Poking to bliss

I got into deep breathing and poked my finger into the perineum at each breath. Sometimes I poked deeply, sometimes very gently just barely touching, sometimes the poke lasted longer and sometimes a quick tap. My mind was focused on the third eye while also mindful of the energies filling me from the perineum. The rhythmic pulse, though relatively spaced owing to the duration of breaths, made the energies fill me with great intensity. I did it for about half an hour. I didn’t stroke. Then, as I am on my rooftop, I lay down nude on the wooden floor among the flowers and stroked under the moon. What a beautiful experience! There are so many ways to pleasure oneself, the more one discovers the unique energies associated with different points, the many ways of touching, and the many ways of combining with inner meditation techniques. The possibilities are endless.
