Muichiro sighed softly, understanding Y/n's longing for the peaceful scene outside the library. He glanced in the direction of the window and couldn't deny the allure of the serene world beyond the library walls. The sunlight filtering through the leaves, the gentle sway of the trees, and the sense of freedom that seemed to beckon.

"I know it's tempting," Muichiro conceded, his voice softening. “But you have to study, we have an upcoming exams.”

"… Mhm," Y/n responded, her gaze shifting towards Muichiro with a slight glare. She couldn't help but feel envious of his ability to maintain focus amidst the tempting allure of the tranquil atmosphere. She continued to pout, sitting up straight and casting a sidelong glance at the stack of books beside her.

After barely glancing at the books for a mere 5 seconds, Y/n let out a groan of laziness. "Aah, I don't wanna study!" she exclaimed, leaning back until her back hit the chair.

Muichiro couldn't help but let out a small chuckle at Y/n's exasperation and display of resistance. He understood that studying was not always the most appealing activity, especially when laziness took hold.

"You're the one who invited me to study in the library, and look at you now," Muichiro chuckled, placing his book down on the table and gazing at her lazy figure.

"Hmph, fine. I'll study," Y/n huffed, puffing her cheeks. She reached for the nearest book within her reach and started flipping through the pages, staring at its contents.

Muichiro's chuckle subsided as he observed her begrudging acceptance to study, his amusement transformed into a warm smile. He settled back into his chair, however stealing glances at Y/n every now and then.

After a few moments, Y/n slammed the book down, using it as a pillow. Muichiro observed her action and couldn't help but laugh. He found Y/n's immediate surrender to laziness quite amusing.

"At least that's progress," Muichiro softly chuckled, referring to the few minutes’ Y/n had spent studying before succumbing to laziness once again.

He glanced at her with a playful grin, recognizing the humor in the situation. "You have a talent for finding comfort wherever you can, even if it means using a book as a pillow."

Y/n's eyes narrowed playfully as she turned to face Muichiro, a slight pout forming on her lips. "Now you're just teasing me," she said, her tone indicating both amusement and feigned annoyance.

Muichiro responded with a mischievous smile, his eyes twinkling with playful energy. He casually flipped the book he had been studying, displaying his carefree attitude. "I can't motivate you, so I might as well have some fun," he said, his grin widening.

“Meanie.”

"Meanie, huh?" he responded, his tone filled with amusement.

He leaned back in his seat, observing Y/n as she turned her gaze away, focusing on the serene scenery outside. He could sense her lack of interest in studying at the moment. "If you don't want me teasing, you should focus on your books," he said, his tone gentle but teasing.

Y/n persisted, refusing to comply with his suggestion. "I don't wanna," she declared, her gaze fixed on the calming view beyond the window. It was evident that Y/n's mind was drifting away from the academic task at hand, finding solace in the tranquility of the outside world.

A mischievous glint sparkled in Muichiro's eyes as he observed Y/n's figure, a playful idea taking shape in his mind. He gently placed his book down on the table and propped his elbow on the surface, resting his chin in his palm. A small grin played on his lips as he prepared to deliver his promised motivation.

"Alright, I'll give you a motivation," he declared, his tone filled with a playful challenge.

“Hm?” Y/n's curiosity was piqued, but she didn’t turn to his direction.

Muichiro's smirk widened as he trailed off, his words holding a playful undertone. "Stop paying attention to the outside scenery," he said, his voice teasing. "Or my lips will pay attention to yours."

“…?!” Y/n's eyes widened further in surprise, the light pink tint on her cheeks deepening as Muichiro's words registered in her mind. She felt a mixture of emotions—surprise, confusion, and a hint of panic. “H-How is that motivation?!”

Muichiro continued to chuckle, thoroughly amused by Y/n's reaction. His playful demeanor remained intact as he met her gaze. "Well, it got you to stop gazing outside, didn't it?" he replied, a hint of mischief in his voice. He seemed pleased with himself, finding amusement in his unconventional approach to capturing Y/n's attention.

Y/n couldn't help but blush even more at his teasing response.

