My tradescantia sillamontana is probably one of my favourite trads.
It grows sooooo easily. I know that's the case for most trads, but this one has grown so much in a short time.
This was started with basically 3 small cuttings.

I went to IKEA and didn't spend a million dollars. Hurrah.
But for real... I spent $5 and none on a plant. Be proud.

My hoya carnosa got a little renovation done on it’s home. Inspired by my boos @centeredbyplants & @ashas_ivy, I decided to try and grow my carnosa on a hoop made from a wire hanger.
It’s been quite the journey with this hoya. From thrips to sunburn, this bb has dealt with it all…and handled it well. I had to snip a couple leaves from damage, but it’s grown new leaves to replace almost all of them.
It’s a pretty neglected plant otherwise. I appreciate this hoya for it’s easy going/growing nature. Just kinda grows ever so consistently. In picture 2, you can see it pushed out this whole new stem with leaves when I wasn’t looking. Looking forward to guiding it around the hoop as well.
Everything about Hoyas is so random to me. Their leaves, the flowers, their growth patterns, the variety in the genus…everything. I’ll admit it makes them very intriguing and I get that part of the appeal.
Here’s to figuring out hoyas

Hello again Tumblr,
It's been a while.
I've returned with some plants.
This will probably just be a photo dump of extra (and reposted) pics from Instagram. A little of this, a little of that. Just claiming another corner of this crazy place called the internet and filling it with plants.
Tata for now,
