In my parent teacher chrobin au, Robin, a true geologist, ofc eats dirt. He jokes w Chrom ab getting his weekly clay intake whenever he drinks fast food milkshakes and Chrom is like ah yes ofc geology things Robins such a good geologist. Lissa doesnt believe this isnt a joke Robins pulling on Chrom until she volunteers to b a chaperone for the ap earth science field trip and Robin just fucking reaches and grabs a handful of river mud, eats it, and tells the class thats how he can tell if theres silt in it. But it isnt until she hangs out w Robin more and realizes he does this like everywhere new he goes that she fully understands that Robin eats dirt. Chrom doesnt like the mouth feel, so he just feels the grain size b/t his fingertips. He does share milkshakes w Robin to get that good good clay though

for the ptchrobin au im debating ive decided that in their v fast, and wonderful developing relationship, Robin thinks they’re dating but Chrom doesnt quite notice his own feelings for Robin and is also rly openly affectionate and the Implications some parts of their relationship have (holding hands a lot, late nights together, talking about how much they adore and appreciate each other) and doesn’t realize that they kind of are dating??? if only i could start writing this lol

parent teacher conference au!Chrom bought a used motorcycle so Lucina could use the car for school/dnd/lacrosse practice and hes getting the hang of it but has a lot of nervous O__O moments. Robin thinks he’s really cool (for more than that reason) and doesn’t realize Chrom’s nervous w his motorcycle at first

also, after Chrom gets more confident, he gets Robin a helmet and they motorcycle together and Robin gets to hug Chrom while sitting behind him

What’s the story behind Chrom’s exalt brand/tattoo in the ptchrobin AU? Did he get it as a teen as a huge FUCK YOU to his dad or is it something else?

Yeah it was def part of a Fuck You to his dad! Em, Chrom, and Lissa’s mom left when they were p young (Em was 12, Chrom was 6, and Lissa was 2) bc she didnt want to b in a loveless marriage and didnt rly like her kids/didnt want to b tied down. their asshole dad turned to alcohol and shit got p bad. They created a fantasy world to escape from that where they were a band of heroes protecting the land and created the exalt brand as ther symbol.

Bad dad wanted them to grow out of it as they became teenagers but they never stopped making and telling stories. When Chrom turned 18, he got the symbol tattooed in his arm as a big fuck you before he went to college.

Robin also has a tattoo but its on his back :^)

In the ptchrobin au, Robin finds 3 yr old Marc and Morgan on the ground while doing field work as a grad student and after going to the authorities trying and not being able to find their parents, hes like i am dad now and adopts them bc they grow on him quickly and so they dont get split up in foster care.

His heart melts when they call him Papa for the first time and he is a v caring dad despite being also massively busy w grad school and a research job. Morgan and Marc learn all ab rocks and shit, and Robin teaches them ab dnd too. Aversa loves to visit and play with the kids (shes a botonist and teaches them all ab plants and what u can do w them). Morgan and Marc learn early on that theyre adopted and are pretty ok w it for the most part.

Robin's Extreme Business (museum work, teaching high school, being a single dad), high blood pressure, and family medical history lead him to having a (somewhat mild?) stroke a few yrs after grad school. He takes a while to recover but he has the support of Aversa, Gaius, and his kids.

Gaius and Aversa helped out a lot and took care of the kids while he was in rehabilitation. Robin now has anomic aphasia, short term and spacial memory problems as well as joint pain and hemiparesis and does physical therapy and cognative therapy.

At the point where he starts teaching high school in South Town, hes figured out many ways to manage things and lives on his own w Morgan and Marc. He likes baking and cooking with them, and they ask him to play chess w them a lot, and he does.

Reflet moves to Southtown to start a new job as a university library librarian, and she unexpectedly has a little over a month before the job officially starts. so in between hanging out w Robin and Gaius, she takes a few oddjobs around town and somehow ends up pet-sitting for Cherche who’s leaving for a zookeeper conference. Reflets like a bit overwhelmed w taking care of her savannah monitor lizard (named Minerva ofc) but Cherche insists she likes her and that shes v picky with who takes care of her. Cherche takes her out for coffee as part of her payment/thank you. to Reflet’s surprise and delight, Cherche asks her several times after that if she would like to pet-sit for her and always takes her out for coffee afterwards.
