Getting involved more with other mages of the world has reminded me of why I do things the way I do. Why I know so many cross-discipline magics. It all comes back to a simple phrase many are taught only the first part of "jack of all trades, master of none." How many of you know the full phrase is "jack of all trades, master of none, is still better than a master of one"?

I have made it my mission in life to never stop learning new magics, for it is through learning new ways of doing magic that I become, not more powerful, but a better mage. I know lots of magics, healing, combat, artifice, blood, necromancy, druidcraft, astromancy, and many more. All woven together in harmony in myself, for all of these are not so different at their core. They all turn will into reality.

Thus I do not believe in the false dichotomy that some of these are "evil" and some are "good" they are simply magic. Tools to be learned and used, for either good or ill. The most dangerous tool is the one you don't know how to use safely. And make no mistake, just because nothing is inherently evil does not make it safe. There are risks with all magic, if you heal a wound wrong you can cause cancer, if you mess up a transmutation you can leave your target mutilated.

I know more kinds of magic than most, and through that I am able to weave them together into whole new things. I may not be able to summon a horde of skeletons, or turn a forest into a maze of vines. But I can bring a little girl's cat back, to be her companion again, as long as she wants, albeit as a skeleton, but with its love for her still there.

To master magic is a journey without end, and there are many paths. I choose to walk a path towards balance, peace, and harmony in all things. What path do you walk? Do you mind if I join you? I want to learn.

Walter Wick (the artist) still makes books and has one available next summer (Can You See What I See?: Curiosity Shop) that looks delicious. The new scenes still seem to be made by hand with very little digital editing (check out his behind the scenes).

(But, the new ones are a bit too bright for me. The older "dreamier" images are so much more serene)

Ok, I know we don't like to talk about it because of the scene context, BUT that scene with Andrey and Goncharov in the art museum where Goncharov tells Andrey "In the Bible Judas kisses Jesus on the mouth as an act of betrayal yet most artist portray it as a kiss on the cheek, I wonder why that is" and Andrey replies with clear confusion "I don't recall reading this in the Bible" and Goncharov goes "No no, I'm pretty sure it happened" and then later during Andrey's betrayal scene, Goncharov tells him "Are you portraying this kiss or are you a coward?" as a way of saying "I understood you were gonna do this long ago, but I can no longer run from my destiny, I can no longer run from time" and then Andrey kisses him right before shooting him in the heart it's just so good and it's even better when you know that mobs and people in the mafia in general kiss others on the mouth as an oath to be loyal to them till the very end and it's so good this movie makes me wanna eat glass I swear to god help me I'm obsessed

The Jedi did nothing wrong. They didn't ""steal"" kids. They did not deserve to be fucking murdered. They weren't responsible for their genocide. They are not at fault for Anakin's Fall. They did everything they could do to help people. Anakin is responsible for his of his own actions and choices. That includes his choice to Fall and aid Palpatine instead of stop him, his choice to lead the mind controlled Clones into the Temple, his choice to lead the genocide of the Jedi, his choice to be literally the worst person in the galaxy, murder more people, and help lead and enforce the fascist Empire. Those were his choices, his actions. Not the Jedi's. Don't like it? Too bad, that's was the movies and shows literally show.

I just really need to point out that Charlie Slimecicle is a man KNOWN for his acting skills (In JRWI and just a multitude of videos and streams where he's created lore), his narration skills, writing skills, etc, etc.

Case and point, he managed to make thousands of people become genuinely emotionally attached to a Minecraft egg and his character of the grieving father, going through all stages of mourning and becoming murderous in his grief- in about a weeks time.

And his acting on Just Roll With It and the places where he really gets to shine through with those skills are just fucking incredible obviously.

NOW IMAGINE CHARLIE SLIMECICLE ON THE GEN LOSS SET. ON THE SET FOR AN ANALOGUE HORROR. WHERE HE CAN ACT. AND PLAY A PART IN A FUCKING AWESOME HORROR SERIES.
