Well my shedule for the 100 dop didn't really worked out and we are just 3days into it.

Woops well but hey atleast I started to write my letter of application. Just by writing it I get goosebumps.

I'm really excited about my new project. It's all about productivity.

But what is it about?

This challenge simply encourages to choose at least one productive task to execute every day, for 100 days.

One simple task that pushes us forward on our goals. The challenge is meant to improve our sense of accomplishment and show us a little bit of motivation.

What are my goals?

My goals are just simple little task, but because of my busy shedule I don't have enough time for them, so I will try to push myself to be more productiv.

Here are some of my goals:

1. Improve my cooking skills

2. Improve my korean and prepare for my korean class

3. Writing my fanfic

4. Learn a new dance

5. Improve my drawing

6. Do more sport

When do I started?

Now tbh ㅋㅋㅋ

On 17.February I start my journey.

Do I share pictures?

Yes and that's another point on my list that I want to accomplish: I want to be more activ on my tumblr and instagram.

I'm really excited to start this challenge with my best friend Valentina.

My journey 0328 continues

It happend all at once.

I wrote applications and after a while I lost hope. It’s frustrating to see that everything you do is worthless.

Out of nowhere a company answered and asked for a job interview. It made me hopeful again.

I said yes and it turned out really good.

They accepted me.

In June it’s my first day at the new working place.

All of this happend in a time span of one week.

Everything can change so fast.

I started to rethink my life, my diet and what I’m grateful for.

Where hope is there is always a way. Even if we are at rock bottom, there is always a way out.

I'm grateful for this opportunity, friends and family as well as those who surround me on a daily basis.

But the biggest impact was KPop, in particular Jackson Wang and Monsta X.

These people are my motivation and my inspiration.

They showed me ambition, passion and discipline.

They work so hard on their goals and it made me realise in order to get your goals you have to work hard for it.

I'm proud of them and now it's my time to make them proud.

Last year I challenged myself with a dietary chance. And this year I want to challenge myself even more.

So I created some sort of rules, that represent each member.

Those rules are just a small Support for me to keep me going during my journey.

👑 Jackson Wang: Intermitting fasting (16:8), I skip breakfast and don’t worry it’s not that I’m starving myself.

(Intermitting fasting (16:8) is a healthy way to loose weight. You fast for 16hours, with is super easy when you do it overnight. After your 16hour fast ,you are allowed to eat. For example you eat at 8pm and fast until 12am.)

🐻 Shownu: Workdays begin at 6am and end at 9pm. That means, after work I study, do sport and be productive.

🐰 Wonho: Workout 5days a week and have 2 rest days (Wednesday and Saturdays)

🐳 Minhyuk: Stick to my skincare routine. (a mini version of a korean skin care, because I don't have enough money heheh.)

🐹Kihyun: No fast-food. Always weigh my food and track calories.

🐢Hyungwon: Daily Calories budget is 1.000 to 1.500 (which is way easier when I skip breakfast)

🐝Jooheon: Do something for my body (dancing or gym), my mind (studying for school or korean) and my heart (reading, writing, drawing)

🐺Changkyun: Pray before bed time and eat.

I guess the main reason I’m writing this is because I need a way to myself motivated. I kinda need this public pressure (like a due date for your essay and you wait until it’s late. And you work throught before because under pressure you work better...I hope you get what I’m trying to say).

I don’t want people to see me as an example. You are perfect in your own way. You do you. Don’t let anybody push you down. You don’t have to be super skinny, or speak 10 languages or draw like leonardo da vinci.

Everyone is different and that is what makes us beautiful.

All I want is to get you motivated to reach your goal.

Motivated to start your own journey, wherever it takes you.

This is my way.

Let’s make history🙏 . Yesterday was a very memorable day for me. They worked so hard they haven't been sleeping well for months, And when I'm suffering during rehearsal days, they will always be the first ones to come encourage me.
