Pro Hero! Class 1-A's most popular demographics and just some thoughts about them
Pinky: mass appeal. Pretty much everyone loves her, but she's especially popular with pre-teens because of her bubbly, fun attitude and physical strength.
Froppy: most popular with children BUT unsurprisingly beloved by people who live near the coasts, where she usually works, because of her rescue capabilities and no-nonsense but kind demeanor.
Ingenium: most popular with people in the 20s-50s demographic. He's not great with young people (somewhat stiff personality) but his competence, dedication, and compassion are widely respected. Old people also like his proper behavior and he has a large, thirsty contingent of female fans in their 20s because of how hot he is under the helmet.
Uravity: super popular with teenage girls in particular as many see her as a role model, especially those who also come from low-income backgrounds. She also has a large fan following from the martial arts community and often assists in demonstrations at martial arts schools.
Tailman: His largest following is martial artists of all ages and he likes it that way. Older senseis in particular highly respect him, especially his adaptability and creation of new styles to accommodate his Quirk, so he regularly gets invitations from all over Japan and other countries known for martial arts (like China and Brazil) to come learn and develop new fighting techniques.
Chargebolt: huge popularity with little kids for his friendly, goofy demeanor and cool Quirk. As someone with a very difficult to control Quirk that took him until he was 19 or 20 to fully master, he visits kindergartens and elementary schools regularly to help newly-manifested kids control theirs. Also has a sizeable following among gay men for his good looks.
Red Riot: mass appeal. He hits vitually every demographic with ease and the public adores him. He is considered "Husband Material" by many and receives legions of marriage proposals. He keeps every gift and drawing kids send him and he is known for being very kind and patient during and after rescues. His dedication towards chivalry has paid off in the form of being one of the most consistently popular heroes in Japan.
Anima: most popular among animal rights activists, environmentalists, and animal lovers of all kinds. As a hero who communicates primarily in JSL, he also has a lot of fans in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities as well as among people with speech disabilities.
Sugarman: he has a small but dedicated group of fans in the crossover community of "guys who like baking" and "guys who like bodybuilding."
Tentacole: HUGE popularity among people with mutant-type Quirks. He's not primarily a battle or rescue hero so he doesn't get a lot of attention from the media, but his recon skills and rock-solid temperament are unmatched and are often the thing that changes the tide of a difficult battle to favor the heroes. Other heroes speak very highly of him, so he has been getting increased media attention lately. The day he went on a talk show and took his mask off on-air broke the internet and led to a national conversation about discrimination against people with mutant Quirks.
Earphone Jack: she deliberately flies under the radar as she primarily works underground recon. She has a small fan following who try to spot her every time she re-surfaces in the background of a larger battle that requires her offensive capability. There is a massive online conspiracy theory that the hero Earphone Jack and popular solo punk musician Kyouka are actually the same person.
Cellophane: popular among teenage boys and young men. Women like him too, but his laid-back and sarcastic personality meshes well with younger guys. Surprisingly huge group of lesbian fans for the same reason, especially his dry humor. Everyone wants to be his friend and his interviews are always hilarious.
Tsukuyomi: really, really popular among goths, punks, and other alternative-types; basically, anyone who feels like an outsider, especially kids who are treated as villainous because of their Quirk. He gives talks about Quirk assumptions and mentors a lot of at-risk teenagers in his spare time. His serious and reserved demeanor makes it difficult for the general public to connect with him, but his bravery and humility make up for it and he is generally well-liked and well-respected as a hero. Dark Shadow has entire Instagram accounts dedicated to it, as does Tsukoyomi's soothing, sonorous voice.
Shouto: his demographic is solidly adults in their 20s-50s. His battle prowess is nothing to joke about and he is a hero who primarily faces the most dangerous villains Japan has to offer. He is also unfathomably hot, so his good looks have a huge fanbase of their own, especially among young women and teenage girls. Something often said about Shouto is "the camera loves him, the microphone hates him" and interviews are not his forte. His extremely blunt and quite awkward personality puts old people and kids off him, but his dedication and compassion during rescues usually change his naysayers’ minds. He is certified as a field medic and, controversially, is a major advocate for both villain rehabilitation and for heroes to have more accountability for the way they treat others behind closed doors. His characteristically blunt "It literally doesn't matter how powerful a hero is if they're beating their kids at home" soundbite has swayed a lot of people to his cause.
