Does it get easier?
Bojack Horseman Season 2, Episode 12: Out to Sea
Every day, it gets a little easier. But you gotta do it every day. That's the hard part. But it does get easier.
Lost in translation, Sofia Coppola (2003)
The more you know who you are and what you want, the less you let things upset you.

The View from Halfway Down
Bojack Horseman. What a phenomenal show. So superbly written, absolutely hilarious and downright emotionally brutal. Unfortunately I've identified with a ton of personal flaws and extintistenal fears this show has brought up and...yea...it's just so fucking good
This poem is from S6E15, where Bojack is slowly drowning in his pool after overdosing, his brain concieves a dinner party with all those who had died through the course of the series who he knew/was close with. As the characters perform their own show before being swallowed up by the darkness that is death, Bojack realises what is going on. Secretariat, Bojack's idol growing up (and his father for some reason), killed himself by jumping off a bridge after his disgraced running career. He reads this poem 'The View From Halfway Down' (written by Alison Tafel) as the door of death inches ever closer.
It's such a powerful, beautiful and terrifying poem that I feel does SO MUCH more for anti-suicide messages (for example compared to the entirety of 13 Reasons Why) as it's based of comments made by survivours who jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge and how the moment they jump, they realise all their problems were easily solveable apart from how they just jumped off the bridge. And as someone who has struggled with those sorts of thoughts on a semi regular basis, it's really struck me to my core. I seriously get chills every single time
