Sunday 17th December

Stayed at Matt's parents last night and slept like trash which was so disappointing bc normally I sleep really well there! But it was worth it because this was Maggie at 8am, just playing by herself outside because she found her very favourite ball! (We leave it there bc it's so noisy lol)

Matt and I visited Nanna Ann as she hasn't seen Matt in months so we had a nice catch up with her. Had lunch back with his parents then came home and had a tiny snooze in bed as we had both slept terribly. I got up before I could properly fall asleep and went for a little run - I had beer fear from drinking last night and was getting v anxious about going out tonight and back to work tomorrow so I really wanted to run to make myself feel better. So I managed to get out and back just before it got dark, it was a nice dusky run 😊 My pace wasn't great or anything, but I went exploring so it ended up being a really hilly run so I don't care too much tbh!

Showered, got changed and went straight back out to another outdoor light trail! Not as good as the last one we went to but we still had a lovely time as we met up with Matt's friend and his fiancée so it was a nice little double date 🥰

Last week of work starts tomorrow! That feels insane to say 🥹 we've come a long way this year and I'm so proud of us! Wishing everyone a great last week before Christmas ❤️

Monday 11th Dec

Last night we went to an awesome light trail in the park and we had mac & cheese and waffles and it was so lovely 🥰🥰

Today was back to work, then leg day! I'm loving having time to do proper workouts again

And of course ootd bc the novelty of wearing half decent clothes for work has not worn off. I felt cute today

Lots of housework and laundy, then bed and wedding ring research.. I'm pretty sure I've chosen mine. Just waiting for Matt to find one he likes then we can get them ordered as they'll be our Christmas presents to each other 🥹
