please keep in mind that these are just MY opinion and i don't know the characters' backstories so this may not be accurate , it's ok if you disagree but don't be rude about it 💀 THIS IS JUST FOR FUN OK

he doesn't have any particuliar taste he just doesn't like very loud music

he likes japanese bossa nova and listens to it when he parctices/medidates

he probably asked lucio why he has to pay for spotify premium and asked him to get him a cracked version of it because he refuses to pay for it (he actually has a lot of money but has a love/hate relationship with americans *staring at cassidy intenifies* but deep down it's really because he doesn't know how to properly use the app without lucio's help but he doesn't want to admit it because it makes him feel old)

I JUST KNOW MY BABYGIRL SECRETELY LIKES KPOP GIRL GROUPS LIKE TWICE AND NEWJEANS (kiriko secretely added newjeans music in his playlist)

listens to shiloh dysnasty, lofigirl lives when he needs to focus on signing his family's papers, he likes tyler the creator but only flowerboy and call me if you get lost because his others albums would be too "violent" for him (don't forget he's an old man 😔 /hj)

HE OBVIOUSLY LIKES CLASSICAL MUSIC like some mozart or chopin or even beethoven

he either has too many playlists or like only his liked songs one (but he doesn't now how to use spotify so he always asks you or lucio on how to do it)

he definitely likes lamp and even went to some of their concerts

oh and he plays shamisen too, his parents gave him and his brothers lessons since it's something very dear to them as music is a very big part of the shimadas' culture

since he's (kind of) a robot i feel like he listens mostly to breakcore and jungle dnb, it depends on his mood

he likes bossa nova too but is more into japanese rap

although he's more of an extrovert than his brother, he still needs his time alone, but he'll never mind your presence

"oh? hello there little mouse" as he notices you came in his room. he always sets a bare cushion on the floor for you to sit on. "do you want to listen to music together?"

i feel like he'd like 90's/2000's rap like mf doom, tupac and ice cube because lucio made him discover some of their songs ( i want them to have a thing together aa "but he's already with mercy" CRY ABOUT IT I DONT CARE no one can stop me from writing a genji x lucio fic MWAHAHAHA THIS IS GONNA BE SO RANDOM

• Kiriko and Hana began their relationship not long after Kiriko had joined Overwatch. The two immediately hit things off, and after a few secret dates here and there, Kiriko eventually got the guts to ask her favorite pilot to be her girlfriend. Hana had never been so giddy.

• Of course, both women aren’t exactly dead-set on letting everyone know of their relationship right away. Especially with Kiriko already focused on getting to know members of the team. It’d be pretty odd to introduce yourself as the girl dating someone they’d been working with for years, so keeping it a secret is a given. At least for a little while.

• The two enjoy spending their free time together playing video games or cooking (Kiriko being the cook and Hana being the taste-tester). So it isn’t unusual to see the two disappear after missions (assuming they’re stable), training sessions, or meetings.

• Genji, Angela, Fareeha, Cassidy and Lena are the only ones 100% convinced about their uncomfirmed relationship. There are others who are suspicious, though, like Lucio.

• Kiriko loves being a tease with Hana, and she often does so in front of the others with subtle touches. Brushing the back of her hand against Hana’s, getting up behind her closely when she wants to observe what Hana’s doing- things like that. Seeing Hana’s face go crimson never gets old.

• Hana, on the other hand, enjoys teasing verbally. Choice words to get Kiriko flustered, like little compliments that to others seem platonic, but to Kiriko are far from it.

“I’ll never understand how you throw them daggers like that, fox girl.” Cassidy took a sip of his bourbon, clearing his throat with a gruff cough as he gestured towards Kiriko with a nod. Glancing at the others across the room, being Reinhardt, Angela, Lena and Jack, the cowboy let out a low chuckle. “She’s got skill, that’s for sure.”

“You bet.” Jack replied with a smirk, nodding towards Kiriko like a proud father. The newcomer, upon realizing all eyes were on her, sheepishly rubbed the back of her neck with a hand, murmuring a small “thanks” and smiling warmly.

Hana however, being right beside to her, noticed this, and decided to add in a word of her own.

“Couldn’t have said it any better,” she quipped, expression bright as she leaned over the island counter, “I’ve been telling her how good she is with her hands.”

Watching Kiriko’s face turn that red that fast made Hana Song’s entire year. This moment was also Cassidy’s final straw in his raising suspicions.

• The two never take major risks. Subtle, chaste kisses here and there, sure, and the occasional words of affection will get thrown around in the form of subtle whispers. The two truly don’t want to get found out any time soon, and while it is fun to fool around, they know to be careful.

