Growth is a journey, not an endpoint. It requires intentional effort and dedication to maintain the tension between where we are currently and our potential. Don't report this.

I have to get this out there.

I tried to take my life around this time last year, fortunately the rafter broke.

I have just returned from a funeral at my old camp for a dear friend of mine that had a brain aneurysm. It put things in a different perspective. I'm not any happier, but it made me realize you leave a mark on people, and it took my third death this year to realize that. Keep fighting. And always say goodbye to the people you care about.

I’m not sure how I feel. This day each year is always hard for me but I just let my body and mind deal with it without really planning it. The times I’ve let myself really think and dive into it, it’s only hurt me in the end. I miss the person who taught me to be me so much and I would do anything to bring him back. This day reminds me thay anything can be taken away and there doesn’t have to be a reason for it. There doesn’t have to be an explanation or a I’m sorry just the simple fucking reality of a shitty event. An event that would change my life forever. That would change me forever. Death is life changing, and a real pivital moment for whenever it happens to anyone close to you. Today my body remembers the true feeling of pain and heart break when it happened in 2017. I try my best to make light of the day and celebrate you but my body just earns for your love and advice one more time each year I’m reminded you’re gone.

Good morning, afternoon, evening. Whatever part of the world you are in, lol.

It's a new week. What are your goals for the week? Have you put thought it what you wanted to accomplish?

It is easy to feel so overwhelmed. You might feel you have the weight of a galaxy on your shoulders. But in reality it doesn't have to be that way.

Take the time to plan. Plan out what is within the realm of possibility. If you can't accomplish everything you wanted, start with what is most important.

What is something short term that is more feasable? Focus on the smaller things. Baby steps can make wonders. Sure enough, one by one, your to do list of life will start to be just a little less cluttered. 🤗

The power is in your hands. Don't let it go to waste.
