Some random SDV headcanon:

Gus recently bought a dance machine for his establishment and put it in the corner with arcade games. The owner of the Saloon after the purchase doubted that the dance game would pay off. But all his doubts vanished the next evening, when the main A.S.S. trio (Abigail, Sebastian and Sam) along with the Farmer dance Macacena by Girty Team. In line will be Robin, who persuaded Demetrius to practice dancing to Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Queen. Shane sits at a table, sometimes looking at the arcade machine and deciding if he had drunk enough to dance Kulikitaka by Toño Rosario in front of everyone. Elliott, depending on the amount of ale he drinks, will either invite Leah to Havana (tango version) by Camilla Cabello, or else he will fall down trying to dance Rasputin by Bonnie M. From now on, the Saloon will be filled every Friday with laughter, music, dancing and the sounds of falling. Gus laughs and sometimes jokes that soon the place will be called a cabaret.

Just Dance Thread:

First of all: the intro, THE INTRO o my gosh, it's so good!

The cat and the candlesticks gave me an amazing and dark atmosphere - they fit the song perfectly. I won't lie, but I felt a little surprised and anxious watching this!

The next thing I want to talk about is the Boss Witch's coach paintings. They're on the walls only for a moment and then cats appear in the pictures (Kulikitaka & Kitchen Kittens - adorable maps btw). So, my question is... why her paintings disappear?

Is it just an easter egg or is it story related? We know, that part of the background reappears in Bloody Mary now. So they probably know each other.

Are they friends? Sisters? Maybe rivals?

I mean, it would make a bit of sense why Felicia is getting rid of the her rival pics and replacing them. Or maybe Felicia is the new owner of this house and property? Who knows.

One thing I love is the reference to Boss Witch through this one specific move. In Boss Witch it would start and end a song, while in Bloody Mary it is at the big moment of the song. Also the same gloves?!?? Hello??

Plus, I love all the details on the map: Felicia's shadows, creating claw marks on the floor and walls.

Felicia's outfit is simply wonderful - perfect. She looks gorgeous and I'm in love with her dress.

I think the choreography fits the coach perfectly, also to the song. I'm even glad it's not Wednesday's dance. This choreo is good. It's powerful, sassy, ​​you can feel like a villain, feel sexy - everything.

I love it so much, imo - 10/10

My opinion on Baby Zouk. Well, I honestly don't remember this song, but I find it very cute and definitely fun to dance with another person. So yeah, I like it <3

BSAV family au, part 2: Cthylla

First of, Cthylla and Kitta are the same person

If you read my Felicia post, you'll know that Cthylla is the daugther of Cthulhu, and because of a deal, Cthyllas was kinda adopted by Felicia. As she arrived in Eternyx, the first thing that Felicia done, was to teach Cthylla on how to turn into a cat, so that the people of Eternyx don't get scared because of a eldritch goddess living nearby. But of course, as every cat, Cthylla also makes some escapades during the night, and during one of these escapades, she joined a theater group called 'The Enigmas'

What the theater group doesn't know, is that Cthylla is a eldritch being, and Felicia doesn't know about the secret life of Cthylla.

As the time passed, the Potion Alley got bigger, and Cthylla made lots of new friends, like Vester, Lilith, and even Scarlet! One day, she decided that she would make a new friend! So she traveled to Sun Horizon, where she captured a baby called Scotty and brought back to Felicia! Cthylla still doesn't understand why Felicia got so angry with her about it, she just wanted to make friends! She didn't do anything wrong!

But it's a good thing that Felicia leted Scotty stay with them, she loves playing with him!

But a question still remains, why Cthulhu gave his child to Felicia? (this next part is a mix between my headcanons and the Cthulhu Mythos).

First of, everyone knows that Cthulhu is a eldritch being who causes madness in everyone who loks at his eyes right? But did you also know that Cthylla also is a character on the Cthulhu mythos?

In the mytos, she is also described as the daugther of Cthulhu, the role of Cthylla in her father's plans, is that, if Cthulhu dies, Cthylla will give birth to him once again.

In my hc, these plans are almost the same.

Cthulhu is a eldritch god, who was once defeated by the other gods, and his body became Eternyx, even dead, Cthulhu also had some conciusness inside of him, so he started to make plan. Centuries later, he self fecunded, giving birth to Cthylla, but Cthylla was a weak goddess, so Cthulhu needed someone to take care of her, until she becomes an adult.

Cthulhu's plan, was that someday, his daugther would continue his legacy of insanity and destruction on the Danceverse, but as the time goes on, Cthylla gets more and more in love with Eternyx and the rest of the Danceverses, that she might not want to continue her father legacy...

Name Meanings:

Cthylla: Cthylla was a name that existed even before Just Dance, being probably a corruption of the name 'Scylla', Scylla in the other hand, has quite unknow origins, possibly coming from of the word skyllein which has unknow origins, but possibly means "to tear".

Kitta: Kulikitaka

Just Dance Rewards

Since I’m in the middle of unlocking the rewards of the new season it’s time to evaluate them, because why not. In general, summer vibes aren't for me, so I was hoping for a little more dark awards, but whatever. I find rewards overall charming, and emotes this season are just perfect. However, if I had to rate them overall, they would be like:

season 2 > season 3 = season 1

• Avatars:

Honestly I love all avatars in this season. They are always so good:

→ Savelina, girl, I love you so much, I'll let you hit me as many times as you need! I really love how powerful she looks.

→ The Chatty/Black Bird: both these avatars are total slay, but the darker one is just so cool

→ Felicia - when will be our wedding?? Omg, she's so Aaaaaa!!! Especially after seeing "Bloody Mary" I love this avatar even more

→ Mihaly's new avatar! They look amazing, the best avatar of them so far.

→ Scotty - he's so cute + his photo-taking animation is so unique and sweet

My favorites are definitely Mihaly and Felicia!

• Emotes:

They're all just adorable. This is definitely my favorite season for them.  My favorite is "Goth rules over." & "Here's to summer!". Others are great too, Kulikitaka's emote is very sweet.

• Backgrounds:

"Fresh Town" and "Poolside Luxe" are the prettiest in my opinion. Other backgrounds are not in my taste.

• Badges:

The ice cream one is really sweet, although I think it doesn't fit thematically to the season very well. Even If I know glasses are as an alias, I think it could be a good badge (Referring to Scotty and the "Sacrifice's coach) or maybe vampire fangs/a cat (from "Bloody Mary")? However, If I had to rate all season badges, I would rate them like this:

Season 1 > Season 3 > Season 2

• Aliases:

Just like emotes - literally perfection! Glasses? So cool! I love "Hydrate Yourself" - it's an important message, especially during the heat and physical activities. The "Dance Pool Party" one?? It's a great reference to a very talented member of this amazing community - Dancepool !! Intentional or not, it's a nice thing and if you don't know him, I recommend checking out his channel - he has awesome videos and is an amazing dancer!

• Borders:

For me, they're average this season, but by far the best one is "Digital Summer". Sea borders are cute too!

• Scoring Effects & Victory Celebration:

I'm not a fan of the tropical scoring, but the road trip one??? It's so cool and unique! Victory Celebration is nice tho
