♡ Min Su-Jin + Kim Do-Hyun (2021 - present)

Kim Do-Hyun (’97) was a friend Sujin made while she was still attending university. They met through mutual friends while out drinking (before she was scouted), but back then, they both had zero feelings for each other (Sujin was happily single, and Do-Hyun already had a girlfriend) and they weren't very close friends either.

However, they remained in contact until Sujin dropped out in 2018 to focus on her upcoming debut, and Do-Hyun joined the military that same year. He had no idea where she disappeared to because he, along with most of her other uni friends, never knew she was a trainee. Eventually, a little while after her debut, he started to see her face on social media. He's not into Kpop at all, but once he noticed Sujin, he began watching NOVELLA's performances out of curiosity.

They finally reunited in 2020 (pre-lockdown) during a military dischargement party with some of their mutual friends. After their reunion, they became a lot closer, and Do-Hyun even started developing a little crush. This time around, Sujin was dating someone else (an idol), but they quickly broke up due to covid. It definitely took Sujin a lot longer to fall for Do-Hyun after breaking up with her boyfriend. Dating as an idol, especially with a non-celeb, is extremely hard, and she didn't want to ruin the friendship they had.

In September 2021, when covid restrictions 'started lifting' and idol life was beginning to go back to ‘normal’, Do-Hyun just decided to bite the bullet and ask her out. (The exact scenario was something like; Sujin said she would probably be going on tour in January, and Do-Hyun couldn't wait any longer to ask her out). Sujin initially protested, saying that it wouldn't work and yada yada yada, but it just went in one ear and out the other. They have now been dating for over two years and have even met eachothers families.

♡ Kim Haeun + ? (2022 - 2022)

Haeun has had a couple of boyfriends, but none of them were really memorable. Her most recent boyfriend was also an idol, as are most of her exes, and they had a very quiet relationship that eventually ended due to conflicting schedules and dying feelings.

The relationship lasted, maybe 9 months or so? And I think after this, Haeun decided that dating is kind of a waste of time for her since she feels like it won't lead to anything, at least not for the next 5 years.

Since her breakup, she has yet to engage in anything 'serious ' or 'exclusive '.

♡ Choi Aecha + ? (2020 - 2023)

OK, so... Aecha's love life is kinda messy.

She has/has had some major co-dependency issues which attracted some questionable men.

The current man in question was OK at first. They originally broke up mid covid because they never got to see each other, but afterwards, they began a weird 'on and off' situation. Between 2021-2022, they had broken up at least 5 times, and it was mostly because our 'king' got caught cheating on her with multiple different girls.

But Aecha, being stupidly gullible and emotionally dependent, would take him back. every. time.

The man would go from 'I'm so sorry baby I didn't mean to, I was just drunk and lonely when you were out of town', to, 'well maybe I wouldn't be seeing other girls if you payed more attention to me', to, 'do you even still love me?! In fact, I should be breaking up with you!'

In early 2023, after a particularly rough fight, members Haeun, Sujin, and Dambi staged an intervention where they finally convinced Aecha to break it off for good. Since then, she has not been in contact with her ex at all, and is taking an overall break from dating.

♡ Yoon Eunjeong + Ahn Min-Seok (2023 - present)

Ahn Min-Seok (’96 ) is a famous Korean actor (oc) who mainly stars in romance Kdramas. Eun-Jeong is friends with a lot of actors, so they met for the first time during a mutual friends’ birthday party (April). They've only been dating for like a month or two (Oct), but started ‘talking’ back in April.

♡ Kim Dambi + Bae Ji-Woo (2019 - 2020)

NOOO, THEY SHOULD'VE BEEN END GAME (　ＴДＴ)

So basically, Dambi is a lesbian. Her and Ji-Woo dated for about 9 months (Sept - May) and they were literally in love, in fact, Dambi is definitely still in love with her and has made multiple songs for/about her (e.g. Oh My God).

Unfortunately, homophobia is real 💔, and they both knew that they'd likely never be able to freely be a couple, which wasn't fair on either of them. So, they mutually decided to break it off on good terms, but it hurt too much to remain as friends so they decided to cut contact.

♡ Kang Nari + ? (2023 - 2023)

Another typical relationship with another random idol.

Yada yada yada, conflicting schedules, blah blah blah, mutual break up.

Nari has had a few other relationships that have ended similarly, but unlike Haeun, she's still striving to find her dream SuHyun relationship.

♡ Hiramatsu Aina + Not Applicable (∞)

She has 0 idol friends outside her group, and I mean literally 0.

It's not like she doesn't want friends, she just genuinely can't make any (anxiety is a disease). Also she's very busy, like she probably spends 90% of her free time producing music or something, she is ADDICTED.

She wants to be in a relationship and doesn't at the same time. On one hand, she's envious of Sujin and all of the couples minus Aecha's situation surrounding her, but at the same time, she doesn't want a partner taking up her already nonexistent free time.

Would Ji-ae ever do one of those 24 hour charity livestream things? Or has she? What would Saeyoung do if she was doing something for youtube and it was taking a really REALLY long time?

Yes, absolutely!  She’s done at least one and loved it so much that she would do it again for sure.  Omg Sae would probably be up with her the whole time cracking jokes and bringing her snacks and such.  Also I hc that he often moderates her comments to trolls any trolls and ban anyone that’s mean.

