Ohh thanks for the question!! Every time when it comes to the childhood of our ocs, it's gets us all excited we love it so much ;-; Actually we've taken some liberties with the Durge canon here, especially with Diamant's backstory — we like to think they shared a common childhood, and for this story we created Diamant's own lore as a mysterious childhood friend who becomes Marrow’s right-hand in the Bhaal cult after she became a leader

So Marrow grew up a bit of a wild child with a fiery personality, and making friends wasn't easy for her. Her mentor was the only person she felt really close to tbh.. Buuut then, one day, she met Diamant, this freaky guy from a nearby monastery. They were a really odd pair, but that's what made their friendship so special

And Diamant always knows just how to push Marrow's buttons — he loves teasing her, and she always finds a way to get back at him (usually by biting and fighting lol)
