Quick doodle to test a new drawing app called HiPaint (formerly Huion Sketch).
It's meant to be the Android version of Procreate and it's free. I think it's perfectly fine for doodles eventho I'm missing the gradient features and I can't make the soft brushes as big as I would like to makeup for it. I also heard the brushes aren't as nice as the Procreate ones but I never used that app so I can't judge that personally. The standart brushes were working fine enough for me.
I think I will be using HiPaint instead of Clip Studio Paint on my Android in the future since I'm not doing more than doodles on my tablet anyways. I need a PC for proper drawings because I like to draw on a big canvas with a million lagers RIP- and I don't really want to pay for the CSP App considering how little I use it.
Btw it has a screen recording feature that is on by default so that was a nice surprise .3.
Regarding the character, that is Eve (Eveline) a new character for the Eldritch Magic Verse. Her desing is still subject to change and I don't think the expression fits her character that well but I really like how her hair turnd out.
I did this in Huion Sketch just to try it out and it wasn't bad for a free art program but it took me a while to get used to and it doesn't have as many features as CSP.
Guys, I'm kind of desperate. Is there any drawing/animation apps on android that would be good to try out? I'm trying to move on from FlipaClip and maybe ibisPaint X. It's the reason I've put animations on hold!
Would HiPaint or Huion Sketch be good? Can I get iArtBook on here? Should I try Clip Studio Paint on the chromebook?
