#feminine men

I was half asleep and thinking about all the stories like She’s The Man and Mulan (1999) where a woman dresses up like a man in order to do something ManlyTM and how they all inevitably fall in love with the masculinity of it all while still being women (or not, I guess, fiction is flexible and gender is more so)
and I went “give me a man who chooses to dress as a woman instead of resorting to violence. Give me a man who, in finding femininity and softness, can find himself. Give me a man who chooses kindness and love over war and aggression, but the only way he can do so is finding solace in the feminine. Not because femininity is inherently softer, but because society has told him as such. Give me a man who, through trial and error, finds himself learning to love the traditional women’s tasks he’s been clumsily attempting. Give me a man who could never truly fit in with other men, and the women around him protect him and love him unconditionally. Give me a man who cannot stand for himself at first, and then rises stronger together with the people who took him in”
And I realized that “give me a man who dresses as a woman in order to avoid going to war” is just. Achilles. And I want that classically animated movie now. I don’t even care if it’s sanitized like the Disney Renaissance Mulan or Hercules, in fact I’d enjoy that. I want Achilles to choose kindness and love and beauty over the war he never wanted to fight. I want a lighthearted, playful version of Achilles where there’s a happy ending. I know it’s a tragedy, but so were a lot of things that got animated at the time (not even Disney, Anastasia and Quest for Camelot come to mind as well) and I think he and Patroclus can have a happily ever after, too
I also want it to be gay, but I think that goes without saying

The world would be a better place if cis people understood the concepts of gender euphoria and dysphoria as things that everyone experiences, not just trans people.
The woman is not wearing makeup and a short skirt for male attention. She is doing that because it gives her gender euphoria as a woman.
On a more serious note, if a man doesn't feel comfortable to wear a pink shirt; eat a pink ice cream; listen to a female singer who is popular; express his feelings; drink fruity juices; hold his girlfriend's purse; say certain words; act with kindness towards his loved ones; apologize; deescalate conflict; watch a movie enjoyed by women; play with a small and fluffy animal; because he thinks these things make him look girly, less manly or "nor a real man", that is no way to live. That man is experiencing intense levels of gender dysphoria and he needs help.
I feel like people only look at men like that and laugh and call them sexist. Some of them might be and they need to be called out for it, but I feel like gender dysphoria is very common in cis men and we should be calling it what it is.
A cis man doesn't "feel uncomfortable" when he paints his nails for the first time, he gets dysphoric. Just like the cis woman who wears jeans during summer because she forgot to shave her legs and is embarassed about it.
Dysphoria happens to cis people, All. The. Time. Pass the message on.

when he tells you he’s going to cum inside you as he holds your hips in a bruising hold so you can’t squirm away… apologizing profusely but he really needs to cum inside… he really can’t pull out… he hopes you’ll understand… but he needs it… he just can’t stop… especially if he starts repeatedly chanting "i'm sorry, i love you" before continuing pounding again, not having had enough of his fill, marking your weak body and hugging you tightly, gasping and moaning and losing himself inside and needing more-

I love feminine men 🥺 it's too bad that they're a myth made up to sell more F1nnster merch. Like fr I'd need to see some REAL solid evidence of feminine men to believe they exist. Like an overwhelming abundance of photographic evidence. Especially the ones from 196. Aren't you interested in scientific inquiry? It's too bad they don't exist though😫 (pleasedisprovemepleasedisprovemepleasedisproveme)

Why I don't like the trans woman Vil headcanon
You probably saw my repost of another person talking about this but I wanted to rant about it by myself so here we go.
Before you start calling me transphobic, I'm not angry BECAUSE he's being headcanoned as trans (I actually headcanon him as trans myself, but as a trans man) and at the end of the day he's just a fictional character and it doesn't really matter so do whatever the hell you want.
That being said, a huge part of Vil's characters is not liking gender roles/stereotypes
This scene with him and Epel speaks for itself:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Why is this a problem? Well the main reason I'm seeing a lot of people headcanon him as a trans woman is because he is feminine-
My reaction:
Tumblr media
Ah yes because feminine men totally cannot exist! They HAVE to be a trans woman! Same with tomboys they have to be trans men! Oh my god-
I want to clarify I'm not blaming trans people for this, in fact I've seen mainly trans people in the twst wonderland fandom call this out and mainly non trans people headcanon Vil as a trans woman.
To be fair, a lot of trans people started out as masculine "women" or feminine "men" before they realised they were trans, but that doesn't mean ALL feminine and masculine men and women are trans (or at least not transitioning to be the opposite gender I have met plenty of masculine trans women and feminine trans men)
Like the post I reposted said, if Vil truly WERE a trans woman, s/he'd probably be a tomboy, because a huge part of Vil's character IS 👏🏻BREAKING 👏🏻GENDER 👏🏻ROLES!
A lot of the trans male friends I have who also like Twisted Wonderland look up to Vil, because they want to break male gender roles and pass enough to be seen as a feminine guy and not a woman (what I mean by that is when trans men are feminine and like wearing dresses and stuff they are often a bit too afraid to do it due to social dysphoria and being misgendered so they usually wait until they begin passing more to wear/do more feminine things, its sad)
So when said trans male friends see the other twisted wonderland say Vil HAS TO BE A WOMAN just because he's feminine it makes them upset, they think they aren't "trans enough" and that to be a "true man" they must conform to male gender roles so they can be "trans enough"
The same goes with female characters who are masculine, trans women who are tomboys could be happy that a woman in media they watch is more masculine like them, but when people start headcanoning said woman as a trans man, it could make the trans women upset
I'm not saying headcanoning certain characters as trans is a bad thing, do whatever the hell you want, I'm not the type to get angry over fictional fun, I scoff at people wishing death upon proshippers because yeah its gross but at the end of the day its just fiction and the person behind it are often just a weird pre teen, I barely even make "call out posts" about these types of fandom stuff but subjects like being transgender often hit home for me because I have many trans friends and a few trans relatives whom I worry about because I know dysphoria can often make people think unhealthy and suicidal thoughts, so I'm just concerned about the harm certain headcanons could cause

