Okay so here's how I think Succession will end. Greg's gay dad (aka Chekhov's Gay Dad) finally appears in the flesh in the last episode. He has sex with Logan which reverts him back to default settings nobody knew he even had (let alone Logan himself). He's suddenly really nice to everyone including his kids.
The Tomshiv divorce takes place, both Shiv and Tom decide to be okay with each other at least in court. Tabitha reappears and homosexualizes Shiv, who is now a self proclaimed butch (nothing about her looks or way of being changes).
Tom is secretly devastated by the divorce. He decides it's a great opportunity to reinvent himself. Starts going to the gym. Incidentally he meets Greg there. They bump into each other in the locker room while they're both naked. Tom takes it as Greg's attempt at seduction (it's not). He graciously lets Greg have gay sex with him. The interaction leaves Greg very confused. Tom on the other hand is spiraling. Is he gay? Has he been gay this whole time? Is he bisexual? Is he homophobic? He can't be homophobic if he had sex with a man, right? Right?
At the same time Kendall is sad. Stewy feels especially seduced by his wet eyes swag and has sex with him. Kendall releases a mumble rap EP all about the experience.
Logan finally decides on the succession line. He invites his kids to dinner. Refers to himself as a "fellow faggot" multiple times. He chooses Shiv to take over. She vows to make the company a more inclusive place. In practice in means that Waystar is now fully rainbow washed. Greg becomes head of HR tasked with hiring queer millennials and gen-zers like himself (he's very confused about that last part).
Roman meets a man. He hates him. The man hates Roman. They have steamy hate sex. Roman goes on Drag Race.

Finding out Iverson is not biologically Kendall’s and finally being explicitly told that Sophie is adopted in the last ten minutes of the finale just proves to me that that was it. That’s the (awful terrible horrible meaningless) reason why Kendall could never win with Logan. He was shooting blanks. Kendall Roy couldn’t secure his own succession, so why would Logan ever trust him with his?
It made me immediately flash back to the boar on the floor scene, when Logan shouts at Tom about his grandson, and asks then whether or not Tom is shooting blanks. And Logan’s conversation on the boat with Roman when they’re going to visit Matsson, after the dick pic fiasco, when Logan asks Roman outright if he can be with a woman, if he can get it up with a woman, if everything’s working right or if he’s fucked up. All Logan Roy ever cared about was securing his legacy, and Kendall, in his eyes, could not do that, and he was never ever ever going to win. How can one be a king if one cannot make a king?

Logan: Wait, who drinks the lactose free milk?
Patton: Me, I’m lactose intolerant
Logan: I literally saw you finish a pint of ice cream last night
Patton: I said I was lactose intolerant, not responsible

when the day met the night ☀☾ team 10
@exclted @swiftscion @nagaficat @allegreta
Ephidel found that in the nightly hours, when he stalked the night sleepless and the humans laid their bodies and minds to rest, his seemed to drift just the same. It happened slowly. The digits of his body began to respond less. Then the limbs. Then the rest. Until his mind seemed to rise above his frame and warp from it.
Until golden eyes opened to a coliseum of people demanding entertainment. Ephidel glanced around himself; saw others from the monastery with strange weapons in all their hands. What was all this? Were they to play fools for these vermin’s approval? He would not dance this waltz for such a reason, and idly inspected the needle and syringe he found in his grasp. And there, clasped around one finger, he had also been adored with a ring.
This all made little sense, and before he could ponder it further, a large stone door opened on the far wall of the coliseum, and out flew a phoenix shimmering in a rainbow of light. It stretched its wings and cried a mighty shriek before diving headlong at the lot of them.
Violence, was not the first tool in Ephidel’s arsenal, but he knew how to wield all manner of magic and blade, and he wasted no time in using what he had been gifted.
He tucked and rolled out of the way of incoming talons, and readied a stance for the next opening. When the bird swooped in again, he leaped to its back and drove the needle deep. It seemed to have no effect, the bird’s hide thick and battle worn, and so Ephidel broke the needle at the base, sending metal shards deeper into its flesh. The beast howled. It did not seem to take any damage, but an opening had been made.
Ephidel used Slatterslash with the Injector! Roll 1d20+2! 14+2=16! Hit! -0HP
Twin Soul 10/10 HP
Twin Soul receives -1 DEF/RES for 1 turn
The great beast had just as little patience for Ephidel as he had for it, and turned to peak at the flea on its back. A direct hit to his shoulder weakened the strings in his arm, and Ephidel’s grasp released, sending him plummeting to the ground.
Twin Soul countered with Sharp Beak! Roll 1d20! 8! Hit! -1.5HP
Ephidel’s HP 8.5/10

