These are SO messy and ugly but I need to ramble about them bc the way I've said the egg episode was everybody mirroring their parents and Ered didn't have much of a reaction to her egg breaking bc her parents let her do what she wants and make mistakes and probably give her too much freedom to the point it's actually dependental to her and the way I have so many HCs for her dads (I named them Rolyhn and Bailey) so happy to get sorta angst material for them??

Even Cameron clocked her and has said something like she's a "only child with unrestricted boundaries"

Her fucking up babysitting so bad is so fitting I've been saying for 4ever her ass is NOT maternal or responsible !! In camp cool Kidz she basically said fuck them kids and did not CARE if they were over indulging, was asking them to work with power tools, ect, even manipulating Nikki, ect. She doesn't have a soft spot or particular liking towards kids much younger than her!

Like her dads seem to refer to her as this darling girl who they love so much abundantly and cheesy (and they do!!!!) And Ered isn't embarrassed of them either over it she's proud and chill with them and I imagine that they never get into fights or arguments and Rolyhn is sort of the main disciplinarian in the parenthood as it fits him more but when anybody comes to him with a complaint on Ered's behavior he's just like 'ummm are you suree?? That doesn't sound like her,,'

But BURNING THE HOUSE DOWN!!! is on a different level and I imagine it's like the first time Ered has ever been really scolded scolded?? And it's um...!! Oh boy!!!

Because these are her adoptive parents and she's never let them down before, and we've seen what she does when she's not cool and popular for one afternoon (goes to immediately do a deadly stunt to prove herself) so if course she's trying to compensate so hard and grow up faster now and be responsible so he never does that again??

Despite her age she's!! Sheltered!!!!

The Bachelor/ettes and how good they can cook

Abigail Probably not a great cook. She complains about when her dad cooks but it's not like she does much better. Definitely a chicky nuggies and fries girl if she has to cook for herself.

Alex Surprisingly good but isn't used to cooking. He definitely doesn't come off as someone who would know how to cook or be very good, but he's helped Evelyn enough to have unwittingly picked up some tips and tricks.

Elliott Decent cook. He's best at seafood and veggie dishes, and has a few he really excels at.

Emily Good cook. While she doesn't prepare the food at the Saloon, she's picked up a few things from Gus. Unfortunately, she uses a lot of ingredients and makes dishes that don't often suit the palates of many others *coughHaleycough*.

Haley Doesn't usually cook more than anything that can be microwaved or easily tossed together, but has tried and can make something good if she puts in the effort to.

Harvey Likes to make healthy meals when he can afford it and has learned how to cook pretty well but doesn't have the time and often resorts to easy-foods he tells his patients to avoid.

Leah She can cook but prefers to make fresh, organic meals with lots of raw ingredients.

Maru Not the greatest cook but can follow a recipe when needed. Prefers to bake desserts when she does due to the mathematical precision required.

Penny Average. She can make simple meals but when she strays and experiments (as seen in a heart event), disaster ensues. Living with Pam she doesn't really have access to the best ingredients, either.

Sam Can't really cook more than instant or really simple foods as he (admits in game) never learned to cook.

Sebastian Also can't really cook more than simple, basic foods

Charlie & Vaggie Poly Cuddles

~ Hiii! Hope you feel better, did a rush on this so it could get to you and cheer you up :)

~ Charlie is big spoon. When she’s cuddling you or Vaggie, she always initiates big spoon. Vaggie doesn’t have a preference when it comes to spooning, she’s just happy as long as she gets her cuddles.

~ For the three of you, it’d probably be Charlie as the big, you as the middle, Vaggie as the small spoon. Of course, this changes occasionally, but would be the go to.

~ I feel like Charlie is an active cuddler if that makes sense. She rubs shapes against your skin absentmindedly, sometimes lightly drag her nails along your skin, and will randomly squeeze you in hugs.

~ Vaggie is passive with cuddles. She likes to almost fall asleep into them. The type to listen for you and Charlie’s heartbeats, just laying her head on one of your chests. Her favourite cuddles are when you’re all going to sleep. Content and completely calm, it’s where she feels safest and most loved.

~ On that note, Charlie’s favourite cuddles are on the couch. Movies are optional here. Lots of blankets and pillows. She just loves the idea of being completely surrounded by her two favourite people, squeezing the life out of them excitedly.

