- try to avoid counting cals, focus on portion control!! stressing out over cals can cause binging!!
- no more than 3 meals a day
- every meal must be small and healthy
- 8k+ steps, 30+ minutes of dance, 30 minutes pilates
- stick to high protein, low calorie foods
- avoid diet sodas, mainly drink tea, coffee, or water
- calorie limit is 800-1000 to prevent binging and keep metabolism speedy
- dont eat before 11am or after 7pm
- drink 2L of water daily!! make sure to hydrate as much as possible
- go on walks to avoid binging & help get steps in
- don't restrict too low
- watch triggering films/videos to motivate yourself
- be mindful while eating, focus on the taste, scent and texture
- drink water before and after meals to feel more full