Invisible Girl: does not have a fanbase and does not want a fanbase. She works extremely dangerous undercover and espionage missions and virtually nothing is known about her by the public except that there's a hero registered as "Invisible Girl." Every student and teacher who knew her at U.A. is sworn into secrecy and they often go a year or more without hearing anything from her.
Dynamight: unexpectedly, his single biggest, loudest, most dedicated demographic is pre-teen girls. We're talking feral little bastard girls who growl at the other kids and get into trouble at school. Let's be clear: this is not a crush situation, he's just like their god or something. Other heroes, like Cellophane and Chargebolt, tease him about being Great Explosion Murder God-sama, but he personally thinks it's funny and secretly likes his unhinged hellions. Other than them, his next biggest demographics are teenagers and young adults for his good looks, unmatched combat skill, and intense, unforgettable personality. Even as a mature adult, he's not very good with young children (he often scares them even by accident), and old people and the media find him rude and unlikeable. The public is surprised when he begins speaking regularly, intelligently, and very seriously about the importance of stopping Quirk-hierarchies in schools and society in general as they lead to bullying and discrimination for those treated as lesser (like Quirkless people) and psychosocial and personality issues for those treated as greater (like himself). Related to this cause, he is the face of the growing group of heroes who want to stop using the ranking system. In general, the public doesn't quite know what to do with him as none of the facets of his personality and causes seem to line up for anyone that doesn't know him personally.
Deku: mass, international appeal. His warm, kind, enthusiastic personality and natural empathy makes him extremely popular with civilians, even if his crybaby status never went away as he got older. He is seen as the face of modern Japanese heroics and usually represents his country at various hero conferences around the world. Though he has the most powerful combat-oriented Quirk among Japanese heroes, his power is so great that most of the time, he only gets called out for the most dangerous situations outside of his regular patrols. If needed, other countries also call on him to help in their own situations, so regretfully, Deku has to leave most smaller and medium incidents to other heroes so he can be available for the biggest problems. While he’s on-call and waiting to be summoned, Deku works in the control room of various missions as a gifted combat strategist and Quirk analyst, often working as a consultant for hero team-ups and match-ups against villains. However, his many fans and friends are also increasingly worried about him as he never seems to take days off or time to himself; he has unwittingly and embarrassingly sparked a national debate about work-life balance for heroes, especially as his mentor essentially worked himself into the ground trying to be everything to everyone everywhere at once. This debate led to a new labor law requiring heroes to take mandatory, regular vacations, work a reasonable number of hours per week, and have frequent check-ins with a therapist to prevent mental burnout. As a person, Deku also gained great admiration for the op-ed he published supporting Dynamight’s cause against Quirk-hierarchies, admitting the truth about One For All and his prior Quirkless status in the process.
Grape Juice: widely despised except among men who self-identify as “incels.” By his early 20s, his hero license has been suspended multiple times as credible accusations and eyewitness accounts of sexual misconduct are brought to light and he is currently facing permanent revocation of his hero status, multiple lawsuits, and possibly prison time. Many heroes are expected to testify against him, including his co-workers at the small, unpopular agency that took him on after graduation when no one else would as well as all of his former classmates (including a modulated voice testimony by the elusive Invisible Girl) and retired hero Eraserhead.
Creati: her intelligence, leadership skills, and bravery make her an incredibly popular hero among the public at large. She is also stunningly beautiful, which definitely doesn’t hurt her public perception, and she has many admirers all over Japan. Despite this aspect of her fanbase, she is seen as an exemplary leader among heroes and is highly respected by all demographics, particularly women.

Ojirou and Shinsou were my favorites on my first bnha phase. And after years i finally found a fun dinamic for them 😭 anyway, they are on their mid twenties, they finally got to have a civilized talk after how much they fought in school.

If you write for BNHA, please consider writing todoroki getting tickled by shoji, ojiro, and iida (yes this is the squad where they fight class 1B). I feel like after loosing, Todoroki feel guilty since he feel like he should be the one who brings the team to victory, so he's teammates decided to cheer him up!
