Yes, Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight is atop UA surrounded by light, but Gentle is at the bottom, holding it all up. Two would-be heroes, temporarily distracted from their path, who will win and save their way. Who each held on to their ideals of perfect victory and love. Who each reflect a piece of Izuku.

New update to my My Hero Academia au! This is a suicide squad/task force x style plotline where the Hero Public Safety Commission “recruits” inmates and patients to do covert missions. That definitely seems like smth they’d do in canon ngl.
Lady Nagant. After being put in Tartarus, Tsutsumi is pretty much put back on the Commission’s list due to her skill. As well as them just being spread thin. She is reluctantly given her job back. And in return, they won’t kill her.
Blizzard. Rei Todoroki, despite not being a pro hero, does have relations to one. And her quirk is deceptively powerful. It’s because of this that the Commission seeked her out. In return for doing their bidding, they’ll “have her discharged early.” At least, that’s what they say.
The Takami Thief. In order to further keep the name “Takami” under wraps, the Commission more or less bought out Hawks’s dad for good measure. In return for a good check and early release, he decidedly couldn’t say no.
Stain. Had the decision to recruit him been public, lets just say there would’ve been controversy. Similar to Nagant, Stain’s recruitment was very reluctant on his part. But on account of All Might being dead, and Stain’s message almost dying with him, Akaguro decided he wasn’t going to die under the Commission’s control. He’ll escape... eventually...
Ending. No recorded documents beyond his criminal record have been found. His recruitment wasn’t exactly “reluctant,” but there’s only one man this villain will willing die to.
The Rapper. He’s not the type to join a big government agency. But his allegiance was sworn once he was beaten in a fight.
Swordkill. Formerly part of another villain group, Swordkill was recruited in return for early release and nothing more. Money isn’t what this villain is after.
Gentle Criminal and La Brava. A duo of criminals and youtubers, in return for an early release and the reinstatement of their channel, the Commission believed they were worth recruiting.

Any other creative uses for elasticity? Maybe expansions?
-This would actually be immensely useful for a rescue work. Gentle could affectively turn all the super dangerous rubble into a bounce castle or make rubbery barriers around inquired civilians, making it much safer to move and handle those kinds of situations.
-Furthermore, he would be really good in supportive role. He could make small areas allies are about to hit into safe landing zones or he could affectively make bounce pads wherever he wants, amplifying their allies maneuverability and potential attack power.
-Gentle could begin to learn how to better shape his forcefields, he could learn how to make them in more defined shapes like cubes. This would expand the kind of options he'd have in capturing people, something he already excelled out given the prison break out.
-One idea I've always had for Gentle is him using the Quirk on reaction, applying the Quirk the second something made contact. So if someone tried to stab Gentle, it would affectively become a prop knife, saving himself and robbing his opponent of their weapon.
-Speaking of weapons, they'd be good with this as well. While a melee would be fun, bending it in bizarre ways to get attacks off ranged would actually be a lot more useful. He could load up a rubber projectile and making it bounce all over the place before landing, making for a painful, if non-lethal way to deal with a foe.
-The terrain manipulation aspect of his power seems underutilized. Since Gentle seems to have a pretty firm understanding of Quirk functions, it'd be neat to see him more actively manipulate the environment, like waving the ground underneath someone like a giant rug or pulling back a door to bypass a lock it had on it.
-It's been stated that Gentle can't use his Quirk on people, but that isn't to say anything about clothes. He could make his own clothing elastic, giving himself greater defense and mobility without the needed set up. Which is nothing to say of other people's clothing, effectively making it impossible to move properly without flying out of control.
-Combining all of those together, he could carry around a lot of equipment to be even more effective. Small plates on his person to use as shields without messing with his clothes, small items he could launch out of the rubber air, pieces of cloth to uses like rubber bands, grapples to grab onto and pull the terrain around, and other things like that.
