I'm rewatching s6 and overall I still feel it's a very solid season and generally rather enjoyable, and it gave us two of the best episodes this show has ever made, but waiting for Buck and Eddie to interact is like wandering for miles through a desert, only to collapse on the showrunners' front porch begging for reprieve, just to receive a drop of water and a pat on the head as they drop kick you back out into the desert. It's rough is what I'm saying. holy shit.

#like SHEESH #buck and eddie have a magnetizing and key relationship in the show so it's just. weird when it's not there #like having barely any madney scenes in s5. there's a certain je ne sais quoi missing from two characters who just have amazing chemistry #idk it just changes the viewing experience for me. like this show is all about the emotional connection and depth bw characters #and buck and eddie add such a thicc layer of emotion and vulnerability that is oh so tantalizing regardless if you ship them or not #not a bad season but this lack of interaction is just Felt #k spirals
