The final piece from my recent show, ‘In Harmony.’ The Eastern Phoenix is often associated with harmony and new beginnings. In trying to portray those associations, the body is decorated with floral motifs; little sprouts blooming from its back, and tail feathers resembling a blossoming flower #brbchasingdreams
redraw of a concert photo by Luke Sutton! Secondo just looked so ‘Saint-like’ in this photo, I had to recreate it. Done with alcohol-based markers, diluted gouache, watercolor pencils, and micron pens. 💙🧎♀️
Meet Onyx, the cutest little noodle-man. This was a really fun (and extremely messy) experiment with getting gold leaf and scale structure onto fabric! For @tlh_on_main , a wonderful friend.
I made this gilded 2 color riso print for the Art for Maui charity show at Gallery Nucleus this weekend. Non-gilded copies of this print are now available on my etsy
It’s been a few years since I’ve done an oil painting so I apologize for this not being very good.
This is my oil painting portrait of Louis de Pointe du Lac on wood panel. It was a fun process getting back into painting with oil, I want to do more, maybe something with Lestat, I have a few ideas.
Touring Arese RH95 Vento D’Oro, 2024. A one-off version of the Ferrari 488-based coachbuilt supercar by Touring Superleggera has been presented in Qatar. The Vento D'Oro features gold leaf applied to both on the exterior and interior.
'Lost and Found' releases as a print this Thursday Nov 23rd, 12PM (PT) on my store!
This was from a solo exhibition of mine, ‘Sanctuary.’ I remember this piece being sparked from a simple idea: ‘a home for the lost and wounded.’ It depicts a woman who offers her heart and body as a refuge for the lost, whom eventually find their way to her by the path of the red thread of fate. It’s there that they build a home, a sanctuary to one day find themselves whole again.
NOTE: This gold-foil edition of this print will only be available for 72-hours & will not be available again thereafter.
another attempt with the gold leaf! I can’t scan these drawings because it darkens the gold leaf and takes away that well- shine from the gold. So I try my best to take good photos of it. 😵💫
