Baby Jamie doesn't care about Santa (he's very naughty all the time and still always gets presents, so he figures Santa doesn't really give a shit what he does), so at some point when he's like 6 Georgie has to start threatening him with his favorite footballers a la Santa in order to get him to behave
So like he'll have a screaming crying throwing up temper tantrum over bed time and Georgie is like "hm. Roy Kent will be none too pleased to hear about this behavior." and Jamie JUMPS up like "DONT CALL ROY KENT" and she's like "Too late. I'm calling Roy Kent right now. I have him on speed dial." and holds her bedazzled 2004 flip phone (with hello kitty phone charm btw.) up to her ear, just absolutely acting her ass off like "Hello? Roy Kent? I need to speak to you about a very bad and naughty little lad." and in the blink of an eye Jamie is immediately like halfway across the house, pajamas on, teeth brushed etc.

Hello dear, i dont know if your tired of young sheldon requests but if you are im so sorry, i promise that for future requests it will be another fandom. But i was just thinking about georgie with a female reader where she is very protective over missy and makes sure she is not forgotten or less than sheldon, which george finds very cute.
Thank you so much

“Y/N, do you think I can join the baseball team?” Missy asked with an insecure look on her face. She’s been meaning to join the baseball team for some time and was about to talk to her father about this, but then she decided to consult Y/N first.
Y/N stopped putting nail polish on the younger girl’s feet to look at her. Missy, although she may always seem fierce, doesn’t change the fact that she’s still a little girl who sometimes doesn't get that much attention from her parents. The attention most of the time is to scold her.
Don’t get Y/N wrong; Mary and George are great parents, but a lot of the time, they don’t have much trust in Missy and Georgie, and for good reasons too since most of the time, the two of them have been troublemakers. However, that doesn't change the fact that they feel inferior to Sheldon due to how their parents treat him. It has always been Sheldon who gets most of the attention.
“I think if that coach won’t let you in the team, I’ll go there myself and give him a piece of my mind.” Y/N finished polishing Missy’s nails, looking proud as ever seeing the girl’s beaming smile. “You are great with the sport, and if he can’t see that, then that old guy must be having some sight problems.”
Missy teared up at her words. She has always treated Y/N like a sister, even before Georgie and she started dating. Y/N always had Missy’s back, when Mary praised Sheldon or when George made comments about Georgie and Missy being less than Sheldon.
Missy doesn’t have a team. Not until Y/N came.
“You always are so kind to me.” Missy sniffled, causing Y/N to coo at her, bringing the crying girl into her arms. “Thank you for being here with me when I need you. You’re my team.”
Y/N pulled away from the hug to wipe the girl’s tears away, giving her a warm smile. She then stood up and grabbed a baseball bat before throwing the ball softly at Missy’s bed. “How about you and I play some ball before you go to your tryouts?”
The two girls didn’t notice that Georgie was at the doorway, leaning, "Well, aren’t you two sweet?”
Missy and Y/N turned at Georgie, the former standing up from her bed and grabbing the ball before running outside her room shouting, “Come on, Y/N!”
Y/N laughed at the girl’s enthusiasm, then turned to her boyfriend, who was smiling at her, and asked, “What is it?”
Georgie shook his head, standing up straight and walking toward the girl, who had a baseball bat on her shoulder and a hand on her waist. Georgie, at this point, decided that he was deeply in love with her. “Nothing.” He put his hands on her waist. “I just love how you’re always there for my sister; you have always protected her, and I love you for it.”
The boy kissed his girl’s cheek, noticing the slight pink hue appearing on her skin as he smirked playfully. He still has that effect on her.
“Well, what can I say? I’m the big sister she never had. I am what you call a sister by heart.” Y/N proudly, albeit teasingly, put a hand over her chest where her heart is, closing her eyes with a smile on her face. Georgie rolled his eyes, despite the chuckle that left his lips.
"Yes, you are, darling. Yes, you are.”

