you're making a super mario rpg fancomic?! what's it going to be about? i'd definitely read it! you're a really good writer! i bet it would be interesting!

Yeah! I've been making it for a while, I just haven't talked too much about it. I didn't want to talk about it in depth until I had pages done so I could show that I wasn't just all talk. It's basically a retelling of canon events, with twists and better fleshing out characters. I feel there was a lot that could have been done with the storyline and it's many interesting characters and expand on stuff the main cast is going through. I plan on doing things like exploring the Smithy Gang, and minor characters like Croco, Johnny ect. I also did some interesting things with the plot (or so I have written down) and I've been doing a lot of expansion and development in the background. I want to make people think about minor characters and see them with the potential I see them with, same with the Smithy Gang, in all honesty. I feel some things with them could have been utilized differently in ways that would make them more interesting and less two-dimensional as characters. My brain went 'smrpg would make a really good series, but how would I do it if I was going to make it a series?' Then, I flooded myself with ideas. I'm actually excited about getting it out there but comics take so long to make! Probably should have made it a fanfic but I haven't written fanfics in years and the one I wrote recently didn't do too well and I got super discouraged. Yesterday, I went out and bought a composition notebook to write stuff in. I have the first two events all planned out so I've been working on making them into comic form. Hopefully, I'll have an update done by the end of the week and post it on my comic tumblr.

For those following my fan comic.

I'm really sorry but I honestly doubt I'll be able to get any new pages out until September.

With the exception of the weekend I had off for tfNation, I've literally been/will be working every single day this month, including weekends. And I haven't had any time to work on it.

I'll try to get something out, especially previews for my Patreon and Deviant art supporters, but I'm absolutely buried due to my day jobs right now and struggling to find the time or energy to do any artwork.

Summary:

Aether invites Thoma to Mondstadt and one of the first places they visit is actually Angel's Share. Being proud of the honor, Diluc wants to make sure they will leave a good first impression on Thoma.
