I got two thoughts tonight:

Vulcans who’ve become so good at regulating their emotions that they still have a pretty good hold on them even when compromised, like under the influence of chocolate, and being quietly happy about that fact

And

Human partners/friends/coworkers/etc, not just other Vulcans, understanding how important it is to the Vulcans they know to not show emotion outwardly, and how humiliating it must be to not only show emotion in public but to have that choice + control ripped away from them, so whenever a situation where their control slips, like chocolate/weird plant pollen/emotionally compromising event/etc happens, they focus on helping that Vulcan get away from people and into some privacy (even from them) instead of using it as an opportunity to “find out how that Vulcan really feels about them”

Nothing art related, but I'm trying another Japanese recipe. Gyoza! 🤩 Never even ate them before, but they sound delicious. I'll be making them with ground beef instead of pork, mostly because I already had it and generally I prefer that over pork anyway. Also improvising about the tools because I don't have some basic stuff yet xD

I've been feeling pretty shitty yesterday, but was already rather active this morning and noon (had to get a prescription, collected the meds afterwards, did some additional groceries for a little barbecue with the siblings tomorrow, get some gas for the car while we're out, also finally got rid of a collection of cardboard boxes from the last half year or so too XD), so idk if I can finish making the gyoza for dinner today (I do have to make something, however, because I just finished the latest leftovers). But I very much hope I will 🥹 fingers crossed!

Going to crash on the couch for a few hours now to hopefully recover until evening.