Georgie Cooper x Reader| Jealousy
I really love these…
Tumblr media
Georgie was the frustrating kind to date. He always flirted with other girls but hates for another guy to even come close to me. It was hard. He didn't understand why it was upsetting to me that he flirted with other girls but could get heavily upset when I even showed another guy a smidge of attention. Georgie Cooper didn't understand what a double standard was, but he could be used as one. He can flirt with other girls but I can't flirt with other guys. He keeps saying it's different. How is it different?!
Y/n: How is it weird?
Georgie: It just is!
Y/n: That Rob invited me over to his house to work on our project?
Georgie: You don't know what he's gonna try on you.
Y/n: Try on me? And how am I supposed to react to you going round Jessica's house for your two's project?
Georgie: That's different. She's not a guy and I'm happily taken.
Y/n: Rob has a girlfriend and she's okay with it. I even spoke to her myself!
Georgie: I heard they've been having problems and you're a very pretty girl, he might make a move on you instead.
Y/n: And she's not pretty?
Georgie: Not as pretty as you- don't roll your eyes. I'm complimenting you!
Y/n: It's not a compliment if you degrade another girl while doing it.
Georgie: "Degrade"? We're using big words now?
Y/n: You're putting her down to make me look good.
Georgie: And? Her boyfriend trying it on with another girl!
Y/n: Rob is not trying it on with me! What? Is Jessica trying it on with you?!
Georgie: Don't think so. Even if it wouldn't matter because I would choose you over her any day.
Y/n: So why does it matter with Rob? You know I would never do something like that to you.
Georgie: A guy can push a girl off easier than a girl can push a guy off.
Y/n: That's not always true.
Georgie: Most of the time.
Y/n: Georgie please!
Georgie: No! I won't let it happen. I won't leave you alone with him.
Y/n: Then join us!
Georgie: Fine.
I don't get the double standard! I'm trying my hardest and I just don't get it! Throughout our relationship we've had bumps that always involves other girls and Georgie's dim brain. He never understood what he did wrong and sometimes I needed time away from him.
George: What's wrong with you?
Georgie: Y/n yelled and threw her bag at me.
George: Why?
Georgie: Apparently I was flirting with this girl and being 'inconsiderate'. I don't even know what that means.
George: It means you're not thinking of her feelings and how treating another girl the way you treat her is out of line.
Georgie: Really but I only want her. She's my girlfriend.
George: Treat her like it then!
Georgie: Okay! I will, don't yell at me.
Georgie: Seems it's the only way to get it inside that head of yours.
I went to Connie with almost everything. I didn't see my mother often and we weren't that close because of it. Connie seemed to be the only one who listened.
Connie: What's wrong with you?
Y/n: What's wrong with your grandson?
Connie: Where do you want to start? The fact he used to bang his head against the wall when he needed an idea?
Y/n: That's a good start but I was thinking about his stupidity and tendency to flirt with other girls.
Connie: Right in there, okay.
Y/n: He called me dramatic.
Connie: When was this?
Y/n: About 10 minutes ago when I threw my bag into his face.
Connie: Did he get hurt?
Y/n: Don't think so.
Connie: Shame. Should've broke his nose, could've taught him.
Y/n: I've been thinking about it.
Connie: So what was her name?
Y/n: Jessica. His project partner who has a very obvious crush on him. I mean so obvious that her friend told me to "watch out" and Georgie is just feeding into it.
Connie: Does he know that?
Y/n: Can't remember if I told him before or after I threw my bag at him.
Connie: He deserved it. Don't feel bad.
Y/n: Is it bad that I do?
Connie: Sort of. That's why you keep forgiving him.
Y/n: Maybe but that's because he keeps-
Georgie: Y/n I know you're in there! Please! I wanna apologise and I got you something!
Y/n: -doing shit like that.
Connie: Go talk to him. I don't wanna keep hearing his whining on my porch.
He always had this soppy way of apologising.
Georgie: I am very sorry for my actions and it was wrong of me to ever speak to Jessica the way I speak to you. I only want to be with you and I love you more than anyone or anything! I even got you these flowers because you said you were sad that you never got them growing up which shows that I do listen to you and care about what you say! And I-
Y/n: Georgie, enough. I forgive you. I just want you to stop with the excessive flirting especially with girls that have a thing for you, it's not fair for them.
