trying to follow gravik's plan makes me feel like i need to ascend to a higher level of thinking, because gravik has absolutely no idea what is going on. I have tracked his motivations through every episode with meticulous note-taking as I've watched this series and um. boys. It's not looking good.
Here's just a few in episodes 1-5:
We need to put the skrulls in normal society
we need to attack russia
we need to have rhodey spend the entire episode making sure that we all know it wasn't america/fury who attacked russia, after all the work we put into making sure russia thought it was america
we need to have England nuke america
we need to start wwlll
we need to kill the US president
we need to kill fury even though he's done exactly 0 things to stop our plans (and if Gravik actually stopped tipping him off to everything, he wouldn't be able to stop them)
we need to kill fury's wife for "insubordination"
we need to BLOW UP THE SKRULLS
we REALLY REALLY need this superhero dna bottle :( :( Fury made me collect it after a war and it made me sad. I want it back.
The very funny part to me is watching Gravik justify killing so many people because he needs to "keep his plans secret" and like. ??? You don't even need to kill anyone. Cause like. Your plans are not consistent. you have no idea what's going on and neither do i.
VS other villians in MCU:
Wanda, MOM: I need to get back my kids, it's the only way i'll be happy.
Thanos, all of the infinty saga: I need to collect the infinty stones so I can snap half the universe away and save it from poverty
Loki, the Avengers: I have to take over earth in order to feel like my life has any meaning. If I'm not a ruler, I'm not anything.
Killmonger, Black Panther: I have to burn Wakanda to the ground because of what they did to my father. They broke me. They didn't care, so why should I?
Gravik, Secret Invasion:
I think this is a longwinded revenge plot against Fury that Gravik is covering in a equality fight, but idk. guess we'll see episode 6.

I want to improve my writing so I'm offering to write oneshots and ficlets for free!
If you want to read a sample of my writing first i have a short fic pinned on my profile.
Some of the fandoms I'll write for:
ATLA (Avatar the last Airbender)
LOK (The Legend of Korra)
SPOP (Shera and the princesses of power)
TOH (The Owl House)
AMP (Amphibia)
IT (Infinty Train)
PJO (Percy Jackson and other RR books)
SVSSS (Scumbag self sacrificing system)
AOT (Attack on Titan)
NGE (Neon genesis Evangelion)
SxF (Spy x Family)
JJK (Jujutsu Kaisen)
VS (Vinland Saga)
YOI (Yuri on ice)
Ghibli
A lot of other Anime, just ask.
I will do modern AUs and crossovers too!
I won't give set rules on things i won't write, rather i will simply judge evry request based on wether i want to do it. This is because i want to step out of my comfort zone a bit. If something I'm asked to write is too messed up (incest, noncon... etcetera) i simply wont write it.
Lastly if anyone has any suggestions on how i could go about this better I'm happy to hear them! <3 Fic-tober might be over but Fic-zember is here to remember!

Marvel is owned by Disney, and so is High School Musical. So technically they could make an Avengers movie that just evolves Shuri, Peter and whoever else wants to join recreating the High School Musical songs non-stop

I've seen that some people are getting mad about how the infinity stones are being shown as in Loki — which is comprehensible considering fans had to say goodbye to some of their favorite characters because of this stones —, but I still think some of you are missing the point.
We know the stones are powerful. We've seen what a single stone can do in the wrong hands in countless movies, and we've mourned the devastation all six of them can do. Hell, most beings aren't even powerful enough to hold the stones, let alone use them. That's how powerful they are!
So, why and how are they so... useless in Loki?
First, of course, is the magic ban. The TVA must sense their power as magic, and since magic doesn't work in the TVA, neither does the stones
But, the most important factor and the thing that Loki themself realized in the first episode, is the scale of that power.
Let's imagine the stones as something more relatable to us: money. More specifically, a million US dollars. That's a lot right? That kind of money could literally change our lives, for better or worse. People kill and die for it, they humiliate themselves for a fraction of this. Just watch any competition reality show... ever.
But, for a billionaire? A million is basically nothing. They don't need it, for it's merely a pebble in the mountain of their wealth. Someone that has something in abundance will never understand how and why people suffer for it.
In this analogy, the TVA is a billionaire. They dictate the flow of time and reality. To them, what are the infinity stones if not colorful rocks? What is a million dollars to a billionaire?
Paperweight.
The infity stones and Thanos were powerful. But the TVA and the Time Keepers are powerful in a scale we, and the MCU as we know it, can barely comprehend.
That's the point of that scene.

90's Eternity - Part 1 of 2? (spoilers for the 1990′s Infinity Saga)
One of my favourite things of the 90's entire Infinity saga was the interactions between Eternity and Warlock.
Tumblr media
They were like this divorced couple that kept running into each other and circunstances have forced them to work together to stop some reality shattering disaster:
Tumblr media
Always bickering, being cheeky and cranky and getting on each other's nerves.
Tumblr media
Eternity just comes off as this whiny little b*tch (if you'll pardon my french, but that's the best description I've heard of him), always complaining to his big daddy Living Tribunal. It's very unbecoming and petty of the embodiment of all there is, and I love it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Damn Eternity, going straight to the jugular in front of everyone in this one, go easy on my cosmic fish finger. I also like how an abstact entity is calling Adam a “weirdo”:
Tumblr media
Warlock loses all his patience in a spectacular fashion at Eternity’s accusations. You don't see him going all out like this that often.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Said arguments between the two would often end in them not seeing eye to eye, a snap of the fingers and teleporting the other away while saying "Be gone!", which is basically the cosmic equivalent of leaving your spouse hanging on the phone while he/she is still speaking.
Here’s a few examples I found:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It reminds me of family feuds in Greek Mythology between the gods, titans and abstract entities that you would think would be above all this capricious behaviour but oh no. If anyone reading played The Witcher 3, it's basically Geralt and Yennefer going at it if you don't pursue a romantic relationship with her, but without the tender bits just the fighting. It's great fun.
And even though he comes off as very whiny he did have very good points and reasons to be so distrustful and weary of Warlock. It also doesn't help that Adam walks in on Eternity and Infinity doing...er...hum... well, I'll let you decide what it is exacty they're doing.
Tumblr media
And you see a bit of growth between the two as well. Occasionally the two would chill out a bit and actually recognize each other's place and importance in the universe. A few examples:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And this one with Eternity here paying a visit to Warlock in a coma after The Infinity War event, being thankful for his aid (a bit begrudgingly but still, not bad).
Tumblr media
Now that I think about it, maybe Eternity's just pissy and holding a grudge after the way Adam talked to him during the Infinty Gauntlet incident. No respect or reverence whatsoever, Adam’s a pimp:
Tumblr media
But honestly, I have a lof of fun with Eternity and his whining. I think his design is the stuff of dreams. It’s just beautiful, so simple and yet so mesmerising, one of my absolute favourites in all of comics. Thank you Steve Ditko.
Just look at this smug bastard, gotta love him:
