The Perfect Weekend Snack! Some food that just fit too perfect 😜 we had to make something to put on top of the deep fried nori paper 🥹 and this just turned out perfect in flavour and the fit of the tastes 🤩 cant compare 😋 try it out 😘 get yourself a delicious homemade snack instead of going to the shop 😘😘
ingredients:
1 Half Red Onion
2 Crabsticks
2 tbs Mayo
1 tsp Siracha
1tsp Mirin

These delicious birthday cake cookies are made with a sugar cookie base and rolled in sprinkles. They are then frosted with homemade birthday cake frosting.
Dough ingredients-
½ cup butter softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg at room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 & ½ cup all purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup sprinkles for rolling
Frosting ingredients
1/2 cup butter softened
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup powdered sugar
Directions-
Preheat oven to 350F
With a mixer cream together 1/2 cup of softened butter with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar.
Whisk in 1 egg and 2 tsp of vanilla extract
Add in 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1tsp of baking powder, and 1/4 tsp of salt and mix until just combined
Scoop dough into six even cookies and roll in sprinkles, then place on a lined baking tray and press dough until about 3/4 thick.
Bake cookies at 350F for 10-12 minutes, then allow to cool for about 30 minutes
While the cookies are cooling cream 1/2 cup of softened butter with 1 cup of powdered sugar to make frosting
Add 1 tsp of almond extract to the frosting to get a birthday cake-inspired flavor
Once cookies are cooled, add frosting and spread with an offset spatula.

not to out myself but i get paid tomorrow morning, but I ran out of cat food (Iris only gets canned) so she got to eat a whole ass tin of tuna (it was in water, oil and salt bad). Should I have gone through the process of mixing it up as I do when i usually make her homeade food? Yes. did I just get home from work and fall into my comfy couch spot and feel too damn lazy to do that? also yes.