Georgie: She had a thing for me? I didn't know that.
Y/n: I told you that.
Georgie: When?
Y/n: During the argument.
Georgie: You see I was trying to dodge this bag that was being hurled at me and then I was busy getting hit by said bag so really it's the bag's fault I didn't know.
Y/n: Whatever, blame the bag.
Georgie: Can I give you some attention now please?
Y/n: Yes, just get off your Meemaw's porch before she throws her bag at you too.
Georgie kept apologising in this way until present day. Even with us now in our forties and 4 kids, a successful tire business and big house. George Cooper Jr still apologised in the same way after every argument. On his knees with some gift or his pride in his hands and I still accepted because he never had any bad intentions towards me and he'd do anything to fix his or my problems.
George(Jr): You are my gorgeous wife and I made a promise to never hurt you in anyway and I've made you upset which is unacceptable. I realise my mistake and I want you to know that I will do anything to fix this just tell me how to fix it. I promise I will try harder with the twins-
Y/n: George...
George: Yes?
Y/n: Just don't lie to the twins again. I won't take the blame for you messing up their lunch again. You know Liam hates jam sandwiches.
George: He's such a picky eater, I can't keep up with all of it!
Y/n: George...
George: Right! No excuses. I'm sorry my beautiful wife, I won't do it again. I love you very much.
Y/n: Good. Now get off your knees I know they're killing, old man.
George: Thank you so much, they were about to give out.

!!!PODCAST WITH GEORGIE??!!!?
im gonna assume this is U2 Georgie, as last we heard from Georgie in tma she was distinctly not going anywhere. So then we have-
Option 1a: This Celia really is U1 Celia, and she looked up Georgie after dimension-warping, because, cult. But why would Georgie go along with that, presumably believe her about all of that without substantial proof? Tbf, maybe Celia has that proof and we just dont know. Or maybe Georgie just thinks she's making a fun podcast about interdimensional travel?
Option 1b: This Celia IS U1 Celia, but the tapes dimension-hopped along with her. She showed them to Georgie as proof, which Georgie believed.
Option 2: This Celia is U2 Celia, and maybe she was already friends with Georgie, or Georgie also heard the tapes and that's what brought them together. They decide to try to figure out what the hell is going on and make a podcast about it! Or, Georgie pivots WTG to use her existing audience as amateur researchers
in any case GEORGIE!!

The Swayze Dilemma (Georgie Cooper x Reader)
Warnings: none
Word count: 592
Masterlist
Tumblr media
It was 11 am Sunday Morning when I Heard about Jennifer Hansen's death. My family had walked in the door from church when the phone rang.
I wasn't really friends with Jenny but my older brother, Andrew was and the death had hit him hard.
Thqe day of the funeral, my mother decided that it was best if I didn't go. Connie Tucker told my mother that I could stay in her house while my parents and brothers were at the funeral.
Connie was the meemaw of my boyfriend, Georgie and we get along like a house on fire. He'll be staying at her house too, along with his siblings, Missy and Sheldon.
I find Missy very funny and Sheldon has taken a liking to me... I think. It's hard to tell with him. Sometimes when he and Georgie are arguing, I side with Sheldon. It's not my fault that the kid backs up his argument.
When I knocked on the door of Connie's house, Georgie opened the door.
"Hey darlin', what're those?" he looked at the box in hands.
"Hi cutie, These are doughnuts," I stepped into the house. He tried to reach for the doughnuts but I pulled them away before he could. "Ah, wait till I get into the kitchen first," I kissed his cheek and walked into the house.
The twins were in there, Sheldon was struggling to reach a glass from the press. I took one down for him "Here you go love," I said.
"Hey, Y/n watchya got there?" Missy asked.
I opened the box and showed her. She reached for a jam doughnut. "Hey, how come Missy gets first pick?" Georgie asked and swiped one
I shrugged my shoulders although I knew the reason why. Missy was my favourite, she's like the sister I never had. She doesn't really get that much attention at home so she calls me whenever she needs to talk to someone.