Can I hear some more about that double blind date au? It sounds like it could be pretty cute, just imagining the Choi twins going out like that together is already amazing, what with Sae trying to be Saerans wingman but getting distracted by Ji-ae, or Saeran being... well, himself? I just love Saeran lol. I do have to say though, for a second I thought Saeyoung and Ji-ae went out to meet another couple and it just so happened that half of the couple was Saeyoungs missing/dead/etc twin lol

@crytalstellar & I actually have several versions of our Double Date au, but the double blind date one takes place after V’s after ending.  V and MC decide to set the twins both up for some peace and quiet lol.  Saeran and Saeyoung have already been reunited and V already is acquainted with @crytalstellar‘s oc, Kira.  So when he contacts her asking her for a favour and if she has a friend to bring along, Kira reluctantly agrees and ends up dragging Ji-ae along with her. 

Like always Ji-ae and Saeyoung instantly hit it off, with Kira and Saeran being more reserved; Kira unsure how she feels about the fair haired twin.  However, the more they hang out the more she grows to like him, until they end up dating as well. 

It’s a fairly straight forward slice of life au, but its fun :3I wrote a short one-shot that takes place after their initial double date [ x ]

WAIT JI-AE'S A YOUTUBER?? howd i miss this omg.. what kind? Like, a vlogger, gamer, educational, artist, etc? Does Saeyoung participate in her videos ever? Does she show her face? How many subscribers does she have? Sorry for the rapid fire i just didnt know lol

She does Let’s Plays and the occasional vlog.

Saeyoung does show up in her videos from time to time but he never shows his face — partially as a precaution against his father’s people finding him and partially for the mysteryyy of it. Ji-ae’s viewers like to send in questions about him and sometimes he answers them himself in an altered voice lol. He also moderates the comments on Ji-ae’s videos/live streams and if anyone tries to harass her or cause problems he hacks their accounts. >_>

Ji-ae does show her face and ends up having quite a few admirers. She always dances in her chair to dubstep music to end her videos.

Hmm as far as subscriber count she’s not like super famous but she’s got a couple thousand subscribers or so.

Oh gosh, they’re both big gamer nerds :3

Ji-ae would play a lot of RPGs like Fallout, Mass Effect, & Dragon Age, but she also loves platformers and old school nintendo and sega games. Saeyoung usually sits next to her (or she sits in his lap) & he watches her play and adds commentary. :3

It’s canon that Saeyoung plays LOLOL so I can see him enjoying other mmorpgs as well as FPS’s (which Ji-ae isn’t particularly fond of but she’ll play with him every so often, if he asks nicely).

Together they play a lot of racing games or fighting games.

I’m gunna answer for both Ji-ae and Da-ye, I hope that’s otay :3

2. Do they have any daily rituals?

Ji-ae: Wake up kinda late, snuggle Saeyoung sometimes more than that, take a shower (with or without Sae, depends on if she can get away from him or not >_>), eat breakfast and then get on her computer for work. She usually works on editing new videos first and has a specific posting and filming schedule. The evenings kinda deteriorate and vary, but her mornings are always the same. :3

Da-ye: Wake up early, make breakfast with Saeran and then help him water the flowers in the shop, then she works in her studio until lunch. Then either Saeran will bring her lunch or she’ll bring it to him.

27. What is their biggest regret?

Ji-ae: When her agoraphobia got particularly bad she dropped out of college and had a huge fight with her dad and step mom which resulted in her leaving to live with her step sister. It takes her a while to mend that relationship and she eventually does before marrying Sae, but she regrets that it got to that point in the first place.

Da-ye: Her biggest regret was losing her scholarship and getting kicked out of university which lead to her brief homeless stint before being recruited by Ray.

48. How do they express love?

Ji-ae: Very physically. She loves giving hugs, snuggles, kisses, ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°), and just in general likes to be close to or touching Saeyoung. And it doesn’t matter if they’re in public or not.

Da-ye: She likes doing little things for Saeran to show she cares (like running her fingers thru his hair, giving him back massages after a long day gardening, helping him cook, taking baths with him, & snuggling in bed) since it takes a while for him to be comfortable with a ton of physical affection. (For example, if she acted like Ji-ae and hung all over him it would be too much.)

What happened after those nightmares? Were they together when they happened? I know someone who had a hyper realistic dream that her husband died while he was deployed across the world, so he of course wasn't there when she woke up. She thought he was really dead for nearly an hour. Did either of them have similar issues with telling the dream from reality after waking up?

Omg that would be terrible! I can’t even imagine T^T

Luckily both of them are together when their respective dreams take place. For Ji-ae she was actually sobbing in her sleep and Saeyoung had to wake her up and then she wouldn’t let go of him for like the next half hour to convince herself he was really there.

Saeyoung on the other hand bolted awake in a cold sweat and turned to find Ji-ae sleeping peacefully. She woke to him pulling her close and crying against her shoulder. Turning, she takes his face in her hands and frantically asks what happened. He tells her it was a nightmare but it takes several rounds of questioning from Ji-ae to get him to open up about what he dreamed. Then she holds him and strokes his back soothingly reassuring him that it was only a dream, until he can fall back asleep in her arms.
