Between yesterday and today, I will say I'm proud of myself for following through. BUT right now I'm easily regretting it ALL. I did deadlifts for the first time since my knee injury. And then I followed it up with squatting for the first time this year. Sore can't EVEN begin to describe the way my legs feel even after doing a cardio session today to try to loosen up the muscles. I will admit it though that in the moment I never felt more like myself.

Hey fam... I'd just deposit this here... New challenge is about to begin in 24hrs and I couldn't wait 💪👅😎.it took leer than an hour to get this much sweat and more.. Lemme break it down.. 400squats,300lunges,30high jumps, 300 mountain climbing,100bicepcurls with bilateral raise, 50sit ups, 50 press up, 2mins wall sit... You don't need to step out..