Comics Review: 'Destiny, NY' #4: Winter Forever
Destiny, NY #4: Winter Forever by Pat Shand, Elisa Romboli, Jim Campbell

violence
My Rating: 5 of 5 Stars
The creative team has hit its stride with this volume. This is, admittedly, a rather cheeky assessment for an ongoing comic with a dozen side stories and several years of success as an independent title under its belt. However, DESTINY, NY v4 proves quite clearly this creative team works best when the narrative is at a crescendo and when the stakes are at their highest. All endings feel like beginnings under a shroud of juvenile discontent and all successes feel like a thousand tiny failures with agendas all of their own. But DESTINY, NY v4 knits all of them together with such alacrity that readers won't realize they've blitzed through a dozen subplots all nice and neat and with time to spare.
To wit, each primary and secondary character of this story is working through two or more difficult relationships or dynamics that feed into the greater narrative. It took a few years to get all of the pieces into place, but as this volume concludes, it's a fairly impressive effort. Trinity is rounding the corner with her kinship with Augusten and her relationship with Anthony; Cherry wrestles with how to motivate her brave-idiot boyfriend as well as navigate the treacherous terrain of yielding to ex-best-friend, Mary-Bette; Logan is stuck, trying to will into focus her love for her pot-dealer friend, Taylor, and her allegiance to the fragmented emotions still lingering from her affection for Lilith. It's like this for every single character.
Previous volumes proved challenging to follow given the awkward but necessary pendulum of shifting focus. It hasn't always been clear why all of these characters are interrelated, assuming, indeed, they need be intertwined at all. Alas, DESTINY, NY v4 relishes the crescendo. The senator is making his final move, and Joe and the others know it. But everyone has their own idea of what it means to fight back. Lilith is going through the magical underground. Anthony, Gia, and Meadow are training. And Logan, naturally, happens to be in the wrong (right?) place at the wrong (right?) time.
But again, for some reason, all endings feel like beginnings in this comic book.
The showdown with Trakgnar feels anticlimactic until it doesn't. The spiraling drama of Logan's affections for Taylor's undeniable sweetness feels impenetrable until it doesn't. And the chicane of fortune that coils ahead of a certain gangster-ass barista always feels like it's too long, too winding, and too chaotic for any human to bear, until it isn't. DESTINY, NY v4 begins with a bang and spends the remainder of its pages ducking and weaving the shrapnel. Relationships sour, and are then re-patched. Confidence in the truth wanes, and then flares up again. Courage and humility are never overrated.
Romboli returns on art duties and the result, again, is phenomenal. It's hard to explain how important it is to have a flexible artist for a story like this. Shand's scripts are packed with dialogue and prioritize an overlapping and linkage of emotions that bridge one scene into the next. And yet, Romboli doesn't shirk the critical responsibility of knowing when and how to shift the plane of perspective or vary the intensity of a mistrustful gaze. The continuity errors are minimal, and the diversity of page compositions and application of screentones prove black-and-white comics can shine more brilliantly than four-color comics when the creative team is on the ball.

Spring of Damascus
[Verse] Those jasmines you left behind had blood drops on their petals They took you away one night, and the heart turned into rubbles I couldn’t even say goodbye, and that pain still lives in me I still wish you’d come back and bring with you the spring [Pre-Chorus] Another cry And another million tears[Chorus] How will this winter end? When will it green again? When will our tears never dry in…

* in regards to the genocide run:
I made a severe and continuous lapse in my judgement, and I don’t expect to be forgiven. I’m simply here to apologise.
What we came across in the woods that day was obviously unplanned. The reactions you saw on tape were raw; they were unfiltered. None of us knew how to react or how to feel. I should have never posted the video. I should have put the cameras down and stopped recording what we were going through.
There's a lot of things I should have done differently but I didn't. And for that, from the bottom of my heart, I am sorry. I want to apologise to the internet. I want to apologise to anyone who has seen the video. I want to apologise to anyone who has been affected or touched by mental illness, or depression, or suicide. But most importantly I want to apologise to the victim and his family.
For my fans who are defending my actions, please don't. I don’t deserve to be defended. My goal with my content is always to entertain; to push the boundaries, to be all-inclusive. In the world live in, I share almost everything I do. The intent is never to be heartless, cruel, or malicious. Like I said I made a huge mistake. I don’t expect to be forgiven, I’m just here to apologise. I'm ashamed of myself. I’m disappointed in myself. And I promise to be better. I will be better. Thank you.

Doing my regular check-in with NFTs, and the Logal Paul NFT scam scandal is Spicy as hell, he really made a video defending himself from the allegations by basically saying “yes, we did rob a bank, BUT I didn’t keep any of the money, so I’m innocent”, I’m sure that’ll go well in court.

woman’s royal rumble was so much better then the men’s.
Aj Lee isn’t back but yk what, it’s ok. it’s a work in progress, slowly. Naomi’s back tho and i missed her sm😞. Bayley won which i’m fucking with. Jade is a strong ass woman, black people power fr. Liv’s return was such a meh moment, nobody really screamed or whatever for her which was a bummer.
Roman v La v Randy v Aj was a good match. Knight looked hella fine fighting and so did Randy. It was ok.
Logal v Kevin was a dam good match.
Men’s royal rumble was ok. They really went by the count very quickly. Jey and Jimmy being the first two was such a good move on Hunter’s part and I loved it. I was rooting for either Jey or Punk to win, was so pissed when Jey got out. I really want to see him have his moment. As for Punk, I so desperately want to see him and Seth fight. Cody winning wasn’t a surprise honestly.
that’s my reviews🫶🏼
