Clockwork Heart AU | Ironstrange beauty and the beast fairy tale inspired au with a lot of tweaks

Premise: In the world with steampunk+magic setting, terrible creatures called Nightmare Monsters (an abomination from other dimensions) had been threatening the world since the beginning of humanity. Only magic users could deal real damage and destroy it. And every generation, The Vishanti bestowed immense magic power to a Sorcerer Supreme and gave them The Eye of Agamoto and Cloak of Levitation. But the last Sorcerer Supreme vanished more than 1 century ago so the earth was more vulnerable to Nightmare Monsters attack.

Over a century ago, Mordo put a curse on Stephen that sealed his magic away until he found someone who would love him back. But even without his magic, Stephen still had his job to protect his realm, therefore, he learned to fight with relics. The Eye of Agamoto extended his and Wong’s life so he could break the curse so the line of Sorcerer Supreme wouldn’t end with him. But after a century, The Eye wouldn’t be able to do much more and soon he would die unles he could break the curse.

Then enter Tony Stark - or Peter Parker actually, his apprentice. Peter was attacked by Nightmare Monsters during his travel and Stephen saved him then brought him to Sanctum Sanctorum. There, Peter saw a relic that could help Tony with his project so he decided to take it. He was caught (of course) and so he was sent to jail and would be Stephen’s servant or die. Tony found out about this and went to the Sanctum and asked to take Peter’s place.

And thus, the love story of a sorcerer who can’t do magic and an inventor with a clockwork heart began.

Long time ago, I saw a prompt in @ironstrangeprompts that said something about “Stephen was cursed and can’t do magic unless he found love, then Tony entered The Sanctum”. OP  never mentioned if they wanted canon setting so... this idea was born. And as usual, I got carried away. And when I said that, I meant I got a plot line for 50k words fanfic, which I don't know if I can do it or not.

Please expect more from this au in the future because, as usual, I’m attached to this au. Also please forgive me for the rushed comic at the end.