It was true that her gaze had shifted away from the outside scenery, but she had merely redirected her attention to a different direction, she was still avoiding to review.

“You better start studying too or I’ll kiss you.”

“Y-You wouldn’t…” Caught off guard, she stammered in response, trailing off as her voice betraying a mix of surprise and anticipation.

Muichiro met her gaze with a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Try me, Y/n," he challenged, his tone filled with playful confidence.

"Ha, I-I don't believe you would do it," she shot back, her voice wavering slightly. Y/n mustered up a semblance of confidence, determined to challenge Muichiro's playful proposition. Despite her reddening cheeks betraying her true emotions, she retorted with a hint of defiance.

Muichiro's playful grin widened as he observed Y/n's attempts to maintain her composure. He could see through her feigned toughness, but he decided to play along.

"Oh, is that so?" he responded, his tone carrying a hint of amusement. "Well, I guess you'll never know unless you find out for yourself."

His teasing words hung in the air, leaving Y/n to contemplate whether she was willing to test Muichiro's resolve and discover if he was serious about his playful threat.

“H-Hmph.” Y/n crossed her arms, closing her eyes as it indicated her stubbornness and refusal to study, despite the playful challenge and teasing from Muichiro. She maintained a defensive stance, determined to stick to her decision of not studying.

Muichiro observed Y/n's stubbornness but couldn't help but find her actions endearing. He decided to play along with her playful defiance, knowing that she was testing his resolve.

He approached her slowly, a mischievous smile playing on his lips. Gently, he reached out and lifted her chin, causing her to open her eyes in surprise. His gaze met hers, filled with a hint of playfulness.

"You think I wouldn't do it?" Muichiro asked, his voice low and teasing. "Well, you're in for a surprise."

With that, he closed the distance between them and pressed his lips against hers in a gentle, lingering kiss. The playful tension between them dissolved into a moment of sweet connection, leaving Y/n momentarily breathless.

In the midst of being very, very, very, very, very busy with work, a colleague sent me info about the KnY Onsen collab going on at two onsen towns in Kanagawa and Gunma Prefectures, both in eastern Japan.

My response was, "yeah, too bad I don’t live out there... and will only be out there for a meeting later in December... ... ...I just booked a place for two people in Yugawara Onsen, you wanna go?"

While it's always fun to go to these sorts of collab events, I admit that I found this one somewhat stressful due to total lack of planning on my part. I was just like, "Onsen! Make these deadlines, prep that meeting, then onsen, onsen, Kimetsu no Yaiba and onsen!!!" and I totally neglected to read all the fine print on how this event works.

How it should had worked is you arrive early enough to head out to the onsen part of town, turn in your pre-purchased ticket at the center with all the merchandise (and if you're lucky, you'll see a Kakushi working the counter ☆), get your booklet to stamp with different character stamps set up around town, and get the all-important map of where all the photo spots, stamps, and spots to hear character voices on an an app for a game you can play for an extra price (and additional pre-purchase ticket). At this point, they will also explain the hours of when you can use the local facilities involved in the collaboration. With that information, you begin your leisurely stay and stroll, including looping back around the station area to get the stamps and pose with character stands around the station, at the town hall, and in other shops. You get dinner at one of the collab places--like a local America-themed restaurant's spare rib set with sauces inspired by four of the characters or a seafood restaurant--and then show at least three character stamps in your booklet and hand over one of your two coins to go take a dip in one of the onsen facilities. After dark, you walk around and enjoy displays like this Love Breath one:

The following day, or later on in the collab period, you finish up going around to every spot, and take a second dip in another onsen, which is also covered on your original ticket. If you're doing the additional game, you listen at all those spots, and of course you buy lots of merch both for the collab and around the onsen town.

But if you are like me, you do it wrong.

You arrive later than you hoped to, you get excited to see Mitsuri and Muichiro at the train station, feel stressed about saving time for onsen and wind up do a bunch of things out of order that wind up eating time, including trying to go straight to an onsen instead of turning in the ticket first, and then discovering that you simply do not have time for everything once you see that the generous hours were for turning in your ticket, not for using the onsen. I also had dismissed the stamp rally as optional like the audio game I did not want to pay the price for, so it did not even occur to me that I would need three stamps before an onsen, and how hard it would be to find those stamps in the dark when you are fretting more and more about time.

