i remember that wolf mask was unnerving to look at...

totally not speaking for one of my own characters, but he'd absolutely feel a bit charmed if Noah tried to imitate parts of Creep.

sure, he might worry that Noah is planning to kill him in the end like in that movie, and he hates having pictures taken/being recorded; but he might be willing to disregard the creepy behavior if Noah lets him choose their first horror movie to watch together.

Yeah - that mask was absolute nightmare fuel 😭

The dynamic with your character sounds really interesting!! I can imagine maybe he’d have a lot of internal conflict over what he should do - knowing Noah’s actions are wrong and illegal as well upsetting since he’s camera shy. But then also understanding the intent behind it once he realises Noah is imitating the events in Creep, and perhaps even curiosity as to how far Noah will take it (plus horror movie date sounds super cute 🥺)

i know that movie!! i think Creep was one of the first found footage-style movies i watched when i was still very new to the horror genre.

i can see why Noah would like it, at least from what i can remember about Creep. it's been years since i first watched it.

...if my memory is correct, wasn't there a scene near the end where the protagonist receives an "apology" gift from his stalker? it was a toy wolf and a DVD, i think. again, it's been years, so i could be remembering it all wrong.

Yes! He receives a DVD of the stalker digging a grave as well as an apology video of sorts, if I remember correctly. It’s been a while since I watched it too. I think the wolf toy might have been the mask the stalker wears (Peachfuzz the wolf I think it’s called?) But like I say I don’t remember much either lol. I definitely think Noah might try to imitate that. He wouldn’t want to kill his darling the same way the stalker wants to kill the protagonist in Creep, but I think he’d send them DVD asking to meet up so he can apologise for stalking them, but in reality he means to lure them to a place he can control them easier. (Although he might have to think of a plan B if his darling has also watched Creep and knows it’s a bad idea to meet lmao)

The poly ship of Eddie, Frank, and Howdy is super cute. I absolutely adore how @ /chez-cinnamon draws them and the entire cast for that matter! I also really like the idea of Eddie and Frank both crushing on Howdy, and Frank being interested in Howdy’s buggy-ness. Really as long as Eddie and Frank are happy together I am happy haha!

brain kind of came up with a little story stuff? mostly just your basic "well, guess i'm the dumb mortal that got stuck here in this castle with all these supernatural entities" thing lol, i'll put it under the cut if any of you guys are interested! I might write some stuff on it later, cause brain is Full of Them All (TM), but I am definitely gonna share more art on them, cause I've got loads more!! :D i meant it when i said i got obsessed XD

basically Rosemary winds up in this castle/manor, really is just trying not to die lmao. lucky for her, the otherwise-super-deadly supernatural entities are super nice (and one of them is maybe a little too interested in her)! so she's mostly not in danger. mostly, though, as dearest darlingest Wally over there, who just so happens to be the King of Vamps, doesn't plan on letting her leave easy :3

Meanwhile, Howdy is basically hunting Wally down, and winds up finding him and his posse of powerful pals, and ends up trying to reason with Rosemary, who ends up protective over these guys, why he should be allowed to do his job.

shenanigans ensue, romance happens because .... well, look at Wally XD just your regular October fortnight, yknow?
