu

Atsumu smiles, "Yeah I really do!"

I was listening to a song and it reminded me of Quaritch and if he were to have a redemption arc. (There are many yes but they are so cute.) Basically I’m in my head at the moment. Something sweet and cute. But definitely how I see the man sometimes and this song definitely brings it out. Accident or not.

You’re so pretty. Prettier than anything he’s ever come to know, and he knows he’s in deep shit. Never in his fucked up life had he ever thought he’d fall in love, especially not with you. 1) According to the other ask, the wereroomie wolves shed so i realized, royal king would shed too!! Esp since its a medieval thing he might be in wolf form longer than wereroomie chris. Princess will be full of fur in her long hair and flowy gowns. Esp with how the king is always cuddling her and sometimes her pups play w her in their wolf form, some more than others.

2) does wolf king or even wereroomies wolves let their partner on their backs? Like horse rides nothing sexual ofc. A walk in the forest on their furry backs, would feel safe.

Leaning forward, you take it into your mouth with a giggle, watching as he gets back to eagerly eating his food, tail brushing your back.

"A swell day.." Hawks x Reader Fluff

A/N: I’m posting this near Halloween, I’ve chosen violence today.

So fluffy Kei bby ❤🥺

Hawks x Winged!Reader

You happily flew your way back home after getting off of hero work in the afternoon and going to the mall to buy Christmas things and Keigo’s favorite food. You also bought a few gifts to give to him for Christmas, which was creeping up in the next few days; luckily you still have time for last-minute shopping if you get any ideas.

You landed on your balcony and used your keys to open the door. The house was cold since both you and Keigo were out for nearly the whole day, the crime spike for villains has calmed down, but there are still robberies and muggings. Since the lack of villains, heroes either have more days off or they’re guarding big banks and on patrols. It’s finally peaceful, you just hope it’s not the calm before the storm.

You turn on all of the heaters and shake off your wings. Keigo is getting off soon, thanks to the lack of evil roaming the streets. You prepare dinner plates, Keigo’s plate has a bunch of chicken on it. Meanwhile you with your more healthy meal with rib tips and a salad. Seemingly on cue, Keigo pops his head through the door eyeing the food through the wall as you peak from behind the corner to see him starring at the wall like it’s prey.

“I smell something.”, You pouted at him, “Mhm, say hi to the food.”, he came over to gingerly hug you but you dodged playfully running with your bare feet making the cutest sound on the wooden floor, into the bedroom and hiding in the closet. He slowly opened the door and creeped in, you couldn’t help but giggle. He first looked painfully close to the closet, probably teasing you.

“I wonder..Is she under..here!? No..”, he chuckled every time he looked in a place he knew you weren’t until he snuck up on the closet and scared you. “Boo!”, you half screamed half giggled as he tickled you out of your mind. You were out of breath by the time you mentioned the food getting cold.

He was very excited to try all the chicken you got from different places that were made with all sorts of different spices with different tastes. He was clearly very thankful to you when he kissed you just to push an extra spicey wing into your mouth and watch you run to the sink to wash the pain away while he giggled like a schoolgirl.

Your stomach was very upset after that extra spicey wing so you finished eating early to join Keigo in the living room with all the sparkly ornaments you bought. As you took each one out you both took a minute to stare at each super shiny one because of your shared bird-like instincts.

You finish the tree and you both step back to look at all the shiny ornaments, he puts his arms over your shoulders; his chin in your neck, taking in both your scent and the beauty of the tree. The alarm goes off telling you both it’s 1 AM now, you pout wanting to stay up longer but you know being a hero doesn’t come with a completely out of proportion sleeping schedule.

You cuddle him in the warm bed with the cute white-furred onesie he bought for you on your last birthday and fall asleep. You wake up to birds chirping outside your window chirping louder and louder and Keigo trying to shush your pesky friends until he sees you awake and gives them a tired glare.