In the end, we only (barely) had time for one onsen instead of two, which is frustrating, and even though they had stands of all the characters, we simply did not have time to see them all. (Himejima was off in the woods somewhere with no stamps or audio game things, so like we did, I bet a lot of people choose to simply leave him alone to meditate and train out there.) I saw the stand I wanted to most: Genya!! He gets to be included now!!!!

We did find the place with parfaits (thanks to asking the Kakushi, as the official websites weren't much help with this (but reading all the fine print probably would have helped overall)), and we sacrificed the second onsen dip to get these instead before leaving town. In addition to dessert items (like a Mist Pillar parfait with cotton candy mist on top!), they also served the yamakake udon and made a nice presentation of floating items down a river to your seat.

So anyway. Not my most lived-to-the-fullest KnY collab, nor a very relaxing onsen trip overall, but it always brings a smile to my face to see KnY melded into the landscape. The steep hike up to our cheap lodging and dragging suitcases around to at least find a few extra standees was pretty tiring, but the mountain view of the stars and morning birdwatching was as rejuvenating as a regular mountain onsen trip usually should be. That all being said, I plan to recover with regular bath salt at home and the newest volume of Kimetsu Academy.

"Ahahaha! Tengen, you arrived just in time!" Chortled the Flame Hashira, his permanent smile taking over as per usual, only to widden as he saw his friend. It seemed the same effect happened towards the Sound Hashira, as he waved his hand towards Rengoku whilst he waltzed over.

"It seems I have! Agh, I missed you! Bring it in, a flashy hug by your's truly!" Uzui opened his arm's out, inviting to other to give him a very large hug, Rengoku, happily, accepted, zooming over and lifting him off the ground as he squeezed him affectionately. Tengen could only laugh as he wrapped his arm's around him in return, patting his back gently.

The two then released eachother, only for Uzui to grin as the Flame Hashira spoke, "Oh! Uzui, would you like to spar?" He asked, how could he say no to his best friend? Besides, they haven't got the chance to for awhile now! As he was about to take out his blades, he got startled as Rengoku cut him off, "No no, my friend, we'll do it with our bare hands!" He said with glee, a loud chuckle escaping him in amusement.

"Oh really? You ready too lose?" He kneeled down to Rengoku's level, the flame hashira growing more amused. "Give it all you've got, Uzui!" He said.

The two had backed up, putting their blades aside, Rengoku having taken off his cape to give him more versatility. The two got in a fighting stance, and as they counted down to one, both member's sprinted for eachother with immense speed, going for a blow. Rengoku made himself go lower to the ground, as Uzui saw this, he went to block the upcoming punch from the other. The two kept at this for awhile, neither of them tuckered out.

Uzui had gotten Rengoku to lise his balance as he swipped him off his feet, going to pin him down, but before he could, a loud shriek erupted from the Sound Hashira.

The two paused, in complete silence. Rengoku's hand having nabbed at his side, this noise was new to the both of them. As they stilled in shock, Rengoku then decided to jab his side again, making Uzui stiffen as he let out a flurry of giggles.

"Oh, you're ticklish?" Rengoku asked with a wide grin, amusement taking over. The tables have now turned, as Rengoku quickly flipped their positions, him being ontop of Uzui with his pointer finger's poking the taller man's side's, making him squirm in place. "How amazing! I didn't expect the great Uzui, the flashiest of us all, to be ticklish!" He laughed along with Uzui.

All Tengen could do was try to catch the other's hands, though in his current predicament, he couldn't even snatch his wrists, the other was simply too agile and smart with his movements to even get stopped.

"You know, back home, I used to tickle my brother, Senjuro, just like this? He acts just like you!" Chortled Rengoku, as he then grew more serious, now using both hands to crawl up and scribble at the bigger man's ribs and armpits, laughing along as Uzui could only squirm and laugh.

Uzui's cheeks flushed a bit, using whatever strength he still had, to attempt to push the other off, his efforts remained futile as whenever he reached towards Kyojuro, he'd immediately scribble at his armpits to make him throw his arm's back down to his side's.

