First Years meeting Lucille’s Pokemons

Ace Trappola - Impidimp

“WHY YOU LITTLE-”

Moves: Fake Out, Bite, Play Rough, Fake Tears.

It’s safe to say that Ace hates Lucille’s Impidimp with a burning passion.

The Wily Pokemon always gets him into trouble and act all innocent when being interrogated.

Like stealing his food, stealing his school items, messing with his hair, etc.

As stated in their Pokedex, Impidimp loves to get on Ace’s nerves as it allows him to suck the negative energy of the poor boy.

And no, Impidimp is not remorseful of pranking Ace, AT ALL.

Impidimp wasn’t there at the time, but a certain Scorching Pokemon told pretty much all of Luce’s Pokemons, Impidimp included, what happened during the first day of school.

So Impidimp made it a personal mission to annoy the living hell out of Ace. Ace also made sure to get back at him as well, but he never succeeded.

They do make quite a team though, Ace and Impidimp will team up and beat the living daylights out of whoever dares to insult Luce.

Deuce Spade - Chansey

“Wait are you sure I can eat this egg ??”

Moves: Heal Pulse, Seismic Toss, Metronome, Strength

Chansey is Lucille’s assistant when she works in the Nurse Office.

Deuce first met her after the Dwarfs Mine incident. Luce wanted to check up on their injuries so she called her Chansey out for help.

He was very surprised to see this large pink colored egg-like creature using Heal Pulse on him along with Ace, Grim and Luce.

The next day when Deuce came to Ramshackle looking for Ace, who had stayed at the run-down dorm for the night, he was (once again) surprised to see Chansey opening the door for him and led him inside where Lucille was preparing to make breakfast.

He was excited to hear that she is making omelette for breakfast. That excitement soon died out when Chansey handed her the egg in her pouch and immediately another egg popped up.

While Grim was busy inhaling his omelette, Deuce refused to take a bite, no matter how tempting the smell is. It wasn’t until Chansey quite literally grab him by his tie and shove a spoonful of omelette into his mouth that Deuce quickly eat his food, even asking Luce for seconds.

Whenever Deuce looses his temper and gets into a fight with another NRC student, he would go to the Nurse Office where Chansey is waiting for him with some candies from her pouch.

Jack Howl - Budew

“You’re… kinda cute”

Moves: Stun Spore, Leech Seed, Absorb, Growth

Budew is… incredibly shy when it comes to strange people, especially when the stranger is roughly 6’4 with a muscular built.

It would be lying to say that Jack is fine when Budew is scared of him. He wasn’t, his ears dropped a little bit whenever Budew spots him and ran away.

A lot of Lucille’s bug and grass types are allowed to wander in the school Botanical Garden, and Budew wasn’t an exception.

She stumbled across Jack tending to his cactuses and got curious so she tried to get closer to him.

Jack spotted her sneaking around so he slowly approached Budew so she wouldn’t be spooked and asked her if she wanted to she him tending to his cactuses.

After a while, Budew quickly warmed up to him and they bonded quite well. One time a Savanaclaw student made fun of him for playing with a cutesie looking creature, effectively making Budew sad. It took the entire first year gang plus Anjawlica holding him back from killing said delinquent on the spot.

Epel Felmier - Applin (Shiny)

“You’re telling me this is a dragon ???”

Moves: Astonish, Withdraw, Rollout, Sucker Punch

The first time Epel and Appletun meet each other was during VDC training camp.

The boys had just finished practicing for the day and were resting until dinnertime. Lucille was working in the Nurse Office along with Chansey at the time.

Epel was very hungry at the time and when he saw a green apple lying on the kitchen counter, he thought that it was just a regular apple.

As he was about to peel the skin of said apple, it suddenly attacked him and rolled away when he dropped it due to shock.

At that moment, Lucille and Chansey came back after a day of work and were surprised to see Epel on the ground while Applin rolled towards them.

Boy was Epel shocked to learn that the apple is actually a Pokemon and a Dragon type nonetheless.

“How ?? It looks nothing like a dragon to me !”

“A lot of Pokemons have typings that don’t really make sense, you’ll get used to it eventually”

After the brief explanation and Epel apologizing to Applin for almost eating him, the Apple Core Pokemon quickly warmed up to him.

If he’s not with Luce or in Ramshackle, then it is most likely that Applin is with Epel as he admire the boy’s apple carving skill.

Sebek Zigvolt - Sandile

“HUMAN !! TELL YOUR CREATURE TO STOP BITING ME !!!”

Moves: Bite, Sand Attack, Earthquake, Dig

If there is anything Sandile loves, it’s taking naps.

Unfortunately, a certain green haired Diasomnia student prevented him from doing so.

Sandile absolutely hates Sebek due to how loud he is. But he isn’t really the confrontational type. So whenever Sebek opens his mouth, Sandile would just look for a different spot to take a nap.

That is until he heard Sebek calling Lucille “a lowly human”, it’s on sight now.

Sandile loves his naps, but he also loves his trainer, and hearing this giant cucumber calling her a lowly human, boy he was NOT happy at all.

Whenever Sebek opens his mouth, Sandile would use Sand Attack on him and Dig his way out. If he tries to pick him up, Sandil will clamp his jaw shut on Sebek’s hand and will not let go, no matter how hard the Diasomnia student flails the Desert Croc around.

Maybe one day, the two crocodiles will get along. But it is not today.