• Well…except for that one time.

“Mnn…mnnnph-!”

“Shh…Hana, I know. I’m right here.”

Hana, sounds muffled by Kiriko’s palm over her mouth, was currently pinned to a bathroom door, writhing against it as pleasure overwhelmed her. Her legs were pried open by a single hand between them; a flustered mess, the pilot brought a hand up to hold on tightly to her girlfriend’s jacket, whining words like “yes,” “faster,” “fuck.” Eyes half-lidded, weak sounds of need fell past her covered lips, her breathing erratic.

Kiriko, eyes dilated at the sight of her lover like this, kept her gaze focused on Hana’s sopping wet heat, her fingers working swiftly to bring the brunette to her peak. “You’re doing so good, Hana…” She murmured coolly, smirking a little as she finally looked up to make eye contact.

The sheer need in Hana’s eyes made the taller woman feel truly primal, god, she loved seeing her girlfriend submit. Especially in these circumstances. Kiriko prided herself on being a responsible young woman, but she’d be damned if she wasn’t going to put her girlfriend in her place when her tone practically asked for it. Regardless of their whereabouts.

Currently, the couple was at a mission after-party. And the entirety of Overwatch was outside of this very bathroom. The only bathroom.

Hana and Kiriko were no strangers to quickies. But this was definitely the closest they’d ever gotten to being caught. Hana had been teasing Kiriko all night, and the former vigilante had simply had enough. Hana was bold for assuming Kiriko wouldn’t bend her over the bathroom counter and finger her while making her watch.

But door sex would suffice, too.

Gasping for air, Hana managed to pull her mouth free from Kiriko’s hand for just a moment, rambling eagerly, “God, Kiri…y-you’re so-”

“-So what, bunny?” Kiriko breathed sensually, bringing her lips to one of Hana’s ears as her fingers continued moving rhythmically against her pulsating walls. “Use your words.”

Hana let out a high-pitched moan into her hand, her hips bucking as Kiriko began curling her fingers into her g-spot.

“You’re…so m-mean…” she was barely audible through the suppression of Kiriko’s palm on top of the whimper lacing her words. Kiriko’s other hand was braced against the door Hana was up against, rendering the pilot completely trapped. It was addicting, feeling preyed on by the shrine maiden. And Hana, though she liked to be stubborn about it, was enthused to submit to her.

Smirking, Kiriko pressed a kiss to the side of Hana’s face, purring teasingly, “You know you like it.” Then, another kiss, this time to her lips. Pulling away, she sped up her ministrations, and Hana’s body felt light and fuzzy as her peak crept up on her.

“Go ahead. Cum for me.”

And Hana absolutely obeyed. Nobody questioned how exhausted she looked after leaving the restroom.

Junkrat is so on board with Lucio being a freedom fighter

The enthusiasm is much appreciated, but Lucio does have to explain in detail what he's really fighting for

Junkrat's chaotic nature is just on board with anything

They're just such a chaotic duo together

Like yeah, Lucio is a pretty chill guy but god does Jamison bring out the worst in him sometimes. They're perfect for eachother

On the rare occasion, Lucio can get Junkrat to settle down long enough for cuddles <3 ofc the lad is still a bit twitchy but it helps him realize that maybe this isn't so bad

Lucio shows Junkrat a kind of love Jamison has never seen before and Junkrat helps Lucio learn that it's okay to lose his cool sometimes

They just compliment each other so well

Hanzo Shimada x Y/N

7pm Lucio’s room——

Dva recruits Lucio, Mei, Genji and Mercy.

"Everyone, I have something to say." Dva said seriously.

"What's wrong?" Mercy wondered.

"Dva, could it be..." Genji asked.

"Genji, what is it?" Mei panicked.

"What exactly?" Lucio asked.

"Actually, look at this photo of my best friend Y/N and Hanzo." Dva showed them a picture of you sleeping on Hanzo's shoulder.

"Wow! Is it!" Mercy said excitedly.

"So cute! Y/N actually slept on Hanzo's shoulder!" Mei said.

"I want to match them! Because they are so right!" Dva said.

"What are you going to do, Dva?" Lucio asked.

"Dva once said that she wanted to help brother have a surprise welcome party." Genji said.

"Do you want to match them with the welcome meeting as a reason?" Mercy asked.

"That's right! You're right, Mercy." Dva said.

"I have an idea! We put Y/N in the box and put it outside the door of Hanzo's room, and then Y/N jumped out of the box. How about it? " Mei said.