Her and Sheldon went into the living room to watch TV with Connie while Georgie and I stayed in the kitchen.
"Hey watcha say to going dancing next Sunday?" He asked and got a Coke from the fridge.
"I never knew you danced Georgie. Yeah sure, I'll meet you at your house around 5," I said and Followed the twins into the living room.
"And the clothes they're wearing, is that what they become a ghost in?" Missy asked.
Georgie and I sat down on the couch and he put his arm around me. "It Depends, in the movie Ghost, Patrick Swayze has on the outfit that he dies in but Casper runs around butt naked," he chuckled.
Connie looked at him all confused. "I made him watch Ghost with me," I said to her. Her expression relaxed a bit.
"Yeah and you were staring at Swayze the whole time," he muttered.
"Of course I was staring, it's Patrick Swayze for crying out loud! Don't act like you don't stare at all the models in your dirty magazines," I said, proud that I got a dig in.
Connie was laughing so hard that I thought she was gonna fall out of her armchair and Georgie's eyes looked like they were gonna pop out of his head. His face turned red, too.
"H-how did you find out about them?" He asked embarrassingly.
Missy and I shot eachother a knowing look. "Lucky guess," I said.
A minute or two later, I turned and looked at Georgie. "I'd pick you over Swayze any day," I snuggled into him.

One night in the Cooper residence, Georgie was putting his clothes in a bag as his father walked by his room, noticing the actions of his son.
The reason for this? Georgie wrote a letter to Veronica in which he said that he would be a much better partner than her current boyfriend, Dustin, who he found out was much taller than him through his mother.
"Hey," George called out to his son, who has his back turned on his father and is still continuing to put his clothes in a bag.
"Hey," Georgie called back, not facing his father, who was leaning on a door frame.
“Going somewhere?”
“Alaska.” The younger Cooper sighed. “Gonna work on the pipeline.” His southern accent was heard, except there was no playfulness added to it like usual.
“Alaska, huh?" George shook his head a little. “That’s pretty far.” He managed to stutter out, looking at his son’s back.
Georgie, still not paying him any mind, said, “Not far enough, but it’ll have to do.”
George started walking toward his son. "Look, Georgie, I know it feels bad right now, but... I promise it’ll get better.” He went inside the room and leaned on a desk while crossing his arms across his chest.
“How’s it gonna get better?” Georgie shook his head, finally facing his father, an annoyed frown painted on his face. “Veronica thinks I’m a jerk, and everyone in the school’s calling me Lovey Cooper.”
George cringed at the name. “Ooh, that is not a good name.”
Georgie put his pants in the bag, not folded properly. “It doesn’t matter, cause I’m never going back to that school.” His dad called his attention again, making Georgie put his shirt harshly on top of the bag as he flopped down on his bed, facing George Sr.
“You’re a good-looking kid, and you got a big heart.” George looked his son directly in the eyes to make him understand every word he’s saying. “Once we get you on a daily shower schedule, the girls are going to be lining up.” He attempted to joke in order to lighten up the mood, but it didn’t work on Georgie.
“I don’t want girls.” Georgie shook his head, looking at his dad. “I want Veronica.”
“Yeah, maybe you’ll get her, and maybe you won't, but someday you’ll find the woman who was really meant for you.” George did his best to give Georgie hope to not be down. He will find the woman for him someday.
Suddenly, Mary walked by carrying a laundry basket. “You mean like Kathryn Dempsey?”
“Alaska’s beautiful. How ‘bout I go with you?” George smiled tightly at his son, his arms still crossed over his chest.
Georgie frowned at the new name his mother mentioned. “Who’s Kathryn Dempsey?”
“I was 15 years old!” George shouted near the doorway for Mary to hear as he exited Georgie’s room.
That left the teenage boy alone with his thoughts. Another girl? Like hell, there’s another one. Veronica will always be the girl. Georgie shook his head and dumped his bag full of clothes on the floor as he closed the door to his room.
