❝ ━ don't you get cute with me, mister ! ❞ nose twitches, feathers absolutely ruffled but they don't bother to push eden away. he's quite warm and comfortable on this cold morning. it's why the phoenix allows the male to continue laying atop him, no other reason than his warmth, surely. there's a chuckle from the man as he nuzzles into salem, cuddling him without a word. with a pout, they allow it, fingers coming up to comb through eden's hair. being cuddled wasn't terrible ( they loved it ). warmth like this so early in the morning had salem yawning, settling down before allowing lashes to feather low over mismatched gaze. ❝ ━ don't move, just stay like that....we should...we should nap.❞ / @voraxiia

Adam was an abusive asshat to Lilith. Lilith chose to be with the one who actually respected her and didn't demand she be solely his submissive hanger-on.

"From the dust of Earth, [the angels] created Adam and Lilith. Equals as the first of mankind, but despite this, Adam demanded control, and Lilith refused to submit to his will. She fled the Garden."

"Drawn in by her fierce independence, Lucifer found her and the two rebellious dreamers fell deeply in love."

2. Lucifer didn't "take" Eve. He offered her the forbidden fruit and she accepted.

"Together, [Lilith and Lucifer] wished to share the magic of free will with humanity, offering the Fruit of Knowledge to Adam's new bride, Eve, who gladly accepted."

We don't know what happened after aside from the fact that apparently because Eve took the fruit "evil" was let in to the world the angels created. Since humanity still, y'know, exists, we can gather that Eve stayed with Adam and they had kids like in the original myth.

3. It really says a lot that this wording denies Eve and Lilith any actual agency in what happened in favor of pushing all the blame and responsibility on Lucifer and making Adam out to be a poor uwu misunderstood baby. The misogyny is strong in this one.

Just realized something

I don't think she was crying. It looks like she's feeling the wound where Mara shot at her.

She was probably still shaken up after that happened. She came so close to being killed and she didn't even realize it until it was already over.

Valentine activities

She'd had the same haircut since she was seven. Her mom let her dye her hair pink after getting a hundred on a spelling test in second grade. It was temporary hair dye, something that they picked up at a corner store on the way home from school.

Her coach had an absolute cow when she showed up to practice the next day; something or other about standing out drawing more attention to her mistakes; but after a thorough skimming of the rule book, there was nothing against dyed hair, and it has remained pink since. Bright pink hair down to a little below her shoulder blades. Long enough to be put into a nice clean bun with no struggle.

Needless to say, staring herself in the mirror with hair that looked like it lost a fight with a blender was quite jarring. A good jarring, but jarring nonetheless. The walk of shame to Pablo's was arguably worse than anything she did with her own kitchen scissors. Any real reason to hold onto obnoxiously long hair was long gone. she didn't cut it for months following the accident, denial maybe, and any plans to hack it all off when she got to Sandrock were put aside with how vocal Pen was about his love for her hair. She didn't consider herself one to do something for a man, but it made her feel good, to have something she loathed about herself be loved, even if it was rather shallow.

Was it alright to be shallow? Could she even measure it given the context of their relationship? It was all so fragile. Intricately crafted ideals that had no follow through outside of a relic weapon and ring sitting on her dresser. Shallow wasn't the right word. They were anything but shallow, even if it didn't quite look like it. If it was just shallow, surface level attraction, why would Valentine be staring at the ring on her dresser? why would she know it was perfectly sized. If it was shallow love, her hair would still be long and the gloves would've been tossed into her closet. Instead they sat on her dresser like he was going to come home

I find it really funny that in-universe, everyone rags on Valkyrie for having the expensive stage sets when Alkaloid and Knights got whole-ass castles for Vermilion and Little Romance.

Edit: Vermillion's castle is technologically produced, though I believe Knight's real. Even so, I think every unit drives up the budget with their productions to some extent (Falling Love It's Wonderland, Sweet 2wink Love Letter, etc), though Valk is def most guilty haha 😂

#not that Valkyrie doesn't have expensive sets #*glances at meikyuu denshi kairou eternal weaving acanthe and le temps des fleurs*#but I think even the most expensive french-imported custom-made polished mahogany desk shu orders pales compared to these monstrosities #its quite reasonable to think that valkyrie just orders the most expensive materials for everything while the castle sets are poor quality #but i think this is much funnier #meanwhile you have Crazy:B and 2wink who will canonically do shows with whatever the hell's on that particular street corner #which makes me wonder if Eden and Valkyrie got all of Cospro's budget and just left them to suffer lol #ensemble stars #ensemble stars music #ensemble stars mv #enstars #enstars mv #alkaloid #knights #valkyrie #vermilion alkaloid #little romance knights

saw someone unironically saying "rhinedottir fed nigredo to durin to make nigredo grow better and stronger because durin's stomach is actually nurturing like hummus 😊😊😊" god if you're up there can you revoke this person's rights to speak about rhinedottir, or any morally questionable girlboss for that matter. if you can't accept that a lady had her son swallow her other son whole then just move onto characters who are actually nice instead of rewriting the actually not so good characters to fit your imaginary narrative better.
