(I was Bored and I wanted to do something with my AU)

Simon slowly wrapped the bandage around Jack’s arm. Jack hissed in pain, bearing his teeth at Simon. In retaliation, Simon put his hand up to Jack’s face. Jack moved his head back swiftly, he made a low growl. Jack’s threatening jesters did not scare Simon, he knew Jack wouldn’t hurt him he was doing it to try and scare him away. Jack flaps his wings, angrily, trying to make himself look bigger with them. Simon sighs, he puts his hand on the side of Jack’s head. Jack seems to calm down a bit, knowing the the touch. Simon smiles and continues to treat Jack’s injuries. He had multiple blood feathers, cuts, and what seemed to be bloody markings like burn marks. He had only been gone for a few hours at least, how did he get like this. This couldn’t happen naturally. Simon carefully puts his hand on Jack’s wing. Jack didn’t do anything at first. Simon starts to slowly pull his wing down and closer to him. Simon pulls out a pair of tweezers. Jack growls at him and tries to pull his wings away, sure Simon’s grip was gentle, but it was sturdy. Simon put one of his hands on Jack’s cheek.

“It will be quick ok.. I’ll be as gentle as a can. Just don’t try and pull your wing away it will only hurt more.” Simon said softly.

Simon knew how to calm down Jack. He had done it before plenty of times. Glass slowly picked out some of the blood feathers. Jack wings were large so there was bound to to be a few more than what normal birds had. Surely there was about four or five he had picked out of Jack’s wing. Simon wrapped up Jack’s wing before going onto the other. Once done Simon places a kiss on one of Jack’s bandaged up injurie.

“There you’re all better, there nothing to be scared of. I was only trying to help.” Simon said softly.

Simon wraps his arms around Jack, pulling him into a hug. Jack was a bit surprised by this action, his face had gone more red than it normally was. Slowly, but surely, Jack wraps his arms around Simon, putting his hand in his hair. Jack slowly starts to purr, feeling comfortable again. Simon slowly starts to stroke one of Jack’s wing.

After a few minutes Jack let go of the hug. Simon had obviously had started to get tired. Jack helps Simon up, he wrapped one of his arms around Jack’s neck.

“Jack I can walk on my own.” Simon mumbles.

Jack just makes a chirping noise and presses his forehead against Simon’s. With that they head to the bedroom, Simon lays down. Jack leans over Simon, he puts his hand on his stomach and hides his face in a crook of his neck, Jack then curls up on him. Simon could feel Jack’s warm breaths on his neck, Jack then let’s out a sound purring noise. Simon didn’t say anything, he was to tired to do so, he slowly fell asleep to the sound of Jack’s soft purring.

“Good night Glassy.” Jack mumbles, looking at the sleeping Simon.
