I used to think theres something wrong with me because Id hear voices speaking to me before falling asleep, but recently I decided to educate myself about hallucinations.

Turns out hypnagogic hallucinations (hallucinations that occur as you're falling asleep) are absolutely normal and experienced by a lot of people.

Those hallucinations involve seeing, hearing, feeling or even smelling something that isnt actually there.

So yeah, if youre experiencing it (without any additional symptoms), its most likely nothing serious and not a symptom of any mental illness.

Have I gone crazy or what?

I have started this new job about a month ago and everything is fine,until like 2 weeks ago.Whenever I’m alone or heating up a cup of coffee in the office, I hear random sounds. Rhythmic knocking,muffled voices.. I even sometimes noticed that the tap is open while everyone swears they closed it. 

I don’t know if this has anything to do with BPD (got diagnosed) or if it’s just the stress OR IDK BUT I AM REALLY SCARED AND DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON.

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP CAUSE I FEEL LIKE IM LOSING MY MIND

Song for reassurance I'm not in danger in case anybody is worried, I just *finger guns* want to feel better at least sometimes cause *finger guns, again* I almost always feel like shit. If doctors can't/won't help, imma just be happy in my own way and wait for a doctor that will listen to me and the multitude of evidence that proves they are stuck in the past and unwilling to see new evidence as an improvement.