"Sorry Uzui, but I'm not stopping until you surrender!" He mused, as he experimentally started tracing shapes at his back, making the other gasp and explode into an awfully loud fit of, what Rengoku says, flashy giggles.

"Rehehen! I'll gehet you bahack!" He swore, as he then grabbed his wrist, although the hashira didn't mind, as he then squeezed at his hip's. The two were awfully surprised to see Uzui had thrown his head back and laugh out an entire volcanic eruption.

"Oh! Seems I found a good spot!" Kyojuro retorted, deciding to be more playful, "Flame breathing.. eighth form.. flurry of tickles!" He laughed at his own silliness, watching the other continue to squirm. "What do you say? Do I win this?" He asked, leaning down awfully close to his ear as he did so.

"YES! YEHES! Ohohoh noHOHO! YOU WIN! UNCLE! UNCLE EHEHE!" He snorted, Rengoku laughing as he stopped, patting his back reassuringly. "You know your laughs are flashy." He said, only to gasp as he was pinned down. "Oh really? Now.. it's my turn."

it was lovely too see so much hate tonight <3 the kny ones reminded me,I never finished even season one (got close too i just got distracted lol), but I did have like one big beef with it… Nezuko. Maybe later she got more autonomy, but I hated the whole "she protects people because she got basically hypnotized to see them as her family", like…NOT CAUSE SHE CARE OR SOMETHING? Also she didn't speak for some in-universe reason that I dont know about since I didn't get to that point but… It was the author that fucking decided that ?! Sure whatever, she got transformed in a demon that's the plot, I get it affecting her a lot and having side effects but she barely felt like a actual character to me? Even if she the demon thing changed her couldn't she have some agency ? Anyway maybe later things got better with her, hopefully so. But huh apparently the whole story got to shit so I don't think I gonna check it out to see… also another beef is the movie/arc having "Infinity Train" in the name so sometimes it gets in my way to look up things about the cartoon with the same name, so annoying ToT

spoiler alert things didn't get better with nezuko lmaooo if i remember correctly i think she participated in a few fights here and there and that was it. i think she did something important in the final arc but i can't get my brain to remember. nezuko's lack of agency in kny is a huge issue that i don't wanna get into bc i can't bring myself to care enough about kny in 2024 but yeah just so you know, the writing sucked until the end. not surprising tho bc KNY MANGA SPOILERS ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ kny didn't have its female characters do a lot in the first place (and shinobu's my favorite character so i know better than anyone that she had much more potential) and like half of them were killed off by the end (à la gege). anyway life gets better don't get into kimetsu no yaiba etc etc

First off, I'm Kaz, I also go by Wolfy, Fifty (from my old tumblr user/tag/whatever), and any variation of Peppermint. One friend who has tumblr as well calls me Pepsi on discord for shits and giggle and another knows my real name. Well, both know, it's just a 50/50 on what they use-

I am a sexuality questioning neurodivergent genderfluid creature, I don't care what pronouns are used for me as long as the person talking to me is comfortable with me. A friend of mine has full access to my tumblr. Yuzuki being the goat So, you thought only Yuzuki went with the boys to the district, huh? Well, I lied! Gizmo goes, too!

So, since Yuzuki is the venom hashira, Gyutaro's poison doesn't really have a quick effect on her. But, just because it's slower doesn't mean it's not there harming her. She's still one of the only surviving hashira left after the story ends, but she got pretty close to death in this arc

I don't wanna hear a damn thing about Gyutaro being 95% traced from the original scene, I couldn't be fucked & I wanted to be lazy I struggled with this so many times in the past, but now that it's finally drawn, I actually think it looks pretty dope

Since Yuzuki had a pretty rough time in the district, she just needed something to let that frustration out. & she saw this as a perfect opportunity when Gyutaro almost attack Gizmo. & this is only one of two times she's gotten really, really, REALLY pissed off. The next one is soon to come in the sunrise countdown arc

Tengen fights with one hand in this moment, & Yuzuki fights with one sword. Those two are more of a power duo than they appear
