IT IS NOT MARU'S FAULT THAT SEB WAS NEGLECTED.

HOW MANY TIMES MUST I SAY IT.

Maru was a favourite child by choice outside her control. Demetrius and Robin were shit parents, emotionally abandoning their son at a young age, rather choosing to focus all their attention on Maru.

But this is NOT HER FAULT.

In her dialogue she expresses affection for her brother and concern for his mental health MULTIPLE TIMES, more than Robin - his full biological mother - ever even MENTIONS HIS NAME. Fuck Demetrius. He never even mentions him.

And she can't do anything about it! She relies on them! She needs them! The family is broken as is and she knows that trying to stop it will ruin both of their lives!

So yeah, Maru is not a "snobby golden child with a superiority complex", dickhead YouTuber making uninformed claims based on only ever going for Sebastian. She's a victim of circumstance to a lesser degree than Sebastian, of which Robin and Demetrius are the root cause.

started a new stardew farm. spring 5 was raining so i went right to the mines. found a couple ladders pretty quick, few copper nodes, hell yeah. having fun doing good. killed my first bug on floor 3. got a FUCKING ANCIENT SEED