~ Vaggie is so the type to whisper things during cuddles when she thinks you and Charlie are asleep. Uses this as a time to express love and appreciation that she’s nervous to say. Things that she feels are too intense.

note; i never thought it would've taken me THIS long to play rdr2 but here we are!! and Arthur is just my absolute favorite man ever (if it isn't Javier or Hosea) and he is SOOOOOOO caregiver energy like hello???? anyways Arthur is my man and I love him so <3 AND I NEED MORE PEOPLE MAKING RDR2 AGERE STUFF PLSSSSS

He's actually a pretty awkward caregiver... at first. Like he'll try his best but for him, he's not used to taking care of kids so much. BUT we've seen how he is with Jack, so later on, he would be an absolute softie on his little one... and ONLY his little one

He typically does better with older regressors in toddler or kid ages, but that doesn't mean he loves any type of little one that comes towards him. He has a harder time with baby regressors, but he always gets encouragement from Miss Grimshaw and Mary-Beth to look after them

He doesn't usually mind what his little calls him! Though, again, that'll take a little while for him to get used to. Whether it's Uncle Arthur or Daddy, he'd be happy to hear them

He's always been the protective type, especially around his gang. SO you know how overprotective this guy is with his little. He'll put himself between them and anything or anyone that might bother you. Comfort always comes first

That also goes for his guns. They are ALWAYS packed away on his horse or on him where his little one can't touch them, he doesn't want anything bad happening that could turn sour.

He has a no-nonsense policy when it comes to everything. This goes hand in hand with his overprotectiveness. And tantrums are a massive no-no. That's why, usually, all the little ones he would look after are VERY well-behaved once they've been looked after, even in the first few hours. Any rules he has, he takes seriously

Oh, and he will absolutely. Never EVER take his little on a mission with him. Because he knows how violent they can get. Every time he's gone on a mission or even gone for a few days, he leaves his little one behind. Except when everyone is moving to a different camp, of course

Horseback rides are an absolute YES for Arthur. That's his favorite activity to do with his little one. Going out for a nice stroll in the country and even picking herbs or flowers on the way. He helps them saddle up and tucks them right tight in front of him while holding them close to his chest.

I think like the rest of us, Arthur loves to pick up little trinkets and items for his little one! Candy will magically appear behind them. And if there's a book that his little wants, it's right next to the blankets and covers. He won't "spoil" his little per say, but he will definitely get them whatever they want, because sometimes, Arthur can't handle those sweet puppy eyes

I think the ones who are little's in the group are Charles, John, Micha, Sean, Kieran, Sadie, Tilly and Lenny

anon requested: Headcanons for celesgiri please?

they aren't very affectionate in public, but in private, you can rarely see them apart.

kyoko occassionally requests celestia's help with cases, even though she can do them herself. celeste enjoys the intrigue.

the only games they are equally good at are games like clue. they are both bad at board games like monopoly, to their dismay,

celestia is the sort of person to buy her beloved flowers and plants with specific meanings; kyoko is... bad at looking after them, but appreciates them anyway.

celestia calls kyoko 'beloved' and 'darling', while kyoko calls celeste her first name. celeste doesn't mind though, and sees it as a high honour.

in their future home, they have a large library that takes up two floors. their collective collection is quite large.

kyoko asked celestia out first, to the others surprise. kyoko researched old courting methods, doing everything perfectly, and continued to take that knowledge into the rest of their relationship.

they have lots of dates at tea houses and cute dessert places. kyoko always pays, but celeste's buys her gifts later.

celestia has dressed up kyoko in her clothes before, and though kyoko prefers more casual clothing, she admitted it was fun. celeste encourages her to dress up more for special occasions after that.

they are described as a power couple by their friends, which they both brush off as stupid. but they do admit to being one of the strongest relationships in their circle.

Apparently one of my favorite genres of character now is "the writers almost definitely didn't intend this character to be autistic, but their traits and mannerisms read so strongly as autistic traits to me (and other autistic people) that I just can't see them as neurotypical in my own reading of them."

How do you see Max and Neil relationship? I mean I know you ship it but why specifically? I’d love to hear your thoughts on it!

I see them my personal fannon wise as having a really deep connection and dynamic where the lines of platonic and romantic love get blurred (when they're older) and even though they're both really terrible at communicating that verbally, and their emotions in general as people, they both just know they can be way more comfortable, honest, and vulnerable around each other than other people bc they really are each other's person. Even when I'm shipping them with other people their friendship is still greatly important in their lives.

Just a silly little HC I have but: Max is shown to be impressed with Neil's capabilities and Neil is shown to be attention and ego-driven. Even though Neil knows not to take Max's opinion too overly highly bc, c'mon it's Max, I HC Neil secretly really likes the way it feels to be "Max's exception." The asshole with few friends and is hard to impress or understand.™

I think I've said it before but I'll say it again too much of maxneil is just ""max and his boyfriend"" rather than Max AND Neil. Max being a huge fan favorite and some fans wanting to give him a romantic partner and Neil being the closest dude in arms reach. Often just focusing on what Max can receive, how Neil feels about Max, what he can do for him, ect.

I love Neil as a character, he's my silly skrimbly and deserves his own life with intricate issues, and affection, and his own needs and flaws.

Neither one of them has endless patience!! They're both very morally grey just in different ways! I love using those aspects about them to come up with angst.

More Cannon-wise though I mentioned how Max is BIG on first impressions not only that, he's goal oriented and specifically wasn't looking for friends in the first episode. When meeting Neil for the first time this kid was: A: very openly unhappy with the situation, and B: smart. Max saw Neil as useful and felt a sensation of kinship. It wasn't until he cussed and yelled out Campbell did he also find him interesting and someone to give more respect towards, due to that sensation of kinship multiplying at the display of taking no shit and yelling at authority about it.

