Giving Ninja OP Powers Part Jay

I wanted to think about ways the ninja could use their powers that would be completely OP but still not completely out of the question. This is Jays part.

Mind Control

Since he has the power of lightning, and the brain works via electrical signals, Jay is able to sort of mind control people. Not in the sense of brainwashing, but he can use his lightning to force electrical signals in peoples brains causing their muscles to move however he wants.

Super Speed / Super Reflexes

Using that same logic, Jay is able to use the lighting in his own muscles to highten their fast twitch capabilities, and senses. Using the lightning as a stimulent in his legs to make him run much fast, and slightly less electricity throughout his whole body giving him lightning fast reflexes (Pun intended)

Physical Embodyment Of Lightning

jay is able to turn himself into pure electricity. He can zip around at the speed of light, and can poses anything electrical. He is also untouchable in this state and if anyone somehow lands a blow on him, they are the ones that get shocked.

Thunderstorms

He can create thunderstorms at will and control full on lightning strikes. It's also even easier for him to move in his lightning form in the rain, despite him already moving so fast without it.

The ultimate Battery

Jay can power any electronic he wants too just by holding it, or even being in it's near vicinity. His powers only give the percice amount of electricity to whatever object he wants to power so they never have too much running through.
