Stepping outside and immersing ourselves in the beauty of the natural world can have a profound impact on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In this article, we delve into the remarkable benefits of spending time outside, exploring how it can rejuvenate our senses, improve our health, and foster a deep sense of connection with the world around us.
Facts about the Benefits of Spending Time Outside:

It promotes the release of endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine, which are natural mood-boosting chemicals in the brain.
Enhanced Physical Health:

Exposure to natural sunlight helps our bodies produce vitamin D, which is crucial for bone health and supports a healthy immune system.

Forest bathing
When I go to a forest, I go…deeply
Went off the beaten path Insect bites galore I understand why people dislike insects and their Nuisance bites😭—you can try to protect yourself against them, but if you decide to fully let go/go deeper, you will more than likely be bitten by something harmless. I always accept that. And just don’t scratch Whatever happens to my skin, some grandma remedy can recalibrate it when I’m ready: -oatmeal and aloe bath soaks, a 3-5 day fast,  rest, water, and my favorite, communicating with my skin.
Words are powerful for altering the biochemistry of our bodies. All 37 trillion cells are listening. Out of those cells, the skin, the largest organ, makes up around 1.6 trillion cells. That’s why talking to my skin is my favorite form of skin-care. Likewise talking to my breasts is my favorite form of breast care. Talking to my pussy.....same thing! Talking to my womb and blood many years ago helped me to have painless periods over the last 20 years.
Communicating with the body helps the nervous system and inflammations to unweave beautifully.
But back to forest bathing. I love everything that comes with it, the clearing, cleansing, and just opening up my body to be a nutritive Channel for universal cosmic wisdom to flow—sunlight ,starlight, the Root System of trees etc and not lose presence due to insects being who they were meant to be.
---
We are in a time where our collective world is calling in something greater and more illuminating than what we have known before
And I know my role in this most benevolent collective purpose is to train myself to embody the things that most people only talk or dream about.
My role is to not to talk about expansion, but to live it.  To be in my body, grow my consciousness, and be in connection to nature , to channel softness and strength, and allow my work to be a direct reflection of my lived experiences.
I knew years ago that I was here to break out of the frequencies of common narratives around race/gender/sexuality/health/aginig etc. and the accompanying social systems.
And to be serious about it--not just talking about it, but really living the advanced codes.
To be a wayshower through my creations--books, school, dancing, singing, and lived experiences.
True actualised abundance is realising that I AM, We Are.
Because of the systems that we live and participate in, 90 percent of humanity operates from a survival place and any free time is used to distract themselves or numb out. They are focused on the day-to-day....like supporting their family--buying food, keeping gas in the car, getting promoted, etc., which often results in dreams deferred and the inability to do what one loves in life.
Some of us have to be more discipline and obedient and be the way showers for those who are unable to listen long enough to tap into higher codes and frequencies at this time or in this lifetime.
Being non-arrogantly exemplary, regenerative, and taking loving action steps.
Moving about the world as the change that this world desires to see.
When we can relax our egos a bit and accept what is, we will realise that we always need each other.

What is Forest bathing and why its good for health
A forest bathing experience is a unique way to spend time in nature, with the purpose of slowing down, connecting with yourself and other people, and appreciating the natural world around you. Forest bathing is not a formal practice or activity; it's more like an attitude or state of mind. You can enjoy forest bathing simply by spending time in nature or by practicing formal meditation techniques designed to help you connect with your surroundings.