Oo, I like this! I rarely get the chance to write for Shoji and Ojiro, and writing for Iida is always a grand time! :D I've gotcha covered, anon!
Cloud 9 (Taglist)
@myreygn, @thatbigbisexual29, @duckymcdoorknob, @baby-tickles2022, @cupcake-spice13 @backy-san
It was over- they had lost.
It was going so well. Todoroki was about to finish his enemy off and boom- things went dark. Apparently he was knocked out by a falling metal beam. Had he just hung on for a few minutes more…
“Todoroki? Are you okay?” One of Shoji’s mouths appeared beside him, his voice concerned. “You look upset.”
The half and half hero tried not to jump at the sudden appearance, failing miserably. “What? Oh, I’m fine.” He shrugged and looked away, fully aware of the tentacle following.
“Are you sure? You took a nasty hit.”
Todorki winced, shame squeezing his chest. “I’m fine.”
“Todo-”
“I said I’m fine!” He snapped, instantly regretting it. “Sorry. That was- I have to-” He quickly got to his feet, trying to discreetly leave the group.
“Oh no you don’t.” Iida was beside him in seconds, blocking his exit. “We’re not supposed to leave the grounds without a teacher’s permission. Even so- you’re clearly upset. What’s wrong?”
“I’m fine Iida- let me go.” Todoroki tried to walk past him, but Iida was like a wall. He merely put himself before him more, gently holding him back. “Iida-”
Iida gave him the look.
“The look” was quite famous in their little friend group. It was the look he gave Midoriya whenever the other pushed himself too far in training and refused to stop. It was the look he gave Ochako when she insisted she wasn’t hungry after realizing she was a dollar short. For Tsuyu when she was about to fall asleep in her books at the library.
And of course, the look he gave Todoroki when the other tried to bullshit his way out of sharing his feelings.
“What’s going on?” Ojiro asked from beside a confused Shoji, his tail instinctively wrapping around himself. “Are they fighting?”
“No, but something’s off.” Shoji quietly informed him.
“Nothing is…” There was no point of lying- especially when Iida had his eyes pinned on him like that. Sighing, he shook his head, shoulders dropping. “I failed us.”
Silence.
“What?” Ojiro blinked.
“When?” Shoji asked, tilting his head.
“Shoto?” Iida pressed gently, his expression dissolving when the other hid in his bangs, arms coming around himself. “What do you mean?”
“I failed our team. If I only stayed awake for a moment more- none of what happened would have happened.” Todoroki bit his cheek, hating how his eyes began to sting. “You had to rescue me- and that led to everything falling apart. It’s my fault we lost.” The words were like acid, burning his tongue as they came out.
No one spoke for a moment, then he felt Iida’s hand on his back. “Todoroki…”
“You didn’t fail anyone. I was too slow.” Shoji cut in, making them all look up.
“No, you-” Todoroki argued.
“Hush. I couldn’t save you either; by the time I got to her, Rocketti was too far out of range. I couldn’t grab her in time. So I failed.” Shoji sounded firm, as if he was taking no arguments.
“I mean- if we’re gonna start sharing our own failures- I got stuck in mud.” Ojiro offered, pulling at the tufts of his tail. “I had her for what- ten seconds? Then everything went dark and I was out of commission. So yeah- I failed our team tremendously.
“Now both of you hush- I’m the failure.” Iida raised his chin. “I got stuck under rubble! I couldn’t get my teammate out in time, and that led to our ultimate demise.” He stuck a thumb at his chest. “I’m the failure of the team.”
“Nah, I totally did it.” Ojiro argued back with a shrug.
“Hm- no, it was me.” Shoji decided.
“Guys, please. None of you did it.” Todoroki tried to cut in. “I-”
“Hot Pocket, I admire you greatly but please do not claim all the credit.” Iida pinched his nose. “You don’t need to act so cool- we’re all to blame.”
Todoroki gaped. “Did you just…”
Iida looked up. “What?”