❣ You choked on your own tears as he stretched you out inside - his thick cock filling you up so perfectly as your slick and his pre-cum made it easily to insert himself inside you despite the stretch it felt so good having you roll your eyes back.
He leans his head back groaning while you moaned - the feeling of his cock twitching inside you already made you clench around his throbbing cock with so much desire and desperation. Looking up at him with teary heart eyes while drool dripped down your lip.
He looks so pretty with his croptop and skirt - his collar wrapped around his neck and his fishnets over his beautiful legs. The perfect definition of a pretty feminine man.
The best part he was your man.
"You feel so wonderful, doll...Do I fill you up so good~?...I hope so.." He chuckled his voice slightly more deeper than usual as he held your legs over his shoulder - using your arms strength to hold yourself up wanting to see him fuck you so good.
"Gonna move now hmm~...Don't go dumb on me now, doll...I wanna fuck this pussy filling it up with so much cum before you pass out okay?.." He uttered leaning down as he kisses your lips while you nodded so obedient for him knowing he was the only one who could eat and fuck your pussy this good.
"Good pet."

Where do you think the line is between "feminine man" and "trans woman?" How about "butch woman" and "trans man?" Where do binary identities end and the gender binary begin? (this isn't a gotcha question, I am questioning my own gender)
Gender feels like a game where everyone knows the rules except for me. It's frustrating! I wish someone would explain.
There isn't a line, it's a gradient. Sorry I can't give you a definitive but there literally isn't a line between any of those identities- there's no hard place where one ends and the other begins. Many time, those end up being the same people. Not always for individual people, many people draw their own personal hard lines in the sand.
Being adjacent or similar experiences doesn't mean there's a hard line between them. While many people want there to be a hard line between feminine man and trans woman, and butch woman and trans man, there isn't one, and because of that, there is a wide gradient of experiences between even those two similar identities. The ambiguity is good, because it means no one is forced to make decisions they do not want to make.
There are butch women who go on testosterone, and there are trans men who don't. There are feminine men who take estrogens, and there are trans women who don't. Many trans women start off viewing themselves as feminine men before realizing they're women, and still identify with being a feminine man after transitioning. Some trans men start off viewing themselves as butch women before realizing they're men, but still end up identifying as a butch woman.
There are feminine men who think they're trans women only to realize they are still men, and butch women who think they're trans men only to realize they're still women. There are people who end up being both a butch woman and a trans man, and people who end up being a feminine man and a trans woman. You can be both at the same time.
You mentioned feeling like everyone knows the rules but you: that's because there are no rules, and if you approach it thinking that there are some, you are naturally going to feel completely out of your depths and confused. That's the wrong approach, I think learning that there are literally no rules when it comes to queer identities is the most important step to get rid of that confusion. if you're constantly looking for lines in the sand, you begin to create boxes. That's not what these identities are here for, they are flexible, and can be used in a variety of ways that are completely up to the individuals using them. Every queer uses their terms a bit differently, and this is a good thing
Hope that made sense. Good luck figuring things out -K

@siriuslydestiny asked for some dressed up Slytherins and I deliver (took some time tho D: )
Pansy is simping for all of them. Also Theo borrowed her skirt and I guess the suit is actually Draco’s? All of them probably share their clothes as long as it fits.
You may or may not have noticed that I like rings...
My drawing style changes with every drawing I create, lol. But I think the boys look better on this drawing than on the last one.

Men who appreciate the balance of strength and care. Men who are soft with you. Who treat you like you’re small and delicate. Who pay attention to what you like and want to make you happy. Who would put you in your place and breed you to mark their territory!
