Just finished S3

I feel....conflicted?

As a whole, the show wasn't perfect, I can agree with that. Had moments I enjoyed, moments I absolutely adore, even parts that made me roll my eyes in due to how corny it was.

But what was that ending?? Something random happens, and they just end it without hinting what it could be. Is it Eggman again? Is it the Shades (which is what the shatterverse counterparts are called according to the subtitles) visiting, and Sonic might not realize it's them at first? Is it something else entirely? It just ends with the main group going to fight them, and that's it.

And what about the other shatterspaces? I'm assuming they still exist out there somewhere, but I was expecting them to pull a SVTFOE S4 ending on us (which was insanely messy, but that's what I thought was going to occur) and have them connected somehow and allowing them all to interact with each other. Buuut that didn't happen.

We only had the one season, but did they sorta have more stuff planned just in case they got renewed??

Idk. Those last couple of minutes just threw me for a loop.