“Call me…Hot Pocket?” Todoroki asked, staring incredulously. Behind them, Ojiro’s cheeks were puffed in restrained laughter. Shoji ducked his head, shoulders shaking with silent mirth.
Iida blinked, then he blushed- a vibrant red spreading over his face. “What-I- uh- I just; Bakugou always calls you that no? Wait- wrong brand-I thought it would lighten the mood…” Iida’s stammering combined with Ojiro’s soft snorts and Shoji’s shaking form did it. A snort escaped-Todoroki pressing a hand over his mouth to try and muffle the noise.
“He laughed!” Ojiro cried, finally breaking as grandpa-like wheezes escaped his lips as he buried his face into his tail. Shoji snickered relentlessly, slapping his knee. The sight was too much for the icy hot hero- Todoroki pressed his lips together as he covered his face, muffled giggles just barely heard.
“T-This is no laughing matter!” Iida couldn’t fight down the smile stretching his face. He shook his head while he watched his classmates giggle like children, Ojiro nearly falling into Shoji as he pointed at Todoroki. “Okay, fine- it’s a bit of a laughing matter.”
“Todoroki’s laughing! Alright!” Ojiro grinned as he bounced over, giving the taller boy a few pokes to the ribs, making him squirm. “No need to hide it Todoroki! Come on, let’s hear that laugh of yours!”
“Ah! No! Wait!” Todoroki backed up, arms coming down protectively and briefly showing his growing grin as he flattened it out. “D-Don’t do that!”
“Oo, is someone ticklish?” Ojiro’s tail thumped behind him like a happy dog. “That’s great news! Come here- don’t be shy!”
“Ojiro…” Todoroki backed up- only to walk right into a sudden Shoji. It took less than a second before the taller boy had his wrists in a gentle grip, raising his arms. “Sh-Shoji Wait!”
“Sorry, Todoroki- you still look a tad too depressed for our liking.” A new set of arms came out and held him in place, leaving the half-and-half hero completely vulnerable. “Get him, crew.”
“I-Iida! Come on, help me!” Todoroki turned to the only person left, hoping that the other’s strict “No nonsense” personality would kick in.
“Try not to cause too much of a commotion.” Iida was smiling- so close!- “We don’t want to be a nuisance.”
“On it!”
“No! Wait! Guhuhuuhuhuhuhuhys!” Todoroki burst into giggles as Ojiro grabbed his waist, gently kneading. Shoji’s extra hands danced up to his ribs, scratching featherlike along the thick material of his costume. “Dohoohohohohn’t it tihihihihihickles!”
“There it is!” Ojiro giggled with him, delighted by the sound. “I knew you could laugh! Hehehe!”
“He’s got such a nice laugh too. Isn’t that precious.” Shoji smiled behind his mask, making yet another hand to give the other’s armpit a prod. “No wonder Midoriya likes you so much.”
“Oh don’t even get me started on that.” Iida teased from Todorki’s left, reaching out and squeezing the other’s hip playfully. “Midoriya could go on for hours talking about this one!”
“Dohohohoohn’t say thahahahahhat! Ahehheehehahahhahaha! Cohohohoohme ohohohohoh, enoohohohohohohugh!” Todoroki’s face and ears felt like they were lit aflame, his cheeks starting to hurt from all the smiling he was doing. Even his heart was doing funny little things- the idea of Midoriya talking about him so much made it skip. “Lehehehehet me gohohohooho-AHH NOHOHOHOT THEHEHEHHERE!”
“Hm? Not where?” Ojiro looked down to find Iida squeezing Todoroki’s knees. “Oooo, someone’s got ticklish legs, eh?” His tail sweeped down to give the other’s leg a brush, earning a kick and a squeak. “Really ticklish legs!”
“Go for his feet- he’ll cry.” Shoji offered, wrapping his arms gently around Todoroki and hoisting him up, effectively giving the other two access to his flailing limbs. “I’ll hold him- you two get him good.”
“NO! Nohohohoohoohoho! Wahhahahait dohoohn’t you DehahhahAHAHHAHAHHARE!” Todoroki shrieked when Ojiro and Iida grabbed his feet, yanking off his boots and scribbling relentlessly into his socked feet. “WAHAHAHHAIT GEHAHAHHAHAHAHA! IT TIHIHIHIICKLES TO MUUHUHUUHUHCH!”
