SPELUKAGE [Spelunking + Cage/Ribcage] Ghost/Poison The Poison Gas Pokemon -Evolves from CHIRPIT when taken to the 3rd sublevel of the Ironteeth Cave Abilities: Gas Leak* - Neutralizing Gas (HA) Dex: "It wanders inside abandoned mine shafts, its bones glowing softly in the dark, its soul faintly visible inside its ribcage. It constantly produces a very volatile gas that has no smell nor visible color, so it is recommended to keep it away from any flame or spark” Moveset: -Shadow Bone -Cross Poison -Corrosive Gas  -Poison Gas

*This Pokemon fills the field with a highly flammable gas; any pokemon who tries to use a fire-type move will explode and take damage.

Now that the 5 lake pokemons are finished, I had to finish this 2 as they are somewhat related to one of them, as Ironteeth Cave is where you can find HAGABABA, inside the acid lake

While the lake is in the 4th sublevel of the cave, the toxic gases it produces have started leaking into the level above. When you enter this level a message will read "The air in here has a weird smell" and if CHIRPIT is in your party, after a few steps it will evolve into SPELUKAGE

January 12, 2024 - Slender-billed Miner (Geositta tenuirostris) Found in the Andes in parts of Peru, Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina, and in a small separate range in central Ecuador, these miners live in grassland, scrub, and cultivated areas, frequently near water. Foraging alone or in pairs, they eat invertebrates, including beetles, caterpillars, spiders, and springtails, picking their prey from the ground and sometimes digging to reach it. They build pad-shaped nests in tunnels from dry grasses and cattle hair where females lay clutches of two eggs. Males perform flight displays while singing.

It's Megatron and Ravage! (Ravage is a regular cybercat, he's not a mini con.)

Anyways, there's some backstory,

Some other facts:

•He landed on earth during the ice age and he was frozen under the ice for years until his surviving deceptions found him and rescued him, he then got sick for a while almost to the verge of death but he was healed. He has stayed hidden on Earth ever since

•He's not evil (he's actually kinda the opposite of the canon Megatron but he's not shattered glass either)

•He likes making little vehicles out of wood lmao

•He wears glasses

•He's the equivalent to a 70 year old human

•He's seen as a father figure/ mentor to most of his deceptions

•He and Optimus never fought, he refuses to hurt him

•He's kind of a coward and he's really emotional

•Ravage is originally Soundwave's cat but Megatron loves animals and he's grown attached to Ravage

•Megatron met Soundwave in the gladiator pits because Soundwave was sent there after murdering RatBat. Unlike Megatron, Soundwave is a very good fighter and he's tough.

MINARY (Flying/Normal) & SPELUKAGE (Ghost/Poison)

MINARY (Miner/Canary) is based on the practice of taking live canaries inside coal mines as a way to detect possible acumulations of gas, like carbon monoxide, this pokemon loves to sing and lives on the upper levels of caves, and usually avoid going further down as they are very sensitive to poor air quality

In order to evolve MINARY into SPELEKAGE you will need to have MINARY in your team and go down to a specific cave. This cave is one of the 5 that has a dangerous lake at their lowest level, which can only be accesed using a special suit, In this case its a lake where the water has become toxic, filling the air with poisonous gas (More information here)

You must reach the level before the lake, where the poisonous gas has started to leak into. Once you reach that level a message will pop up saying "The air in here has a weird smell" and if you have MINARY in your team, after walking a few steps it will evolve.

SPELEKAGE (Spelunking/Cage) is based around dead canaries and dead miners, with MINARY's soul still traped in a cage (a rib-cage *badum tss*), manifesting as poisonous gas. It has the signature ability "Gas Leak", and when this pokemon comes out it fills the air with flammable gas, if any pokemon tries to use a fire type move, it will blow back, similar to the move "powder" but it affects all pokemon in battle

October 20, 2023 - Rufous-banded Miner (Geositta rufipennis) Found in parts of Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina, these miners live in grasslands, scrub, and rocky open habitats. Foraging alone or in pairs, they eat arthropods, seeds, and leaf buds, picking food from the ground. They nest at the ends of tunnels in banks and ravine walls or in rock crevices, lining the nest chambers with grass, hair, and feathers. Females lay clutches of two or three eggs.
