something that confuses me about jumin’s route is how elizabeth just kinda. doesn’t exist until day 7. and i know he says it’s because he feels guilty that she has to deal w all that but it kinda feels like a copout? especially when the morning he mentions her she becomes relevant to the plot AND how the first two days of the route were spent establishing how hard he’s working and how anxious he is about the marriage and then he just Doesn’t Go To Work

i’d assume it’s because watching his father go crazy bonkers stupid reminds him of how ugly his loneliness can be and how easily things can disappear so he feels like he has to lock up Elizabeth “Anchor For My Loneliness” The Third, but it feels very abrupt that just suddenly on day 7 he’s like oh fuck oh shit and goes on three year hiatus