"Do you want to kidnap Y/N? Do you still want to stuff Y/N into the box? " Lucio asked.

"Mei, you're so horrible." Mercy said.

"I think it's more scary that Y/N and Hanzo found our trick, right? Y/N will never be mercentful if she is angry. Although Hanzo doesn't smile, but he will kill you with his eyes. " Lucio said.

"Hmmmmmm..." The four of them thought about it.

"Why don't we have a normal welcome party?" Genji asked.

"Yes~" Dva, Lucio, Mei and Mercy agree.

"Well, I'll call Y/N to get up!" Dva ran away.

8pm——

"Y/N! Get up!" The sound of Dva came from outside the door.

"Hwahhh~ What are you doing?" You get up and open the door.

Dva rushed into your room and stood in front of you and smiled. You wonder why she suddenly came to you. You saw that she was holding a few packets of snacks in her hand.

"Hanzo's welcome party!" Dva is excited.

"Ha? It's so sudden... I haven't informed Hanzo yet." You say.

"No need to notify! It's okay to have you!" Dva said excitedly.

"With me?" You are confused.

Dva pulled you to Lucio's room to gather with everyone. You see Lucio, Mei, Genji and Mercy.

"So what are you going to do? How to invite Hanzo? " You ask.

"Ha ha ha! Just send you!" Dva said.

"Me!? Why?" You are surprised.

"You are very good with Hanzo." Mercy said.

"But isn't it easier for Genji to invite?" You are confused.

"I just had an argument with him." Genji said.

"It's up to you, Y/N." Mei patted you on the shoulder and said.

"Come on, Y/N!" Lucio said.

"Haizzzz, okay... I'll try it. If he refuses me, I can't help it..." You get up and leave.

"Good." Dva said.

Although you and Hanzo don't share the same topic, he will save you when you are in danger. When you are sleepy, you want a shoulder he is also willing to let you to lean. You were moved by his actions, although he was expressionless. You took a deep breath at outside Hanzo's door and knocked on the door, but no one responded inside. Strangely, he is not in the room at this time. Is he on the training ground?

You walk to the training ground and see Hanzo in the training ground. He pulled the bow and posed at the target. You can see that he is very elegant and stable. You quietly walked behind him and admired his back. He didn't seem to notice that you were behind him. He took a deep breath and let go to let the bow and arrow hit the target accurately. Hanzo turned around to take a bottle of water and saw you standing behind him. He stepped back in surprise.

"Why are you standing behind me?" Hanzo asked.

"I want to call you, but I won't bother you first when you are training." You handed him the water bottle.

"What are you looking for me?" Hanzo took the water bottle and asked.

"Actually, we held a welcome party, and you, the protagonist, haven't come yet." You said with a smile.

"No, I'm not used to that kind of occasion." Hanzo said coldly.

"Let's get together~" You approach him.

"I said it's not necessary." Hanzo said.

"Hanzo~You just take it as your company with me~" You took his hand coquettishly and cutely.

"Y/N, wait a minute, don't do this." Hanzo panicked.

"Accompany me! I want Hanzo to accompany me!" You say.

"Okay, okay... There's nothing I can do about you. Wait for me, I'll clean it up." Hanzo smiled.

You didn't expect that you could make Hanzo compromise by acting coquettish. You didn't expect to see Hanzo's smile, and you felt inexplicably happy. After he packed up, you two left the training room together and went to Lucio's room.

"Let's see who I brought." You hold Hanzo's hand.

"Wow! You made it." Genji said.

"What are you two doing~" Dva looked at you and Hanzo.

"Yes, yes! How can you two hand in hand!" Lucio asked excitedly.

"So cute!" Mei said.

"Y/N is awesome!" Mercy said.

"What are you guys thinking..." You and Hanzo let go each other and said at the same time.

"Since the protagonist has arrived! Cheers!" Dva raised his glass and shouted.

"Cheers! Welcome Hanzo to Overwatch!" Everyone shouted.

"Thank you." Hanzo said.

Lucio turned on the music atmosphere, and Mei and Mercy hummed with the music. Dva sits with you and eats snacks. Genji is chatting with Hanzo.

Hanzo will look at you from time to time when your laughter comes to his ear. Hearing your laughter, he has a warm feeling in his heart. Although you two don't have a common topic, you feel that you both have each other.

You hear Lucio open your love song, and you hum in a low voice. Hanzo recognizes this song, which you once hummed. You are very close to him, so he can hear the song you hum clearly. You turned your head and found that Hanzo was looking at you. You were eating snacks and smiling at him. He nodded to you and smiled, then looked back at Genji's direction and continued to chat.

