02.23.2020 | It has been a very productive day! I’ve decided to took the day to organize my house and the things I need to study by the end of the week. The semester starts next week but I already have some texts to read and some behavioural tests to analyze. So, today I finished organizing my room and I’m prepared some food as lentil & beet hamburgers and homemade tomato sauce (I usually froze them to use during the semester so I can always have a health and quickly meal).
For this week, I’ve planned to:
Take some time for yoga practice every morning;
Read two texts per day in alternate days (by the end of the week I will have read all that I need to read lol);
1 hour per day to do the behavioural analyzes for my research;
1 hour per day to do a course on Scientific Dissemination;
(at least) 1h per day to write anything I want to;
Now, I'm starting to revise about cognitive-behavioural therapy (I love this subject!), And I'm going to read a book later. Hope you all have an awesome and productive week!

For the Studyblr community
Hi, hello and Hey !
I need help.
My university decided to be a b* and unsubcribe me from the program that get me using Word Oficce 360. So i’m actually looking for a software that will help me taking note on my computer efficiency - btw sorry for my very bad english, it’s not my first langage and i can’t switch ON my brain to translate it correctly -.
I don’t like wordpad, neither Openoffice. I’m looking for a software with wich i can link my Ipad and my computer (i like to take hand note with my tablet on my already written note).
I’m not looking for a full woftware with 1000000 option, just one that is light, clean and easy to use.
Thank you a lot !!

The United States spends almost one-fifth of its resources funding healthcare, yet the system is plagued by persistent inequities that drastically impact the lives of racial and ethnic minorities and women. For Black History month we want to call attention to the ways systemic discrimination shapes the experiences of Black women regardless of class or education.

I’ve told myself that this quarter I’ll be more responsible with everything surrounding college, and as you can see for my very chaotic desk placements, a lot of work was done, which I’m very happy about.
Stressing, but it’s refreshing to get things out of the way as soon as you can!

02.29.2020 | insomnia just struck me and I haven’t been sleeping well for 3 days in a roll. My semester starts on Monday and I guess I’ve been a bit anxious about it, but I managed to do everything I was capable of... So these days were based in house chores (here are my homemade tomato sauce and lentil & beet’s burger because I’m very proud lol), and some game time with my friends because I was too tired and feeling like a zombie lol. Today I’m feeling a bit more focused, so I’m doing a review about Behavioural tests and analysing some data from my research. Hopefully, if I still feel well by the end of the day, I will try to do at least 1h of an online course I just enrolled.
ps.: In the last photo, there’s my motivational sticker. My friend gave me (we love Naruto lol)  and I always look at it when I’m feeling down, so I can remember that I am capable of achieving my goals and that she will always believe in me, so I should believe in myself too <3

“There’s a Greek myth about this one guy, Sisyphus…” an excerpt from J. R. Sullivan Voss’s Sisyphus (or: Rocks Fall and Everyone Dies).
The term narrative psychology was coined by Theodore R. Sarbin in 1986, and helped the research and mental health community understand the importance of articulating life experiences in meaningful ways. It was only one year later that the APA removed homosexuality from the DSM.
At this point in history, it’s more vital than ever for members of the LGBTQ+ community who live with mental health conditions to reclaim the terms and narratives that circumscribe their lives.