・‥...━━━━━━☆☆━━━━━━...‥・
The next day at school, Georgie mostly kept his head down. Avoiding anyone as much as possible, still feeling humiliated about what happened yesterday. If only he had the choice to not go to school, but one look from Mary Cooper and he was already at the door with his school bag.
Without looking at where he was going, he accidentally bumped into someone causing her walkman to slip from her fingers along with her headphones, “Ah! Dang it.” He heard the girl exclaim quietly.
“I’m so sorry.” Georgie kneeled down at the same time as the girl to pick up her things, “I wasn’t looking where I was— woah.” He finally looked up to see a girl about the same year as him. She was wearing her hair down while her glasses were brushed up on the top of her head.
Brown eyes stared back at him before he was snapped out of it when the girl stood up while taking her walkman back from his hands. “It’s all good, I wasn’t looking where I was going too so no harm done.” She smiled at him, the girl looked down at her wrist where her watch was situated, “Shit, I gotta go, I can’t be late for class.”
Georgie snapped out of it when she turned her back on him and started running toward the hallway while blasting Guns N’ Roses in her ears. (Georgie faintly heard the song Sweet Child O’ Mine when he picked up her headphones.)
“But I didn’t even know your name.” Georgie whispered out when he couldn’t find the girl anymore, “Dang it!” He exclaimed quietly before jumping a little when he saw his little brother beside him, “Sheldon, what the heck are you doin’?”
Sheldon looked at the hallway the girl ran to, “Please avoid bumping into people, you’re causing a scene and I would appreciate it if you would not. It’s unhealthy and unhygienic, then again, I do not expect hygiene from you of all people.”
Georgie rolled his eyes before walking away from his brother, “And please don’t infect Y/N L/N.” That made Georgie halt upon the mention of your name, “She is the only tolerable and smart person here aside from Tam, and me of course. She comes second to smart people in this school.”
Y/N L/N, huh? Georgie continued his walk with a slight smile on his face. Maybe next time, he’ll have a proper conversation with you. Especially when he didn’t even think of Veronica, the moment he saw you.
Other girls. Guess you’re right, dad.

“I hate all the women in this podcast! This shows that the podcast is progressive and says nothing in particular about me as a person”
Notice how I never said the podcast is progressive for having a diverse, well-rounded, and fleshed out cast, nor that I hated all the women in the podcast. I love all of the main cast of characters, that love is just expressed differently based on how their individual journeys go.
What I DID draw attention to was how good Rusty Quill was at writing complex women who had their own motivations and reasoning that the audience would not agree with or relate to. I, personally, don’t understand Daisy’s draw to cruelty and stepping on people deemed “below” her. But I CAN understand that she was actively trying to change her whole outlook on life, and that it took guts to do. I don’t understand Georgie’s loyalties and how they appear to shift with no reason. But I can understand that she has complex feelings towards her ex and wants to keep her life and new girlfriend safe. I don’t understand why Basira gets so caught up on Jon’s morals when hers took a backseat when it came to Daisy abusing people, nor do I understand why she was so quick to jump on Jon for any perceived fault or wrongdoing. But I do understand that her one last connection to her old life was her partner, and that Daisy meant so much to her. I understand that Basira was only alive this long because she was a cautious, rational person, and that she trusted her instincts to guide her, and she saved most of the casts’ lives at least once.
I didn’t even touch on Melanie’s character as I think she gets it pretty rough from most of the fanbase, even though she was being possessed by the slaughter, had her career crash down around her, was signed on as basically a prisoner, and was thrown into this crazy world of Fears and Avatars with zero warning. She then was told of a way out, and she was the only one to have the willpower and stomach to blind herself to be free.
Sasha is a much beloved character who has way too little “screen time” and I wish the narrative had been able to keep her around. She was very smart, capable, and she was a steady force driving the Archives to do their jobs.
Gertrude was the peak Mentor character trope, badass and self-sufficient to a fault. She was allowed to grow old and still be a wonderfully violent character. She wanted results, at any cost.
This is already too long, but if you think that being frustrated at characters’ choices or arguing their logic means that I hate them, then I don’t think this is going to change your mind. But it was nice to reflect on the main women of The Magnus Archives and how they interact with the main story.
