I’m finally going to show you guys what I looked like before bodybuilding and after
I’ve never been fit nor that athletic; I only played baseball as a kid and I actually grew up in a household that was bowling in leagues and tournaments. I had a horrible diet and have been forced to exercise before years ago but it didn’t go well. I have also struggled with an ED since I was 12. I was in and out of the ER so frequently due to my health and with no one actually knowing what was wrong. So this *is* something that most likely saved my life, especially health wise.
Bodybuilding has helped me physically, emotionally, and mentally (my wife has helped the same plus more, and I actually only got into bodybuilding so I could be a part of her world). This was a journey in every since of the word and I couldn’t be happier. I’m very proud of myself, but truly couldn’t have done this without the support, love, and training of my wife 💕
