~FIRST CLINICAL~ Hey guys! It's Tolani and I want to welcome you to my blog. Growing up I knew that I wanted to be in the medical field, and over the years, I realized that nursing is my calling. The clinical rotation placed me in a nursing home. I was able to take vitals, assist with meals, change PTs, and complete proper documentation to formulate a nursing care plan. The experience that we are given to be able to assess the patient and have hands-on experience is something that I've been waiting for, and I am excited to see what else we will be able to do in the upcoming weeks.
