Tegnap indult a fogyókúra!

Ezt a boltozatos hasat kell picit leépíteni. Jelenleg nagyjából 83 kiló vagyok a jó esetben 172 centi magasságomhoz, ami még akkor is sok, ha valóban jelentős mennyiségű izmot dolgoztam bele a pár év konditermes súlyemelgetéssel. A hasamnál mért legnagyobb kerület 98 centi kábé.

Szóval olyan 6 kilót tervezek leadni, az 2-3 hónap alatt sima liba. Kajálás visszavágva, cukros dolgok kilőve, még több zöldség (szerencsére azokat nagyon szeretem), sörből is heti egy darab, de aznap kevesebb kaja, hogy ne borítsa meg az egyensúlyt. Továbbra is csinálom a heti 3 gyurmázást, meg másik 3 napon az Intenset gyakorlatsort, vasárnap pihi és csill. Meg szedek majd egy kis CLA nevű cuccot is közben.

For @churchofpoetry. This is a waiata I know and will comfortably sing/lead solo when needed (only person able to in a powhiri). A héten 8,5 óránál kevesebbet egyik nap se aludtam, takra betartottam a kaját, de sajnos ez sem volt most elég. A top set gugi szégyenszemre elég hitványul sikerült. Ugyan nem takart meg de elég magasra sikerült.
