please rb to get more reach. I'm tired of the disrespect and want to give other business owners/workers a chance to share their experiences and customers a chance to fix their attitudes if needed.

we are people

we make mistakes

if you tell us nicely we will try our very best to correct the mistake so both sides are happy

if you tell us rudely we will still try our best but we will end up so emotionally drained because of you and it may effect our attitudes (again rule 1 we are human)

negotiating prices is ok to an extent. if someone tells you lowering the price further will put them in loss. stop. right. there. this is where you take it or leave it

^ further negotiation will simply frustrate you, frustrate and tire the businessperson and lead both of you nowhere. no businessperson is gonna go into loss so if they tell you that just accept that you've reached the line

don't start talking shit about us in another language. I understand 5 and speak most of them too and the number of times I hear people say unwarranted stuff about me is unreal. just be a decent human in any language.

^ even if I don't know your language, body language says a LOT. I can tell. I'm human. it hurts a bit each time. yet I still try to give you good service

some of us work long hours and there are some people that are immensely underpaid. especially if you show up towards the end of the day, chances are that we are tired. we're still trying

a lot of people fail at rule 1 so literally at the very least remember we are human too

Oggi li chiamiamo “Petnat” che è la fusione delle due parole francesi Petillant e Naturelle e serve come termine ad indicare gli spumanti ed i frizzanti naturali. Il processo che li accomuna con vini come il Prosecco DOC e DOCG è una fermentazione alcolica in un ambiente a pressione controllata che però nel caso dei pet nat è la bottiglia stessa mentre nella maggior parte dei prosecco e lambrusco oggi è un’autoclave. Durante la fermentazione alcolica del mosto, che avviene spontaneamente in botte, barrique o in vasca, nel momento in cui si raggiunge il perfetto equilibrio tra tasso alcolimetrico e residuo zuccherino, si procede ad un travaso di sgrossatura e si imbottiglia il liquido che è mezzo mosto e mezzo vino. La fermentazione continuerà nella bottiglia fino a consumare tutto lo zucchero e sviluppando la CO2 (anidride carbonica) e i lieviti a quel punto moriranno e termineranno la loro funzione fermentativa restando in sospensione.