Max still wasn't looking for friends but Neil had showed him a side of his personality that paved a good way towards that anyways. Max trusted him pretty quickly to escape with him.

We know Neil and Nikki had both been victims of bullying, (Neil mentioning being the outcasted kid himself in the Jermy Fartz episode) so they developed a heavy clingyness to their first friend. (In the episode foreign exchange campers they're incredibly distraught he didn't want to be on their team. They're watching him and getting angry/sad about it. I honestly think this same problem they have socially comes back in the recent finale. Neil and Nikki need people to like them more than Max does, he's actively seen trying to calm them down about it.)

So where Max has a "push everybody away" method Neil and Nikki have a "hold on and never let go" to an unhealthy amount. Nikki moves past this partially, Neil doesn't.

Neil had a robot he made JUST to be his friend turn on him FOR being clingy and needy. He blinked away a TEAR when Max called him temporary. Max may have saw him as a friend first but Neil more openly held it closer to his heart.

They both have way more in common than people notice, Neil isn't really the voice of reason to Max's chaos. It depends on the day. Max can loose control of a situation he created for his own gain, Neil looses control when trying to gain attention or gain lack of it actually.

When Max thought he lost Dolph to bears Neil said hope you find him! And outed, But in camp cool kidz when Max starts an uprising after Neil gives him the idea, he's the only person to willingly stay on his side.

When Neil's AI got out of hand Max was impressed, but Neil had to drag him to help. Where as when Neil was lying about the story of Hanukkah, Max tried to give him advice and help him out.

Max both simultaneously uses Neil like a henchman sometimes, but Is impressed by his actions and capabilities. Neil is VERY attention and ego-driven. Max saying he's too dumb to find something just so Neil will happily fetch it for him is him playing on that, although it's a mean move it really shows how well he knows Neil. And even openly admits Neil knows him well too.

Max was the only person who knew/Neil trusted with his bathroom issues. (I hc Neil asks Max to whistle outside the outhouse for him and Max is like "do you know how many superstitions tell you not to whistle outside at night/j" and Neil is like neither one of us is superstitions just start that remix already istg!!!)

Both of their personalities hold so many similarities as well as alot of negative traits so they do bump heads alot, unlike Nikki's behind your back type shit talk, Neil insinuates once to his face he was smarter than Max and got a foul reaction from it.

This post is a lot more messy than the Nikki one as I can probably easily break down a timeline where Max warmed up to Nikki, but with Neil he seemed to connect with him pretty quickly, in reigny day where I mentioned he was quick to shut nikki down, in the same episode he's very driven to figure out where Neil is. Their dynamic is more complicated I think bc when Max and Neil aren't getting along it's more clear and direct and often due to their similar things. Pettiness, selfishness, egotisticalness. On the other side of the same coin they act silently attached to the hip and almost above other people together.

So I guess I ship it BC I like interpreting them with that very big understanding they have of one another, that deep rooted camaraderie, balanced out with that banter of being sassy little shits but in different ways. The potential angst of when they've already become THAT close but their problems of different moral greyness get too big.

The idea of them spending nearly every day together, and deeply loving each other but never actually saying it or expressing their affection in traditional ways, yet still feeling and knowing that love is there.

I am aroace !! I prefer to ship characters than keep everything platonic !!

It is hard/nearly impossible for me to feel real romantic attraction to someone, so instead I turn to fictional media to experience what I can't

I struggled with this detail a lot, since most of the people on my spectrums that I've seen will headcanon most characters on the spectrum as well, and I felt like I should be adding more of my own aro/ace headcanons to characters. But I don't have to. You don't have to.

This is just to comfort people who might have had the same concerns as me, because yes representation is important, but so is just enjoying a media how you want <3

Moonknight headcanon:

Do the boys dance? How do they like to dance and do they dance in public? (includes reader, no triggers)

Steven: He loves to dance but only in the privacy of his own home as he thinks he doesn’t dance very well. But he doesn’t worry so much anymore because it makes you giggle and dance with him as music blasts throughout the apartment (he dances like a dork and it’s absolutely endearing). He doesn’t mind dancing with you in public if it’s something slower, like a waltz, but tends to let you lead unless he’s feeling bold.

Marc: Does not like to dance and will begrudgingly dance in public if absolutely necessary (example, if he’s undercover for a mission). You can convince him to dance with you and he does, putting on a grumpy face but he secretly loves it because he can’t say no to you. He’ll never admit it, but his favorite way to dance with you is slow dancing late at night. Soft music is playing and you’re swaying back and forth, Marc holding you close, face buried in your neck.

Jake: Of the three of them Jake dances the best and is most willing to dance in public. He’s got those smooth moves and knows it, he likes to show off. He loves dancing the salsa or tango with you in the kitchen, you’re in pajamas, hair a mess, face bare and unwashed and Jake thinks you’re the most beautiful thing he’s ever seen. He’ll have the dopiest smile on his face the whole time.