When he leaves for a meeting about work, he gives you a kiss on the forehead goodbye. You know you only have until the afternoon for him to come back, so you start to wrap your gifts and hide them. You bought him a love charm with the both of you in it, it caught your eye because of the angel wings attached to the heart.

Your second gift was a cute bear that was bought with your best money. It was a light beige and white color with a luminescent stomach and paws, it was very expensive because it was hand-made and had better quality material to last longer than most. You were tired from all the gift wrapping so you went to go see if you could find anything that would go amazing with Keigo.

While walking to the park to ask the birds a certain outfit caught your eye, it looked as if it had an old design. It was a dark gray suit with an off-white tie and lighter gray sleeves, matching dark gray pants and black shoes. There was also a classy fedora. You walked past but couldn’t stop imagining Keigo’s smirk as he tipped the fedora playfully like an actor.

Your bird friends at the park told you to get it if you couldn’t stop thinking about it so you did. When Keigo came home it was pretty late since he had a surprise mission because of a huge bank robbery. He made sure to text you because he didn’t want you to wait unknowingly. You took the time to decorate the house making sure to put a mistletoe over the front door.

When he walked in you rushed to hug him and then brought the mistletoe to his attention away from all the other decorations. “Oh, you little mischievous- comere.”, he kissed you, playfully poking at your stomach and lower back to tease you. Tomorrow was Christmas eve and there would be a party full of heroes.

You got ready in a beautiful (color) outfit to match your wings and Keigo lost his tie so he just wore a dress shirt and an undone suit. It was still somehow hot. You two only had to come for a speech so you inspected every sweet you could find and stuffed it into a to-go box sticking a few you couldn’t resist in Keigo’s face to give him a taste.

He was dressed as Santa clause to your surprise. He was terrible at impressions but he tried his best. “Come sit on Santa’s lap child.”, you giggled at the terrible Santa clause impression but you did as he said and he handed you a skinny medium box, you opened it and took out a beautiful dress. It was a dark gray with (eye color) roses mixed with tinier (wing colored) roses. There was so much detail it could’ve cost a fortune.

You gave him a huge hug, “Let’s open the next one baby bi- I mean..ah forget it it’s terrible anyways.” your cheerful laughter echoes through the house making Keigo only love you more if that’s even possible. You opened the next present which is a watch you were eyeing to your surprise. He could see the child-like happiness displayed when you put it on and gave him a kiss on the cheek, “I love it!”. You smiled so lovingly.

Then you reached for a medium square box that was very big, “Kid, let us save that one for last.”. You gave him your first present, it was in a bag. He pulled out the paper hiding his present and bought out a soft cuddly stuffed bear. He gave it a huge hug along with you. “How’d you know I liked stuffed animals?!”, he would not let you go at all.

You finally got him to open the next presents and presented him with the beautiful heart love necklace. He instantly put it on and opened it, he opened his mouth but no words came out until he finally spoke. “I love it so much Baby bird, I don’t know what to say!”, he gave you a huge hug.

Now onto your last present, he opened the box to see a new suit just for him and you grabbed the fedora you were hiding and pushed it onto his head. He tipped it with a smirk just like you imagined. He gave you many pecks on the cheeks nose and forehead.

“Now, it’s time for the last present I got you. I’ll be back, I need to get it ready.”, he left to the other room leaving you with such suspense. You didn’t even come close to guessing what it was though. He came back while you had your back turned thinking and got on one knee.

He poked you in the back and when you turned you almost had a heart attack. You were stunned. “Will..You marry me?”, the words you were begging to hear your whole life. You couldn’t hold your surprised tears back, at that moment all you felt existed in this world were you and Keigo. You said yes.

You walk back into the gym and see Kunimi and Kindaichi waiting outside the doors, peeking in 👀

"What's wrong?" You said, coming to see

"Yeah, pretty sure Makki and Mattsun are afraid to move because it might set him off"- Kunimi

Inside you see Oikawa on his knees, Iwaizumi standing with a volleyball at the ready, anger radiating off him

Ever have three simultaneous epiphanies about the new rarepair you’ve latched onto? Fun, right?!!