“Are you gonna stop beating yourself up over our loss?” Iida asked, grinning when Todoroki nodded vehemently.
“YEHEHEHEHHES! NOW STAHHAHAHAHAP!”
The other’s let him be, releasing him from their tickly grips and watching Todoroki sag breathlessly against Shoji’s chest. He brought his arms up loosely, a hand rubbing at the tickly feeling lingering along his nerves. “Ahehehehe…hehehe…gohohohod, that was mehehean!”
“Maybe, but you were having fun.” Ojiro smiled cheekily at the growing blush confirming his point. “Feeling better?”
He really was. “I do…I’m sorry. I shouldn’t try to take all the blame. I just…I can’t help but feel bad.” Todoroki bowed his head- both from exhaustion and mild embarrassment. “Forgive me?”
Shoji squeezed him gently before lowering him down to his feet. “There’s nothing to forgive for. You’re allowed to feel upset by it. Just don’t take it as failing us- it’s training for a reason.”
“Exactly! Besides- that one move you did?” Ojiro’s tail started to thump behind him again. “It was really incredible!”
“It was like watching a falling star! All blaze and glory!” Iida nodded, just as excited.
Todoroki tugged on his boots as the pair reflected on the fight, squirming beneath such praise.“It really wasn’t that special…” A blush began to stain the tips of his ears, making his teammates smile.
Just then, the announcement for Round 4 came on, summoning all the students back to the waiting area. “Come on- let’s go cheer on our classmates.” Shoji nodded to the others, leading the pack as they made their way to the group.
Todoroki followed, his chest lighter than it was before.
I hope this was good!

What a grand entrance by Inasa.
You know, every time I watch or read something with like, super strong villains and hopeless scenarios involving catastrophic chaos brought about by these villains, I always think, "I hope Saitama comes and punch these fuckers." Yes, even while watching Superman or maybe the Avengers series.
I was thinking the same thoughts while reading BNHA's latest chapters. I hoped that Saitama would randomly one-punch the bad guys and call it a day, because the events are too much for my poor heart. Everything looked hopeless, the heroes were fighting so hard and the villains fighting even harder. It's so scary it felt like it's happening here, "for realsies" quoting Camie.
But then this baldie, who's not actually bald, came in like a hurricane and blew my worries away. Inasa has been strong and I'm sure he'd gotten stronger. They got this. This kids will win.
please. No more deaths for the good guys please. And save little Tenko.

kamibakuoji hcs bc a content creator that i like on tiktok made smth about it <33
figuring out the best way to sleep was a struggle
Ojirou needs to be on the edge bc of his tail, Bakugo doesnt like being in between people unless he's comfortable with them, and Kaminari moves a bit too much in his sleep for everyone to be comfortable with him in the middle
so to solve this? they slept in the most bizarre ways possible
sometimes Ojirou would sleep curled up in his tail near the foot of the bed
Kaminari would somehow fall asleep partially stuck between the bed and the wall
it was super awkward for Bakugo to wake up and find Kaminari hanging off the bed, Ojirou with his ass pretty much in the air bc hes laying on top of his tail, and the blanket literally no where to be seen
so final solution? speed run getting comfortable enough to sleep between them
it really didnt take that long
they went from falling off the bed almost every night to comfortable hushed whispers in the morning before starting their respective routines to get ready
out of the three, Kaminari is the one who will be too nervous to say smth if his order gets fucked
so cue Ojirou very calmly but assertively taking care of it with Bakugo glaring in the background
Ojirou has a slight obsession with fnf so he's never allowed to pick the music during study dates
their mutual comfort movie is The Cat in the Hat
holding hands at every single given opportunity? holding ands at every single given opportunity.
their relationship works so well bc they all love and care about each other while still keeping each other in check
Kami and Oji help Bakugo learn how to trust and rely on others a little more
Bakugo and Kaminari help Ojirou be a bit more outgoing and confident in himself
Ojirou and Bakugo help Kaminari be more productive
they have rapped the entirety of the Cuphead Rap by JT Music together on multiple occasions