"Hanzo, would you like a chocolate biscuit?" Mercy served biscuit.

"Thank you." Hanzo took a bite of the biscuit.

"Is it delicious? My special recipe. " Mercy said.

"It's delicious." Hanzo said.

"That's great. Y/N,do you want to eat? " Mercy is heading in your direction.

"Ok! I want it! I love the biscuit of Mercy's recipe!" When you are happy to take over the snacks.

"Y/N! Please go to the ward now!" Athena report.

"What a pity..." Mercy whispered.

"Mercy, can you help me pack it?" Hanzo asked.

"Oh... All right." Mercy packed the biscuits and gave them to Hanzo.

"Brother, do you want to save some for yourself?" Genji is curious.

"Nothing." Hanzo said.

9:30pm Ward——

"Hello, doctor." Cassidy said.

"Great, you finally woke up. I thought you were dead. How do you feel?" You ask.

"It's okay. I think I can get out of bed tomorrow." Cassidy said with a laugh.

"Hahahaha, let me check it for you." You say.

You help Cassidy have a check-up, and the wound has almost healed. You can finally feel at ease. You explain to Cassidy that there are things need to pay attention to prevent the wound from cracking. Cassidy talked with you for a while because he was bored.

10:15pm Corridor————

Due to lack of sleep and sudden work, your body feels inexplicably tired. You see a bottle of thermos with tea and Mercy's biscuits outside your door. There is a note saying "Take more rest" by Hanzo. You jumped happily when you saw that it was left by Hanzo. You quickly open the door and walk in to enjoy.

"That's so sweet, Hanzo." You eat cookies.

10:30pm Hanzo‘s Room————

"Will I mind my own business? Would it be rude to put cookies at the door without permission? " Hanzo thought doubtfully.

Hanzo sat in a chair and thought and said, "I hope she likes it."

.junkrat x roadhog are best bro for life, they are basically dating but in a bro way, or tired dad and hyper (crazy) son he was forced to adopt/ kinda just started following him one day

.soldier x mercy is a old one ive seen but i see them more as father and daughter that aren't that close (but he is still hyper protective of her), same thing with Cassidy x reaper, i view them as father and son (where alot closer until retribution where they fell out and then after when cass thought he died)

then there's alot of less popular ships i also like but aren't up there on my ship list or i just dont happen to ship these characters and i also see more as friends then couples: genji x sombra genji x widow genji x tracer ram x zen dva x kiriko tracer x widow pharah x mercy (i dont mind the ship, i dont ship it, but alot of the people who do have made me not like it because of how they have acted) and more that im definitely forgetting

Now that I am off twitter I'm going to make my claim for my rare pair cuz this will go into a bottomless pit:

Lucio x Kiriko

Listen like yeah Kiriko was just introduced so we don't know her whole story and is stuck in the same limbo as Hanzo of where exactly she'll be fitting into the Overwatch lore. I however just think her and Lucio would be fun since who else is stuck in this limbo? The man himself, Lucio (he at least hasn't yet to be recruited ircc in the New Blood comics).

They both have this strong sense of justice to what's best by their family and by their community as a whole.

Lucio stole back the technology his dad created from Vishkar to protect his hometown and later aid Orisa and Efi in running out Doomfist in The Hero of Numbani (this is secondhand info I could be wrong).

From what little we know of Kiriko she became what Hanzo and Genji couldn't: a solid balance of familial expectations and one's own needs. She strongly believes in upholding her mother's training while still appreciating and harnessing the fox spirit from her grandmother to protect the town she cares for (along with some donuts despite her mother's wishes lol).

From a lore standpoint- they've never interacted but when has that ever stopped this fandom (*cough cough* yeehan *cough cough*)?

Anyways I have some voice lines from the game that when I heard them I was fully surprised (also bless Overwatch Interactions on YT for having this lol):

So something I've noticed over the years playing overwatch is that Lucio is a pretty confident guy and he isn't one to be shy around the girls (mainly seeing his interactions with DVA but maybe it's just a mutual understanding between super stars). What got me is this typically confident guy gets all nervous over Kiriko mentioning she listened to his album?

Why?

Kiriko is more of a local hero if anything and has no stake in the music game- why wouldn't he have his typical approach of the overly cheery attitude we hear in other voicelines in the game? Idk it's what got my brainrot started.

The other voiceline is mainly just that Kiriko, despite her sarcastic delivery seems genuinely interested in not *just* Lucio's music but Lucio. Well, at least interested in his musical interests if anything.

Anyways that's my rant on the fox and the frog of Overwatch 2, I'm done being insane
