Yoga is a great way to practice balance for both body and mind - that's also true for our crows, that oh so lovingly demonstrate some variations of one of the more classic poses in its different levels of intensity and challenge:

This is based off a yoga pose that was a joke between the intakes at the rehab I went to. I made a drawing of this during that time...but it didn't look as good. So I refurbished it!
This is by far the longest crow pose I ever managed to do and I'd lie if I'd say I'm not insanely proud :D
For someone who had zero arm strength and weak sensitive wrists all their life it's especially cool to know that both aren't an issue anymore. I practiced the crow for about 20 minutes today.
The skin underneath his feathers being the same as his arms not only looked weird but didn’t make a lot of sense, so I made it a different shade, making it the only color I haven’t color picked from the game aside from the white and the clothes (yet to be shone).
