T'au'va (Goddess of Greater Good) sends her grandest champion, T'au Kais, to help rescue Isha, in the name of Love.
For the Greater Good (and elf girlfriend).

"Breathe."
More Mortarion/Isha from the Escape from Nurgle AU. For context: Mort has health issues (yeah, even more of them) after being grandad's daemon prince and lives solely on willpower and Isha's Magic Life Support.

I wonder why the whole Isha-rescue is even a debate. She is not in a material prison, but a metaphysical one. You could remove a physical interface of Isha from Nurgle's Garden, but that would do nothing for the core of her being that would still be stuck there.
You essentially got two options: permanently weaken Nurgle, or power up her specific niche of the warp to the point where she can hold her own against the garden trying to consume her. To do that you essentially need to change the culture accross multiple systems and generations to no longer fear disease and death as much. The champion who breaks out the Godess of Medicine, Life, and Healing from her prison can only come from a culture that does active medical research with the explicit purpose of making the universe a better place to live in for its general populance.
The T'au will be the ones breaking out Isha, and they will do it purely by accident - they had their clashes with the Death Guard before. They will strike back, unintentionally breach the garden ("I never thought we'd make it this far"), and with that put the realm of Nurgle temporarely under the influence of The Great T'au'Va, who, to keep her favourite mortals alive, will have to go in full force - because let's be real unless you got divine protection simply being in the garden will probably kill you from a billion diseases getting you at once.
T'au'Va is implied to be an entity of order, conceptionally MUCH closer to the ancient Eldar gods than the regular chaos gods. If you shove that influence in there, disrupting Nurgle on a fundamental level, that'd be the one chance Isha needs to break out - and most likely save the T'au forces and their tiny goddess in the process because let's be real those are way in over their heads.
For the Eldar this is absolute insanity - the T'au meanwhile don't really know what's going on, completly oblivious to the metaphysical implications, but they are happy their divine protector "seems to have found a friend :)".

i need more interactions between botw link and the gerudo like. riju and him go sand surfing every second weekend of the month and it's a whole thing for the town because that's their chief vs their favorite token hylian vai and no matter who wins, everyone's having a great time. or sometimes isha sends link home with more hydromelons than his sheikah slate can carry because in a land of scarcity, giving gifts is the language the gerudo choose to love in. and don't get me started on buliara who definitely has a rivalry thing going on with him based on who can protect riju the best; from a distance it looks like they hate each other, but really they would fight for each other as comrades. funnily enough, neither of them end up "doing better" at protecting riju — in the midst of their attempts to defend her from a molduga, she ends up electrocuting it three times on her own. and all link can feel is this vague sense of deja vu, like he's seen this display of raw power before.

Leman finally steals Isha from Nurgle.
Something tells me she doesn't mind this big, hairy kidnapper either.
I mean who'd you rather be with?

Inspired by this super cute art by @erikaember! For @zelinkcommunity 's prompt 'in another life'.
Thanks at @bahbahhh for betaing last-minute. 💕
Summary: The three golden rules of a jeweler are discretion, politeness, and subtlety. No big deal for Isha, Gerudo Town's jewelry shopkeeper, but there's one customer who keeps her on her toes.
Warnings: none. Words: ~3k. Spoilers for the dragon tears quest.
Excerpt:
Her head shoots up. The display table makes a sound she doesn't appreciate. Shake, shake, the stone pillar goes on its pedestal and the cushion with the diamond circlet leans dangerously to the left. Isha has a scolding on her lips, but something about his rashness of putting the jewelry back on its spot makes her pause. He's skittish like a sand seal.
"What brings you here tonight? How can I help you?" she asks instead, politeness forced back into her voice by the experience of years of customer service.
"Oh, uhm," he stutters, fingering the tassel of the cushion before he realizes what he's doing and withdraws his hands. "I, actually, I don't know if you can help me. It's a rather unusual requ— I should just go again. Thank you for your time."
Isha puts her hands on her hips and leans forward. "If you don't tell me what it is that you want, I can't tell you if I can help you."
"Eh, right," he says and stands next to the stone pillar as if he wants to beat it in its immobility.
"So?" Isha presses. There's a job hidden behind his nervousness, she can feel it in the scar on her index that she got when her mother still maintained the shop and she was the apprentice. Maybe something for a girl. Or a boy, who can tell?