(Please disregard if Zhao/Aang “Zhaang” isn’t in your circles of interest, this isn’t really intended for an audience… ya Ray trying to blow off steam by writing.. rough day 😮‍💨)

ephifancy 1. The moment Korra’s airbending kicks in

Why this one? Well, Tenzin establishes her weak point as a lack of spiritual understanding ~ making airbending her weakest element. So it’s curious that it should come sweeping in as a blow of brute force all the same, knocking Amon off his feet and freeing Mako from his grip.

The slow-mo toss of her arm is something, but the way she shouts “No!” as if she’s about to lose someone very important to her…? Maybe a similar moment was what defined Aang’s airbending in a form stripped of all grace and subtlety ~

Probably not out of worry for anyone in the Gaang, since they’re more than capable of fending off the enemy… but a hapless, blundering idiot dragged out of the Fog of Lost Souls? Aang’s job is to worry. That shared instant of don’t take him from me could be what finally bridges Korra’s airbending with that of the last airbender. (yes, him. played the pronoun card 😏)

epfefenee 2. Aang’s kids… are kinda messed up

RIP. Sacrificing (let’s say.. slightly altering) the tale of a hardworking father trying his best to balance the world along with his family for Aangst ✨

First you have Tenzin, whose memory of spending quality time with his siblings is sorely inaccurate, specifically called “foggy” (hint hint wink wink winkity hint hinty wiNK WINK—) by Kya.

Now, Tenzin may be getting on in years, but before that instance he’s never shown less than a timely, well-oiled aptitude… which can only mean this stemmed from someplace offscreen, and the answer is even rounded to his early childhood. In Aang’s (deserved, yet harmful, as the show tells us) devotion to teaching his only inclined son the ways of a lost culture… could he have thought ‘oh, two birds with one stone’ and taken Tenzin with him on premature journeys into the less idyllic spirit world? Prisons and vicious cycles of punishment, AKA Zhao’s casa - leaving him the high-strung, overbearing, questionably retentive man seen in Book One. Foggy memory indeed… and poor guy :( Aang bby the bad decision-making is rubbing off on you

*Tenzin also does exceptionally well in the Fog of Lost Souls compared to the others. A sign of some classic Mithridatism behind the scenes?

- Then you have Bumi, the man of Wild Stories with questionable credibility… but how unlikely are these stories, really, seeing the sort of happenings and creatures that inhabit the spirit world?

Could Aang have lugged two children along while he was seeing Zhao, giving Bumi that teensy spiritual push to receiving airbending later on? From his arch nemesis the shark-squid to his traumatizing brush with cannibals, not to mention the impossible escapes with silly means ~ they come off as the result of an overactive imagination, real plight bearing visible scars, or a disturbing mix of both.

- Kya… Good news! I’ll leave her alone. I guess she got away - the gays win! Likewise to Aang’s passion for raising an airbending child after a hundred-year upset, Katara would delight in teaching a spunky water girl after growing up alone in her tribe. Not as much time with Daddy; safer with Mommy! (Unless I come back to this tyke later… :3)

efishinthesea 3. Korra’s personality

This one is purely my baby… but Aang resonating so closely with Zhao that his reincarnation adopts most, if not all, of his traits and character?

Oh, how could I even begin to elaborate without melting into an incoherent puddle of rainbows?

You get it, don’t you guys? Spirit-y logic that I can’t physically synthesize when the keys are blurring with my happy tears? Two men connecting in the afterlife, navigating tough roadblocks, finding each other over and over again as their emptiness is fulfilled in ways they could have never imagined? When they finally pass on, finding rest as simple as each other’s company?

Leaving fingerprints on souls, borrowing and receiving energy in a friendship or love like the most wholesome alchemy… eventually building up to an imprint that revives itself in ~ as - Aang’s next life? Like Zhao finally gets his second chance.
