Super proud of you if you did something that was really hard for you that nobody else would acknowledge as an accomplishment. If you're struggling to take care of yourself and you brushed your teeth. If you ate some food. If you washed one single dish, or responded to one email, or called your therapist. It all begins with a single step. 🔮 Pile 1 what is holding you back : if you are trying, and trying and seem to be getting nowhere, the universe is holding you back to put things into persepective. Im hearing " rejection is protection " the universe wants YOU to decide on a course of action that will help you elevate. its time to contemplate, adjust to new ways of thinking/moving. It is giving you time, time to clear you mind, get the things/tools you need to get things for you to make that choice when the time comes. Your emotions may be at play as well with making this choice, but you are protected regardless. Once youve decided on how to move forward, your world will open up and things wont be as heavy 🧸
: what can help you to move forward? - thinking about the impact our shadow self has, how habits effect us, our spiritual/physical/mental/emotional self and healing the parts of yourself that were hurt with said habits & taking that power back from the people,places,things/thoughts. Im hearing " lying to yourself " as well. Also Allowing yourself to heal and giving yourself the time and space to do so 🧸 youre doing amazing sweetie, all the best to you Pile 1 💕
🔮 Pile 2 what is holding you back? : making a decision is holding you back, maybe you have more than one thing on your mind that you want to go all in on. Im hearing " up in the air " so either choices could be not as solid or you feel that they wont be. Having lack of faith and trust in your ability to move forward and feelings of ungroundedness, not having enough/being enough is holding you back from moving forward. Thoughts of achievment, happiness are put on the back burner when you decide to feed the thought of not being enough 🧸
What can help you move forward : being loyal to yourself, projects, things you love. Looking towards the things that inspire you and branching out to expand your horizens, thoughts, goals. Also embodying that power and strength while balancing that with your kindess and vulnrability. 🔮 pile 3 what is holding you back : the act of moving forward in general, you may be feeling nostalgic/looking back at the past/holding onto the past knowingly/unknowingly and that is what is holding you back from seeing/being your fullest/truest potential. Its like all the small things are adding up and its almost suffocating to breathe / look towards the future. Awe. Its going to be okay pile 3 💕 also feeling the need for things to be perfect for you to move forward, you can move forward in your own way, even if it looks different to others. For some you may be afraid of happiness & having feelings of unworthiness 🧸
What can help you move forward : becoming your own bestfriend again. Doing things by yourself, enjoying the little things. Not being so hard on yourself, clearing away thoughts, opinions from others & your own mind that do not serve you in a healthy & happy way. You deserve peace. Learning from experience as well will help! Self acceptence, trying new things, meeting new people, doing what makes you feel centred when things get tooo loud in your mind & coming into your main character energy, and making room yourself, your happiness and accomplishments. All the steps you take towards recovery are important, even if they are two steps forward and one step back. What matters is that you are moving. What matters is that you are trying. It is not easy, but you should be proud of yourself for your strength, because even when you were tired of being resilient, you still made it. What you had to go through so you could survive was not fair, but that is now in the past.
Focus on your present, on the self-care you can do today to make this day a little nicer and more comfortable for you. Even if they seem like small steps or setbacks, they are still important. Don't think about all the steps you will have to take tomorrow, focus on which steps you can do today without burning yourself out, but making yourself feel a bit better, by listening to your needs, by taking care of yourself, in any way you can manage to.
